Agree with Lisa below. Danny only content with clients he has. I've been going there for over a year but he still doesn't consider me a regular . Refuses to give me a morning appointment giving the same excuse every time that NHUNG is booked weeks in advance for every single morning appointment. So I said "so no one ever cancels or dies " and he said no but he will call me if they do, but I never hear from him. I only put up with this because NHUNG is fab . Now what is funny , not ha ha funny but strange funny is 3 weeks ago I called to see if anything available like a usually do and a woman answered the phone and I got a 9 am appointment within a week!!! She just happen to be covering for Danny while he was enroute. I was shocked and when I showed up for my 9 am that next week Danny acted mad that I got through his controlling system. So you are saying why did I keep trying for a year , well it was because of NHUNG. But it's time for me to move on, there are so many nail salons. I only hope NHUNG sees this review so she will know why I disappeared! read more

I have been going to Premiere Nails for about 2 years. I usually see Num and she always does a great job with my nails, I like dips and gel, and she makes sure I live the salon happy with great nails, she is an expert in designs as well. Danny, the owner is very kind and humble, he always make sure to offer great customer service. Overall the salon has a great vibe, everybody is nice and friendly. This place is so close and convenient. They make you feel like a family, and the one who did my Pedi was LoAnn (hopefully, I typed her name correctly, but if I spelled it wrong, my apologies). She did a thorough cleaning and massage on my feet utilizing sanitary standards on tools/equipment. Worth every penny for the service. You can get pedicure for half an hour, $35, or do the Deluxe (which I did) $55. I love this place! It's hard to find a spot you can trust, and I found one. I will be frequenting this place. This nail salon is decorated nicely, is always clean and has (new) big, comfortable pedicure seats/tubs. They have a fridge in the back with complementary water and soda for paying customers. They offer waxing services and have a large selection of gel nail colors. Danny, the owner, is great. He is always friendly and so is the other staff. Although I love him, I personally choose not to go to him as he is super busy and gets distracted a lot. It's not that the quality I receive from him diminishes, but it just ends up taking longer with all the pauses. I ask for Susan if I can get her....I love her work! She makes sure she gets the polish all the way down to my cuticle so that my manicure lasts longer. Plus if I bring my little munchkin, she always ends up sneaking in a free polish change for her small, little nails :) Pedicures are long and they give good massages. I like their pedicure bowls, they are leopard print. Rawr! They do great gel manicures that last and if something were to go wrong (i.e. chipped nail, broken toe nail, etc.) they will NOT hesitate to fix it. They are really good about that. I never worry about sanitation and their sanitation machines are in clear view of all the customers. They use new files & buffers every time, under wrap new toe separators and temp flip flops. They are very conscientious of this. They only reason I took one star away from them is their wait times. I ALWAYS make an appointment now before I come in. If you do that, you'll be just fine. However, if you just walk in and they quote you 20 minutes....expect to wait up to an hour. I learned my lesson the hard way and I don't want you leaving frustrated. Even if you have to wait though just sneak next door to Great Harvest and get your free slice of bread and butter ;) It'll take away the pain. lol. read more

I got gels and the thumbs peeled so they were fixed at no cost and then when I was getting another set it turns out my hand placement in the nail oven (the drying machine) is why the thumbs didn't stay. I have given this place one too many chances throughout the years. Unfortunately will not be returning. There are far too many nail salons in town to be doing careless and lazy work. I always make appointments ahead of time, but it doesn't seem to make a difference. Rushed through my manicure, tearing off my cuticle TWICE in the process. No apology, nothing. Continued to be extremely sloppy and rushed when applying gel. I was told after everything was said and done he had to redo the whole thing because it didn't set right? Then proceeded to blame me for it?? Interesting. Drills off all the gel leaving my nails dry and brittle and cutting me once again. He ended up making one of the other girls clean up his mess and finish the gel. she did a great job... nearly 2 hours and a bunch of bloody cuticles later. So much for rushing right? read more

I went to this place years ago and I did not like it ,the owner is positively rude. Well I decided to give it a try again after so many years and what a big mistake that was. The owner is still rude , the products they use are inferior. When I left my nails were all bubbled up and they looked at me like I had two heads when I pointed it out to the manicurist.I came home and took off my polish and repainted it myself. Will never go back. If I could give it zero stars I would. Positively terrible. I suggest you stay far away from this place. read more

I personally have always had a great experience here and am shocked to see so many negative reviews. I have been coming here on and off for at least seven years: some times regularly, some times not regularly, and have always had a good experience. I usually get long gel nails and pedicures and they have turned out great each time. The owner Danny is very kind and patient and i feel i should go into details since others on here have said other wise. I have been there once before with my grandmother and he personally helped walk her to our car to make sure she got in safely and didn't ruin her toe polish. Danny has sat with me for an hour and a half after closing until my nails were perfect and so that i left happy if something wasn't exactly as i liked it and i could go on... Will you wait a bit even with a reservation? Yes. But from my experience that happens almost everywhere. Will some technicians better than others? Yes. But again, that's most places. I definitely suggest being very straightforward and give as many details about your preference as possible. And don't leave un-happy. if you aren't happy, say something, and they will always do their best to correct what you are not happy with and have you leaving with what you expected. read more

I went to get a fill because my nail broke off and where I usually go (Paris to New York Nail Bar) is too busy to fit me in I waited 20 minutes for a pedicure and then got my acrylics filled which took an HOUR. I had glitter acrylics on and the person couldn't grasp this concept and had the hardest time filing them down. I asked for the simplest yin yang design and the person couldn't do it. They had no color that I wanted, not even black. Then the person complains about how the color I chose wouldn't cover my previous WHITE glitter acrylic which looked fine so he made me choose a darker color. The only thing that I thought would work looked horrible. I left crying. I wish I had a photo but I already repainted and re-filed the horrible job they did. As soon as I got out I made an appointment somewhere else. I can't even handle how terrible this experience was. read more

I have been here several times for waxing. I love the girl who does my eyebrows but I will NOT go back. Every time I schedule an appointment I wait. But this time I asked for a 4:00 appointment they said they could only do a 3:45. So I took it. At 4:15 I was still waiting. When I asked how much longer he said 5-10 minutes. I walked out at 4:25 still needing my eyebrows waxed!! My time is important and I feel like they do not respect that. read more

Was given a gift card as a birthday gift from a friend and this horrible company wouldn't honor it even though it was paid for!!!! There's NO expiration date anywhere on the card! If they'd put an expiration date anywhere on the card, I would understand, but what bad business to refuse to honor a gift card purchased at your establishment without warning. Don't throw away your money here. The irony is, there was a reason I hadn't been back here in such a long time, every time I go, it's a bad experience. If I could give a lower star I would. I'm not sure if it was just the lady Jan who is horrible but she did an absolutely TERRIBLE JOB. I had just gotten a fresh set two days prior but wasn't crazy about my color so she convinced me to change it and said it would only take 15 minutes to switch the color. I was sitting there for over an hour bc we had to redo the pink and white bc she couldn't get it even. None of my nails were even and to top it off she charged me $40 for this "color change". Do yourself a favor and go see Christine at Posh Nails right across the street. That is where I always go and should have never left. I literally went across the street right after and had them fix it and now they look great. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! I can't believe they allow their employees to do work like that. Absolutely awful. I left this place in tears. I went in for a manicure & pedicure. I came out with burns from hot water on both of my calfs and a smeared pedicure. When I sat down and dipped my toes the water was super hot; I asked the pedicurist to cool it down. She proceeded to try and force my foot in the water, as if she didn't hear what I just said. I told again her was too hot and she just smiled. She proceeded with the pedicure and tried to dip my toes in 10 minutes later; at this point the water was really warm but not boiling so I was okay. As the pedicure continued, she tore out my cuticles quickly and harshly. When she was rinsing my feet I almost kicked her because the water was STEAMING as she rinsed my legs. It hurt so badly. I now have a large red spot on each calf from where she had the water. After she finished coloring my toes she rushed me out of my chair and took me to pay, where she continued to stare at the receipt to see if I would tip her. There was no drying time, which made my large toe smear as she was taking the toe separates off. One hour and thirty dollars later, I left that salon with a large burn on each leg and a smeared toe nail. I've been getting my toes done for the last 15 years and I have NEVER been burned or left with a smeared toe; she didn't even offer to fix it for me when I pointed to the smear. I'm never going back to Premiere Nails again! read more

They took me in as a walk in which was great. During service they weren't paying attention to filing off my gel and made my cuticles bleed on a few fingers. When asked what shape I wanted "coffin" he responds, "Are you sure? That will damage." .... I told him I needed the top layer to be hard gel cause my hands are in water all day and he didn't want to do that either. He didn't use alcohol at the end to set the gel at all I had to ask for it and when I did he gave me acetone. I even asked if it was acetone and he says "uhhh no" I'm a cosmetologist, I know the different. Two days now later my nail polish is all cracked and scruffy looking and my cuticles are bloody. read more
