I had a basic pedicure with Don. They had a menu which he showed me but I just chose a basic pedicure at $38 plus $10 for callus removal. My only comment is that these days no matter what nail salon you go to, they all charge about the same rates. But the service they provide is a lot less than they used to provide. Meaning that they would do the callus removal as part of a basic pedicure. Now everything is a la carte and they add all these things on to the charges. That being said, this was my first time at this nail salon. I was greeted by a gentleman that I think is either the owner or the manager who was very nice. He checked me in and showed me these books of different colors that I could choose for my pedicure. I did have an appointment already scheduled. Don was my nail technician and he did a great job. He was very thorough and did a great job with the foot massage. He didn't speak much but that's okay. He did a great job of what he was supposed to do and trimmed and polished my toenails and I would go back to see him again. The space is very chill and welcoming and they have three or four TVs going at the same time with no volume on, and they have music playing in the background that's not too loud, rather very laid-back music. I saw some customers getting bottled water out of a fridge but I don't know if that's offered to everyone or just certain clients. It also looks like they have some kind of membership where you get discounts and I'm not sure about that either. I did not ask about that. I would definitely go back to Don again for another pedicure. Good job Don! read more

This is my second time here. The service was fast, efficient, and superb QUALITY. They had a good selection of colors, even had pretty jelly colors & cat eye, and ALOT of different nail designs. I didn't really know what i wanted, just had some inspo pics. So I just chose a color & some butterflies & my nail tech was so patient and helped me design this new set. Overall the vibe of the salon was chill and relaxed, note (this was early morning). I didn't feel rushed but also didn't spend hours on a set either. So I recommend early morning if you want a relaxed vibe! Later in the afternoon/evening is a bit busier. We've been here 3 times now since finding them in December. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. They have a great atmosphere with tremendous customer service. Pricing is competitive with other salons around, and a bit cheaper than some even. They have great hours and will definitely come again. The whole location is so CLEAN & STERILE. It's not like the other nail salons. Were your cramps next to somebody in the salon chair. Everything is up to date. They offer free water and soda upon your arrival and also have membership programs. All in all for my first time I am 100% coming back. Recommend all your friends here! Eh. It's ok. I like that you can book an appointment online. But I've been twice now and the actual service is just ok. The first time the nail tech asked me if I wanted a manicure too, I said yes, she had me soak my nails and then said it would be like 20 minutes for a manicure with another tech because she had another customer coming in. I politely said, "nevermind" and left. The last time I went for a pedicure (regular) and my polish was still not dry 4 hours later and now has an imprint of a sock. And each time, the pedicure is just ok. The cuticle care is lacking for sure. The overall vibe of the salon is nice, it's just an "ok" place. read more

I got ring worm from this place, do not go here! I saw the employees using the utensils on their own feet and putting it back without sanitizing the items, it made me want to get up and leave automatically. I noticed the person doing my nails just used an already opened lotion packet to put on my hands and feet which was not acceptable. I got a regular paint pedicure (green tea service which included callus remover, sugar scrub and hot rock massage) & dip/gel combo manicure. The girl doing my nails talked me into the dip/gel combo when I normally do just dip because she said it would last longer & was the same price as regular dip .... I came here once because I needed my pedicure. It was close by my place so I made reservation and showed up for my appointment. When I came in, front desk girl got my hour wrong. She asked what drink would I want. Nice and all but she's not a great front clerk for the shop. She might need to pay attention to the detail. How hard could it be right? I waited a week to post this review. Usually my polish regardless of th medium will pop off in sheets max 3 days. I told the girl I just want two weeks and she said she can get me to two weeks. I was a walk in today and was first asked if i could come back at 6 which wasn't a problem but Ez stepped up and said he could help me :) I got a full acrylic set with regular polish, now most typical salons would try to upsell me the gel polish but i am allergic, most people don't care and ask over and over if i want gel, but not this nail salon! i was genuinely taken care of and was asked if anything he did hurt or needed more filing. I went here 3x, and this is my last time going there. I was so disappointed with my recent visit because the person who did my gel x was too rough, I had previous gel x by Hana(I love it and i book with her but i got another staff), he removed them with clippers, which i thought he's going to dip my current gel x with acetone or whatever but he took them off by clippers! I was so upset! Because it quite hurt, and when he was buffing last touch he was too rough again and cut me and did not even said sorry. Also, last time i had my gel x with them, i only paid fresh set $58 with french tips. Now they charge me gel c with french tips $83. Which doesn't make sense. They were saying Hana didn't know the price and undercharge me. NOT GOING BACK! read more

I walked in and they were able to take me right then. I did a basic manicure and pedicure with regular polish. The technicians did a really nice job on my raggedy cuticles and horrid heels. It's been months since I had either. Jet did my pedicure and I felt very pampered even with just a basic pedicure. The shop is new and clean. 10 foot spas and at least 10 nail stations. I liked my tech. She was nice, but she didn't give me the shape I requested. I wanted rounded. I showed her a picture, but she proceeded to shape them into a sharp almond. Not only that, I was charged an additional $10. I asked the price upfront and they stated $55 depending on length and shape. I got SHORT. And I asked for rounded. She did ask me if I liked the shape but I wouldn't have had time for her to correct them to what I asked for. If I was t up charged, I would have made a big deal of it. I won't be back. read more

Went here to get my nails done, was told I was not able to get the design I wanted so I should pick one off of their website. I did end up picking one but for some reason I got something completely different. The nail tech went wild with colors and designs and I didn't have the heart to say I didn't like them because he seemed really proud about them. Payed 135 in total for horrible nails and went to another salon where they gave me what I originally wanted for 40 dollars, they even laughed at the old work :(. This place you definitely pay for the aesthetic of the nail salon but not the work that's done there. Update: the owner reached out to me to correct the problem. My new nails are amazing!!
