Honestly I don't understand why I haven't been here before with my teen. We had to scramble and find a place last minute for her dance because our nail techs flaked last minute, so the panic set in. I had to find somewhere close to the house quick since I still have laundry to do, she has to get her nails done and get ready! We walked in and were greeted immediately by someone and they asked what service we needed. 2 gel pedicures and an acrylic full set with design. He quoted $80 for the style and design she wanted, so we'll see how it ends since they're working on her nails right now. My pedicure was great, and hers was too. They say us down as soon as they could so we waited for about 3 minutes, and were friendly and made us as comfortable as possible while working on our feet. My feet feel refreshed and they did a great job on her nails. Based on the job they did I would recommend coming here if you do a more basic style of nail designs, acrylics- not with diamonds and stuff, but I could be wrong. TERRIBLE nail job. The only reason I gave it 1star is because it wouldn't let me leave a NO STAR rating. The young man sits you down and doesn't want to listen to you tell him how to do his job. I explained that I had some lifting on the sides of the nails. It needs to be broken down before new acrylic goes on top. He just plopped the new acrylic on top of the old acrylic , filed them and they were done. I told him the nails were lifting and needed to be broken down but he wouldn't listen to me. Water got in where they were lifting and he chose to ignore and I was Left with a fungus under the acrylic on a few of my nails. It takes a long time to get rid of that fungus and it is not healthy for my nails. I have been doing my nails since 1984 and I have enough experience to know that is a nail shop that you don't want to go to. I will never recommend or return to them again. read more

I am leaving this so the business knows to do better.. I came in asking for a gel pedicure, he said it was $51.. so even pointed to the service I wanted to the artist that clearly stated $51 too and the artist starts doing all these other things on top of it and I walk out getting charged $71... not ONCE did he ask if I'd like to upgrade my service or saying the price would change. My plan wasn't to spend hours in a salon with the rude employees they have. I came in looking for a full set and they had my grandmother waiting for an hour and a half when she only needed her nails PAINTED. That was it. I live in LA but whenever I'm in Las Vegas, I only come to Top Nails! I've tried a few other places before I started coming to top nails and since then, none other compares! Today was just the same! I got the lavender pedicure, which was just the most lavish, luxurious, pedi kit I've ever experienced. The purple powder turns into an exfoliant gel that you just squirm and wiggle your toes in while it does it's magic!! My nail tech was thorough and took her time on all the details- length, shape, hang nails, cuticles, and even helped me decide on a color! She was nothing short of a perfectionist when doing my little toes! I also got a gel manicure and I was completely blown away by how quick and perfect they ended up being. The service here is amazing and all the employees are so sweet and accommodating. Last but not least, the best part- the prices are so good, especially for Vegas! You can't beat it! I would recommend this nail salon to all my friends and family whenever they visit Vegas. I love getting my nails done here even more so than back at home in LA. I was excited to get my nails done until I sat down. I now understand why it was empty when I went in. Didn't get what I wanted on my fingers because the tech didn't know how to do it on short nails and it looked like a toddler painted them, then he tried to tell me it's because my nails are short that's why they looked bad. I have been coming here for a good five months and today is the worst service I have ever received. The man who did my nails was rude and honestly in a rush. I asked for oval nails and I didn't get the desired shape, the nails look overly clumped and there are some small spaces he left; I ticked a few times and didn't enjoy it at all. While he was putting the acrylic setting on, he stopped half way on my nail to answer his phone. I was extremely annoyed and extremely disappointed. They have a system where when you pay you give them your last four digits and you get rewarded points by how much you pay. Being someone who would go in once a month, maybe twice, this is the first time I wasn't asked for it. (I wanted an oval shape because I wanted to try something new but ended up with this shape instead.) If I have to be honest, if you want try it out, you have a 50/50 shot of either getting a good experience or bad experience. I highly wouldn't recommend them. read more

We were back in Vegas again for a wedding. And no, not a crazy eloping, Elvis Presley type wedding. A normal, couple-who-has-dated-over-one-year kinda wedding. This nail spot was right around the corner from the hotel we were staying at in Henderson so I figured why not try it out. I rarely get my mani/pedis done by males but this nail salon is very interesting because majority of their workers are males. AND they all speak pretty decent if not perfect English. Who'da thunk it? I got a regular mani pedi done. I'd have to say the pedi was very quick and enjoyable. Loved the salt scrub they use. My mani was also awesome. I forget who my nail tech but he shaped my cat claws very nicely. And I picked a usual fall/winter color for both my fingers and toes (OPI Linkin Park After Dark) and here we over 2 weeks later and my nails still look somewhat fresh! :) My only reason for not rating them 5 stars is the price. I ended up paying around $48 for my mani pedi. That's kinda craycray for me since it was quite standard and the nail salon isn't located in the best neighborhood of Henderson either. read more

I have tried too many nail salons in the valley before finding the perfect one. The area is not ideal but the quality and price is one of a kind! They have like 10 nail techs and got me in right away. I got the deluxe pedicure which was $35. She took such good care of me and was so careful on my toes. I had bad ingrown toenails and she did everything she could to take care of them and stopped when she knew it was too much. THIS IS NOW MY NEW REGULAR!! They also use sanitary covers in the baths and sterilized tools. They also have the big cheese grater thing to get all the dead skin off- that's how you know they mean business!! read more

The last few times I came in to get my nails done, the nail techs did not let my nails dry long enough. Two days after I would initially get them done, they started turning black or brown. I complained and they said that when it happens, to come back to the salon and that they'll fix it for free. I do not have the time to be coming back and forth to the salon all because the nail techs are in a rush and won't let my gel polish dry properly. My nail lengths on each hand are also all over the place. My nails on my left hand were noticeably longer than my right hand, and when I pointed it out, the nail tech started getting defensive over it. My nail on my right thumb was also crooked and not straight, and again, when I pointed it out, the nail tech said it was fine. I insisted it was not, and he developed an attitude, but did fix it.
