Talk about world class service! My mom got her lashes done and absolutely loved them. I walked in with my daughter and she wanted her nails done. We didn't have an appointment, but they took both of us right away. The service was amazing, the music was great, and the overall vibe from both the staff and customers was so welcoming. The ambiance was relaxing and calm, making it a perfect place to unwind. They offer so many options, you really can't go wrong. I usually say Las Vegas has top-tier service and hospitality, but the salons I visited on 5/18, including this one, were surprisingly unfriendly. One of the staff was just plain rude but it also looked like she was new. Or maybe it was just an off Monday. Services done: detox pedicure with gel and an acrylic fill with design. The appointment took around 3 hours, and the complimentary Moscato was served in what looks like the 4oz Dollar Tree champagne cups. I have to give Houston the edge when it comes to nail services, lashes, facials, and overall customer experience. And most htx salons don't have 1 beverage per service policies, because most nail salons pretty quickly (of course all dependent on type of service and level of design) and want you comfortable. We came without appts on a busy Sunday. My husband and I just wanted plain manicures, nothing fancy. We were easily accommodated and received great service. Minus one star though for unadvertised upcharge for his "shiny buff" She asked if he wanted that and I assumed for such a small thing, since he wasn't getting polish, that it was a courtesy ask, like how do you want your nails, shiny or matte? On a $30 manicure, a $10 upcharge for this is a bit much. Lesson learned for next time. Overall it is the nicest salon in the sea of salons in Henderson! read more

I'm a few days late due to being very busy so this may not carry as much weight. Customer service was yet again amazing! So kind and thoughtful throughout the time we were there. The techs were very kind and considerate. Our issue came about with the quality of the service. I received the basic manicure with the clear coat. Once they finally dried, my nails looked like I had got them done a week ago. I was even asked how old they were almost immediately after. Granted the lady who did them was very sweet, kind and patient. I just wasn't pleased with how they came out. I didn't feel comfortable to really speak up given the environment so I do take accountability for that. My partner got her nails done and mentioned she was nipped a few times during her pedi/mani. We come from the other side of town specifically for this location. I'd like to give it another try because sometimes somethings are off. Maybe a shaky day or a few moments. Though for the prices of the services and etc, the quality should match. I appreciate your guys time and efforts. read more

I have been going to LV Nails & Spa for almost 2 years. This is the only salon I will trust with my hands. Gigi is my tech and I absolutely love her! She transformed my nails - taking me from little nubs (I'm a nail picker) to actually having long natural nails! My hands never looked more beautiful. For context, I used to be an avid gel x girly before getting a new job which required them to be removed. I have not done my own nails for quite sometime. So, I decided to get them done by a technician this time around. ART/DESIGN : 5 Design came out amazing and I wish I actually took a photo of how cute they were. My nail technician was nice and I didn't mind the price at all! PREP: 1 My problem with my experience was the rings of fire. I did not notice them until a day later as they blend in with the border between the install and nail bed. You could see them even before removing the nails. Really loved this nail spa! It's one of the only ones open early, at 9am. I thought that it wouldn't be very busy at 9am, but there was quite a lot of other customers. I came as a walk-in customer at 9:15, there was no wait despite being quite busy. I got one of their gel pedicures, and it came with a complimentary drink of choice. I chose the Vietnamese coffee. The pedicure took about an hour and ended with a hot stone leg massage. Overall service was great and very relaxing! I would definitely recommend them. read more

I absolutely love this nail spa! I adore my nail tech, Tiffany! She is the absolute best! I highly recommend booking her as your nail tech! She is very gentle with your nails and very accommodating with whatever you may need. She also helped me pick a color that matched my current nail color! Before the service, she asked if I wanted a drink, as it comes with your service! I attached a photo of the options! I love that this place offers this! Now, regarding the nail spa, I appreciate the cleanliness and how bright it is in this place! I was planning on getting a regular pedicure but realized that since I'm going to Hawaii, I should do gel so it lasts longer so Tiffany did a pink gel on my toes! Which came out amazing! Lastly, I am so happy that it doesn't have a strong acetone smell like many nail salons I've been to. This nail spa has an upscale feel with a relaxing touch! i've been going here for about a year and a half and I've never had such a horrible experience. I came in and showed two options for a design i stated if it was too difficult that we could do something simpler. after about 2 1/2 hours in the salon and the nail tech continuing to redo what she had already done and still not having the result I asked for. In addition spraying neon green nail polish on my clothing and rolling her eyes when i complained . I went to the front desk to ask for a different nail technician. I was told that this was my fault and that I was asking for too difficult of a design. I was told that I was not smart enough to understand how nails are done. I was then offered 10% to leave with my nails completely destroyed and wet and to come back tomorrow to pay full price. to this I responded absolutely not and requested to have a different nail tech complete my nails. upon receiving a different nail tech I then got the initial design that I wanted with ZERO ISSUE. The gel that the first nail technician had used wasn't even dried completely. The front desk staff is incredibly rude condescending and unhelpful. The young lady even suggested I should pay more because of the trouble I caused. I've worked in retail most of my life and this was the craziest solution I've seen from staff. I would not recommend coming here because if there's an issue, it will not be resolved. You will still end up paying almost $100 and be told it's your fault. read more

If you want your wife or girlfriend to have the worst experience possible definitely send her here. I always treat my partner to nails because it is a necessity, for care, and for mental. She went in while I was at work to get her nails done. It took her nail tech multiple try's to get what she wanted done and still didn't get it right. While she was doing it, she was rough physically with her, and wanted to argue about what she was getting done. To finish her service she sprayed neon green nail polish on her Aritzia hoodie. If you know you know. If she couldn't do it, maybe go get someone who can. Not our fault you just got out of tech school. Then she went to the front to request a different tech so professionally and the lady at the front basically told her to go FHS and that she can get 10% and come back another day to get a different set done. Finally after begging for another tech she got one who could actually do her job and provided the service. My partner then payed at the front and received rolling eyes and scoffs. All I have to say is they are lucky I wasn't there that time. I've never left a yelp review before but I know I'm valid for this one. read more

Wanted to do a quick last minute spa night and went with my bf. We made an appmt for 6pm on a Monday. We arrived early at 5:45pm and was greeted promptly. Our nail technicians were Timmy and Sara. I got a regular pedicure and manicure with Timmy. It was the bf first time and he got the regular pedicure. We both loved the massage chairs and one drink is included with the service. They have soft drinks, water, Vietnamese coffee, tea and some cocktails/mocktails. We just got some water as they did our nails. Sara did a good job making my bf feel comfortable for his first pedicure. He has heat sensitivity to hot water so she made sure it was a good temperature for him. Timmy did my mani and pedi and he did a great job helling me get an ingrown nail that I had for awhile. He also helped me pick a color. I wanted something for the fall and he picked a nice orangey color with glitter which made my nails pop! I've never gotten orange for my nails before so it's a fun color. I had such a wonderful experience here. I called ahead and asked if they had time for a fill and they immediately got me in. Ken listened to all my concerns about my nails and did a wonderful job. He works pretty fast too. I was there barely an hour. Got a fill with a beautiful color that he helped me pick. The staff in general is very attentive. They immediately write down your name and use it through your visit, making you feel like a regular from the start. The salon is clean smells nice and has a very calm atmosphere about it despite being so busy. It's also nice you can Venmo or Zelle the tip separately to your nail artist.
