If he's unavailable, I'm always happy to book with Theresa or Anna. Everyone here is incredibly talented, friendly, and welcoming. I usually get the Royal Pedicure ($95 with gel) or the Detox Pedicure ($115 with gel) whenever I'm in the mood for a longer, more relaxing massage. A regular gel manicure is $50, and nail art typically starts around $5 per nail, depending on the design. Chrome and cat-eye effects are an additional $25. A little tip for anyone with a similar situation: I had the ingrown nails on both of my big toes removed by a podiatrist, so my natural nails are much narrower now. My nail technicians simply use Gel-X or acrylic to widen and reshape my big toenails, and the results look so natural that you'd never know it isn't my real nail shape. I also want to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming when you arrive, and they'll check in throughout your appointment to see if you'd like any refreshments. They offer complimentary mocktails, coffee, water, soda, juice, and even some alcoholic beverages. Whenever I need a last-minute appointment, I just give them a quick call, and they're usually able to fit me in. The owners are also incredibly kind and generous. They frequently host giveaways and special events to show appreciation for their customers, which makes the experience feel even more special. I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. One thing that has always stood out to me is how genuinely caring the staff is. If I have an appointment that runs late into the evening, they make sure I get to my car safely before locking up for the night. The shopping center has never made me feel unsafe, but you can never be too careful. I usually say Las Vegas has top-tier service and hospitality, but the salons I visited on 5/18, including this one, were surprisingly unfriendly. One of the staff was just plain rude but it also looked like she was new. Or maybe it was just an off Monday. Services done: detox pedicure with gel and an acrylic fill with design. The appointment took around 3 hours, and the complimentary Moscato was served in what looks like the 4oz Dollar Tree champagne cups. I have to give Houston the edge when it comes to nail services, lashes, facials, and overall customer experience. And most htx salons don't have 1 beverage per service policies, because most nail salons pretty quickly (of course all dependent on type of service and level of design) and want you comfortable. We came without appts on a busy Sunday. My husband and I just wanted plain manicures, nothing fancy. We were easily accommodated and received great service. Minus one star though for unadvertised upcharge for his "shiny buff" She asked if he wanted that and I assumed for such a small thing, since he wasn't getting polish, that it was a courtesy ask, like how do you want your nails, shiny or matte? I have been coming to this salon on and off since 2024, and this is not a review I wanted to write because I truly wanted to continue supporting this business. I finally found a technician I absolutely loved--Angel. Angel did my nails exactly how I wanted them, and I was so happy with the results. Angel even recommended that I get a brand-new acrylic full set instead of a fill, so I trusted her professional recommendation and spent around $90. Unfortunately, the very next day, two of my nails broke. I called the salon politely to ask if I could come back so Angel could repair them. That was not a complaint--it was simply asking to have a brand-new set fixed after only one day. Somehow, my call was apparently relayed to Angel as though I was complaining. When I arrived, Angel refused to see me, and I was passed to another technician instead. I was honestly shocked and hurt because I had never been rude or disrespectful. After that, I was scheduled with Nina, and I have to say Nina did an amazing job. She shaped my nails exactly the way I wanted them. However, I was charged over $100 for an acrylic fill with a French design. My issue isn't paying for quality work--it's that none of the additional charges or add-ons were explained beforehand. Customers deserve to know what they're being charged before the service is completed. Clear communication about pricing should happen every single visit. Another disappointing experience happened during a later appointment with Nina. I left work, expecting to be gone about two hours. Instead, I waited an entire hour before anyone even acknowledged that she was running behind. No one informed me of the delay until I asked the front desk. They kept saying, "Just a few more minutes," but those few minutes turned into an hour. Then the appointment itself took about another hour and a half, making me several hours late returning to work. Had someone simply communicated the delay when I arrived, I would have happily rescheduled. The lack of communication was incredibly unprofessional. The final straw happened yesterday. I called to schedule another appointment and specifically asked for Nina. The receptionist offered me multiple available appointment times, including 12:30, 1:30, 3:00, and 3:30, so I booked the 12:30 appointment. A few hours later, I received a call saying Nina suddenly couldn't take me because she was "booked back-to-back" and that I should see another technician instead. That explanation simply didn't make sense. If she truly had all of those openings just hours earlier, how did they suddenly disappear? Then I was told they didn't want me waiting if she ran behind. I explained that Wednesdays are my day off and I didn't mind waiting a few minutes if necessary. I even suggested they call me when she was almost ready. They still refused. At that point, I couldn't help but feel like I was intentionally being kept from booking with her. After being passed from Angel to another technician, then having this happen with Nina, I honestly felt singled out and unwanted as a customer. Whether that was the salon's intention or not, that's exactly how the experience made me feel. The biggest issue throughout all of this has been communication. Customers deserve honest communication about repairs, pricing, scheduling delays, and appointments. Instead, I was repeatedly left confused, dismissed, and disappointed. Because of these experiences, I will no longer be returning to this salon. What's especially disappointing is that I've referred at least 10 new customers here over the past several months, many of whom continue to visit. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend a business that made me feel so unwelcome. I sincerely hope management uses this as an opportunity to improve communication between the front desk, technicians, and customers. Really loved this nail spa! It's one of the only ones open early, at 9am. I thought that it wouldn't be very busy at 9am, but there was quite a lot of other customers. I came as a walk-in customer at 9:15, there was no wait despite being quite busy. I got one of their gel pedicures, and it came with a complimentary drink of choice. I chose the Vietnamese coffee. For context, I used to be an avid gel x girly before getting a new job which required them to be removed. I have not done my own nails for quite sometime. So, I decided to get them done by a technician this time around. ART/DESIGN : 5 Design came out amazing and I wish I actually took a photo of how cute they were. My nail technician was nice and I didn't mind the price at all! PREP: 1 My problem with my experience was the rings of fire. I did not notice them until a day later as they blend in with the border between the install and nail bed. You could see them even before removing the nails. I'm a few days late due to being very busy so this may not carry as much weight. Customer service was yet again amazing! So kind and thoughtful throughout the time we were there. The techs were very kind and considerate. Our issue came about with the quality of the service. I received the basic manicure with the clear coat. Once they finally dried, my nails looked like I had got them done a week ago. I was even asked how old they were almost immediately after. Granted the lady who did them was very sweet, kind and patient. I just wasn't pleased with how they came out. I didn't feel comfortable to really speak up given the environment so I do take accountability for that. My partner got her nails done and mentioned she was nipped a few times during her pedi/mani. We come from the other side of town specifically for this location. I'd like to give it another try because sometimes somethings are off. Maybe a shaky day or a few moments. Wanted to do a quick last minute spa night and went with my bf. We made an appmt for 6pm on a Monday. We arrived early at 5:45pm and was greeted promptly. Our nail technicians were Timmy and Sara. I got a regular pedicure and manicure with Timmy. It was the bf first time and he got the regular pedicure. We both loved the massage chairs and one drink is included with the service. They have soft drinks, water, Vietnamese coffee, tea and some cocktails/mocktails. We just got some water as they did our nails. Sara did a good job making my bf feel comfortable for his first pedicure. He has heat sensitivity to hot water so she made sure it was a good temperature for him. Timmy did my mani and pedi and he did a great job helling me get an ingrown nail that I had for awhile. He also helped me pick a color. I wanted something for the fall and he picked a nice orangey color with glitter which made my nails pop! I've never gotten orange for my nails before so it's a fun color.
