    Came in with my wife and daughter for a much needed pedicure while they got their nails done. I was super happy with the quality of the pedicure and the attention to detail the technician took during the service. The inside is clean and well lit with nice decor. They offer water and soda during your service as well. I'd also like to add that they did an amazing job on my wife's nails and always do as she frequently comes here.

    I love this nail spa! I have been coming here since they renovated and changed ownership. It's so aesthetically pleasing inside and everyone is always extremely kind! It's easy for me to get a same-day appointment or even to schedule online through their website. When you walk in you're greeted with a kind face and I never have to wait to get my treatment. I am always highly satisfied with my nail length and color. There is a wide variety of designs and colors you can choose from. They are thorough and quick and believe me I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails. This is a must location for your pedicure and nail needs

    I showed Tea a photo of how I wanted my nails to look and she did even better than the photo. I highly recommend this place. Tea and Tim are great and do wonderful work

    $110 for what?! Horrible, took over 2 1/2 hours to do a basic pedicure and acrylic French tip. Doesn't even look like a square acrylic French tip pedicure, my toes were severely cut and were bleeding. Not even a clean job. I was nice and still tipped but the worst I've ever had

    I've been a client at this salon for approximately two years and this evening I was told by my…read moretechnician that she would no longer provide me with service. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and I was told that she had an emergency with her son and had to leave. This was untrue, as she was there and told me herself that she just didn't want to provide me with service. She indicated that I reschedule too often and it's creating a problem for her and her schedule. I do reschedule due to my work schedule; however, I reschedule at least 24 hours prior and I am a regular customer that patronized this salon every 3 to 4 weeks. That being said, if rescheduling was a problem for her, all she had to do was communicate this to me. I would have thought that over the time that I've been her client that she would have been comfortable enough with me to do so. The front staff also indicated that she would no longer see me because I was a no show for several appointments. This is untrue. I was NEVER a no show. I was later told if i was late that I would be coded as a no show. That's completely different than not showing for an appointment. I will say that I may run 5 to 10 minutes late on occasion as I come to the salon directly from work; however, I have also waited for her patiently while she has run late with other clients. On one occasion the reception area was short staffed and it took an hour and a half to have my service completed because she kept leaving to assist with other customers. I was understanding and waited patiently. On another occasion I was 20 minutes late for an appointment; however, when I arrived I acknowledge that I was extremely late and asked if I should reschedule and I was told by the front staff and the technician that it was fine. All of this is to say that I was extremely humiliated by the staff at this salon this evening. The situation could have been resolved with proper communication. If she would have communicated with me that I was creating a problem with her schedule and potential compensation, I would have been completely receptive to her. I can honestly say this was one of the absolute worst customer experiences that I've ever had and I'm completely disheartened that this is deemed an acceptable way to treat a loyal customer. I've always been kind and respectful and the way I was treated was inexcusable.. Per the response to the owner, Patrick. Without question I had no intention of returning to an establishment that justifies treating a client the way that I was treated. I was always kind and respectful. Lynn is an amazing technician. Her work is impeccable; however, when her and the front desk staff were caught in the lie that Lynn had "just left" they became defensive and in turn told me she would no longer service me. I wish the salon the best; however, future clients should take note that you are a number to this salon and any loyalty or kindness that you extend is meaningless.

On May 21st, I came in for a full set and a pedicure before leaving for a trip. During my appointment, I noticed the shape of my nails looked uneven and mentioned it several times. I was told they looked fine, despite the fact that each nail appeared to be a different shape and size. I also requested regular polish on my toes but gel polish was started instead. When I pointed out my concerns again, I was told only one nail was an issue and that there wasn't enough time to fix the rest. I decided to leave and move on, but the very next day my pinky nail snapped in half while I was simply cooking and opening a cabinet. Because I was leaving town that day, I returned right when the salon opened. I was initially told to come back the next day, which wasn't possible, and then was asked to return an hour later. When I came back, the broken nail was repaired, but it was noticeably thicker than the others. I also pointed out again that several nails were uneven and that one thumb wasn't fully painted. I was told the manager was on vacation, but that when I returned from my trip the set would be redone at no cost since the issues were the salon's mistake. After returning from vacation, I called to schedule the promised correction. Unfortunately, I was met with a rude response, was told there was nothing they could do, and that I should have had the nails fixed before leaving--even though I had already attempted to do exactly that and had been assured they would be redone when I returned. Mistakes happen, and I understand that. What disappointed me most was not the initial service, but the lack of consistency, accountability, and customer service after I repeatedly tried to address the issues. I truly wanted to give the salon the opportunity to make things right, but unfortunately that never happened.
