Omg, I got a removal done here and have left and paid. While I didn't feel any pain or discomfort, I just checked my nails in the car and Jesus Christ. There are so many grooves on my natural nail where she removed my gel x extensions and where the natural nail plate is untouched. I understand time and efficiency especially in shops like these but god damn I can't imagine ever getting a full set here. There doesn't seem to be any care for the clients experience or their nail health. Never returning. I've been a long time customer and today was my last visit. Linda charged me 10.00 for callus removal which I never got. I got a regular pedicure and no shaving on the bottom of my feet. She only scrubbed the bottoms as usual. I know what my bill usually looks like and today I noticed it was higher so when I nicely asked the young girl at the desk what it was, she looked at me and said it's for callus removal because that's what I had done. Worst pedicure I've ever had. The entire service lasted about 13 minutes plus 3-4 min to paint my toes white . The technician barely shaped my nails and never even asked what shape I wanted. The water was uncomfortably HOT and he practically tossed my feet into the tub and I told him it was too hot! When I declined the gel upgrade and the other service upgrades because I prefer regular polish, it felt like he completely rushed through the rest of the pedicure. There was no real massage , he simply rubbed lotion on my legs for a few seconds. He also didn't use toe separators while painting my nails, which made the polish application sloppy. According to your menu, the Classic Pedicure includes nail trimming, shaping, cuticle care, massage, hot towel treatment, and polish. Unfortunately, I did not receive the level of service that was advertised, and this was by far the most disappointing pedicure experience I've had. This basic pedicure is almost $40 .. this is insane. Never coming back. read more

Quick fix! Convenient to where I was, I stopped in for a desperately needed manicure with gel polish. The receptionist was there and ready to get me started. The attendant didn't share her name, just started. I know cultural differences and age but as a service provider, I always greet, share my name and confirm service. I came in on December 3, 2025 to get my nails fixed after having them done elsewhere the day before. I was really unhappy with the original set and was desperate to get them corrected before an upcoming trip. [[HIGHLIGHT]]At first, the nail tech seemed pleasant.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, once we sat down at her station next to her coworker, she began speaking in Vietnamese about how ugly and disgusting my nails were, laughing and making comments directly to her coworker. What she didn't realize was that I am Vietnamese and fully understood everything she was saying.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I was honestly horrified and embarrassed. I ended up responding back in Vietnamese, telling her that yes, that's exactly why I was there, to have them fixed. Her coworker burst out laughing, and only then did the nail tech realize what she had done. She turned red, apologized, and quietly finished my nails in an awkward and tense silence.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Mind you, I still gave her a tip I would give any other nail tech with exemplar professionalism and service. While the nails were eventually fixed, the experience itself was extremely uncomfortable and disappointing. As a Vietnamese person, I felt especially embarrassed by the lack of professionalism and respect shown, especially in hearing it in my own language. First of all 2 of my nails broke within 3 & 1/2 days of getting them done. The first one broke 2 days after getting it done. I got the 1st broken nail repaired. II called for another for a different nail that popped off today. warning they use cheese graters here on the feet which is banned in the state of Nevada for many reasons. Anyway, Complete waste of money. If you want a really good pedicure avoid this place. I came in for a basic pedicure. No polish or gel. The tech up-sold me on the deluxe pedicure because they give 20% if you spend $58 or more on your first visit..... so weird. Anyway it was one of the worst pedicures I've ever gotten. It felt so rushed. I got there at 5:45, was taken back at 5:50 and we started the actual pedicure at 5:55. She finished my pedicure at 6:15. I spent $56.69 (after tip) for a 20 minute rushed pedicure :( I came home and had to cut MORE of my cuticles and clean under my own toenails. Lastly, she used some sort of mask or lotion that stained me orange! Lol this part isn't that serious but after showering last night I woke up and these are my legs!! Good thing I have nowhere to show my legs off anytime soon. Moral of the review--- don't go here. Insanely overpriced. read more

Awesome!! Came in here on a whim, my 7year old really wanted to get manicures and pedicures and wow did we luck out. We came in at about 3 o'clock on Monday and they were able to take us right away. They were so kind and friendly and I especially appreciated that they were wonderful with my daughter making her have a great first experience. It was relaxing and the place was clean and fresh. We got our manicures and pedicures done and my daughter even got little flowers on her nails. I'm not someone who ever leaves bad reviews. I make it a point to only review when I've had a particularly positive experience but I felt like I had to in this case. I went to this nail salon with my sister and we had appointments that were made one week in advance for 2pm. We came in and were told which pedicure seats to sit in and given color books to choose colors. We sat there for 40 minutes with no one looking at us or talking to us. They didn't even fill up the bowls for our feet to soak. We could have at least been soaking our feet?? [[HIGHLIGHT]]After 40 minutes I asked what was going on and a young woman (I'm guessing she was the manager) said they were very busy and I said, "I understand but I made a reservation for 40 minutes ago and no one has updated us or told us at all what is going on."[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]She was annoyed and just said "do you still want pedicures or not?" She was really rude when I asked her basic questions about how long it might take and why our reservation wasn't honored and why we were sat in a corner ignored without being updated. As I walked in, I met Jet, the receptionist that was very friendly and letting me take a peek at the new establishment. They are offering 20% as they just opened about several months ago. Immediately, I made my appointment for gel manicure and pedicure. I made my appointment for 5:30 last Thursday and I didn't have to wait very long. Upon entering the establishment they utilized every space. To the left, you will see a bar. I could tell they were making fun of me while I was there. I brought my own color which was an old Sally Hansen yellow which I cannot find another color like that anywhere. She sneezed, took her mask off and wiped her nose with her bare hand and continued to file my nails with the same hand. This is why I had my gel x nails removed. I'd rather do my own then leave a nail salon with bad vibes. They charge for every little thing; cut down, callous removal, gel polish removal. Sort of feel they nickel and dime you here. I had a book on my lap which was falling off while my fingers were soaking. They did not try to help me move it during the pedicure. No pride or integrity. Bad social skills and horrible customer service. Quality of work was good but paid no attention to comfort or needs of client. read more
