This experience was completely unacceptable. I came here strictly because it was recommended and to go to a specific technician ( Louie ) he was with a customer but I informed him I was more than willing to wait for him and I also explained the color I wanted and that I wanted gel polish, yet I was abruptly handed off to another technician ( lady with short hair with glasses) who was visibly irritated about having to help me. From the moment she started, her attitude was rude, cold, and unprofessional. No greeting, no communication, nothing. She was extremely rough with my feet, scrubbing so hard that it actually hurt my heel. This was not a "thorough" pedicure it was careless and painful. When she finished, she simply said "Okay, I'm done," got up, and immediately went to another customer. What made this even worse was watching her completely change her behavior for the next client greeting them warmly, asking how they were doing, and discussing color options. Clearly...courtesy only applies to certain customers. As a new customer, this was a terrible first impression. I felt disrespected and unwelcome. This place clearly does not value new clients, and the lack of professionalism was shocking. I would absolutely NOT recommend this salon, especially if it's your first time. I will not be returning, and I do not want that kind of negative energy touching me again. read more

Louie & his wife Tracy are magic together! My french tip almond shaped full set and pedicure came out perfect. Tracy did my pedi and Louie slayed my full set. I highly recommend making an appointment when you come here. They are always busy (it makes sense why). Tracy took her time with my pedi. She was so gentle. I love gentle hands on my feet. Louie, I showed him a picture and asked if he could do it. He gently, confidently, and patiently put in beautiful work- biggest thank you! He even recommended great food places in the area and I'm more than excited to try! Again, make an appointment before coming here. The nail techs do take their time with each customer. I would suggest blocking out 1-3hrs for this appointment depending on what services you are receiving. read more

Louie and Tracy gave my sister and me mani/pedis yesterday...the pedi was very relaxing and our toes looked so pretty!!! After going to them for many years I will no longer be returning. I went in yesterday for a pedicure and Tracy was doing my nails. I came here as it is close to my home. The general man who did my nails was very nice and the end result looks pretty good. I got gel nails taken off and painted back on. The nail polish I came in with was thick and stayed on very well it took the nail tech a long time to get it off. The weird thing about taking off my gel was that he scratched off the nail polish... with his finger. I have never had someone completely scratch off my gel nails. Maybe like a test to see if it was ready then they use a tool. But nope this guy scratched it off with his own finger. Kind of strange. Got the job done, just a bit unusual. Amazing quality and service! I've been going here for over 15 years, the prices are reasonable for the quality and the amazing service.

I am not from this area and trying any new nail shop can be scary. This was closest to our brother in laws house so we gave it shot. One patron was having her nails done, other than that the shop was empty. I was greeted promptly and asked for a pedicure. The shops was glamorous with new flooring and gray and white trim and a chandelier hanging down. I was already impressed. My technician was Louie and he was so gentle and did a fabulous job on my cat eye pedicure. I also have to add, I am missing a great toenail and he was able to form one out of acrylic. The whole time I was there he and his brother kept great conversation with me and we're adding in the other patron to the mix so we all felt welcomed. This was the worst experience. DO NOT come here. Asked for Tracy since she had good reviews. She is SLOPPY and VERY MESSY. SHE "cleaned" up polish from my feet twice yet there is still polish all over. WORST service. She was yelling in a different language instead of speaking directly to me, and the manager was even worse. He offered to "clean up" the polish but said there was nothing to clean and they "look good". Will never return. Do not recommend this place. They're renovating finally! 4 stars because my favorite pedicure tech, Vivian, left!! And no one comes close to her as far as to the consistency of her pedi! Lou is a nice guy, he is the owner but his pedis sometimes leave toenails cut crooked and polish looking messy and I tried a gel mani once and it lifted the very next day. I had another tech do my pedi yesterday, her name is Lynn. She did an excellent job on my pedi and I hope she is there next time I have an appt. read more

Nail techs nice but the quality of their gel pedicures suck ! He sent me out with two chipped nails instead of informing me / recommending that I clip all of my nails to make it match He then refused to put another coat on my white tips so some areas are spotty and told me "it's my nail" He took his time on my toes which came out nice but he rushed on my nails because he had another appointment coming in and when I advised him I felt rushed he laughed and proceeded to rush Will be the last time I visit this salon I recommend Nail Society they're a little pricey but obviously you get what you pay for read more

If you want affordable simple nails come here. I come here because there friendly and get the job done. They don't usually have a lot of nail techs working. Sometimes you may have to wait if your a walk in. I do love that they take there time. And when you have gels. They wrap your tips in acetone. Instead of buffing it off like most nail places do, because it's quicker and damages your nails. They get a 5 star for great service. But knocked a few stars of for appearance. It needs a little upgrade. There decor is horrible. Lil dirty to me. I come here when I need simple cuz it's cheap. I also gave a lower star for technique.. Not a nail place you would expect for Vegas. They do have newer pedicure chairs. That's always a plus. Would recommend for simple. read more

Made an appointment for 2 pedicures, came in early but still had to wait for 10 minutes for them.to get to us. They were very short handed for a Sunday. That was the only hiccup though. The pedicure was so nice. Full soak treatment, nail filing, scrubbing, shaping, massaging. The whole 9 yards! I asked for nail art and it turned out great. But the massage was by far the best part. My husband was pleasantly surprised by the professional manner and how efficient they were. He loved the massage too. If you are in town for a good nail person I would definitely try here. Just moved to Henderson and decided to make an appointment for a pedicure and gel manicure. My pedicure was fantastic, Lynn took her time and massage my legs. The manicure was horrible, she cut my thumb and the gel has patches, when I told her that it was not a solid color she got pissy and had an attitude, she fixed one nail only because it was the most visible one. Don't Recommend this place. Nail polish doesn't last even a week. They charge you extra for everything (ex: Removing gel nail polish to repaint them with gel) they do a shitty job if you don't get gel on your nails because they try to push you to get gel and they actually over charged me didn't realize what I had payed for till I was home. Just moved to state and some reviews I read was good at this location. I've been getting my nails done for 20 years now I have had broken Nails in the past and then I switch to gel as an overlay for at least 5 years. My nails will never chip and if I did break a nail it was done by force. I came in here to get a fill on Thursday on Monday I broke 2 nails WHILE SLEEPING! They were closed on Tuesday so I went back on Wednesday and got them fixed and pay the $6 fee. The very next day on Thursday to different nails broke also again while I was sleeping! Worst place ever. The nail tech guy is very unfriendly. Had my 16 yr old daughter do her nails here... Never again! . The nails came out super thick, edges were not fully set and covered. Nail polish was all over her skin parts, she even pointed out where he missed and his response with his hand waving " never mind". I mean, come on paid u 55.00 plus 10.00 tip n your going to do that( I didn't know this happened until we left the place, should not have tipped him.. smh) Never again, if you go, make sure u tell him there n then what's wrong and to fix it. And if you send your child, check it and make sure they did it right and did not just ignore them. Not Good! By far the worst mani pedi I have EVER received! I was a walk in because it's right next door to where I get my eyebrows threaded. I had to have her take the gel top coat off and redo it with a different brand. It dried all streaky and bubbly, she acted like it was a big deal to fix her mess up and talked in her language the entire time and EVERY other employee had to stop by to look at my nails. Then the pedi, smh this pedi had me ready to walk out of the salon. She left paint all over my toes, she didn't clean up any of her mess ups. When I asked her if she would clean up the paint she acted like I was asking her for a free set! The salon is dirty and out dated. Everything is dusty. I tried doing my own nails but the baby pink that I bought needed total of 3 coats to look good. After failing twice, I decided to drive to A-1 Nails and it's only $12 for manicure which is honestly cheaper than most places. They did such an amazing job and was very patient with me. Because I don't usually get my nails done, I'm basically a noob at being a girl.. so once I thought they were dried (they weren't dry) I got in my car and I messed up one of my nails. I went back in and she took her time and cleaned a few other ones that I messed up as well. My nails are uneven , my pointer that broke is longer then the other , nail polish is THICK , as I was watching her do my nails I could see the coat of color just dripping to the side . She coated with color 3 times , 1-2 coat of color is good enough . So now I have to deal with these until I actually go in and get them done again. I go here cause its convenient for me. Two "regulars" came in and were sat almost immediately while I waited there for about an hour after my appointment, the nail tech kept nicking me with the drill and filing my skin and his fingers were dirty with wet acrylic and he got it in the cuts he made and all over my skin, he barely filed them down and they were way too big for my nails, the acrylic was lumpy and patchy and super thick I ultimately had to file down and shape them myself once I was home which took me hours to do because of all the acrylic not to mention I payed $65 for them. read more

I'm shocked to see all of these great reviews maybe I came in on a bad day. Long story short I came in for a pedicure and manicure buff, very simple and quick. I was asked to have a seat in the massage chair because they were ready for me. I kid you not, I was seating in the massage chair with my feet in the water for over 30 minutes. Yes, no exaggeration over 30 MINUTES! I almost got up and left but the man told me he will be right with me at the 15 min mark. When he finally came over he apologized ( I am a forgiving person) I accepted his apology and he started the pedicure. I had to ask him to change the water because now it is freezing ( shouldn't have to ask that). Pedicure was whack, red paint smudges on my skin and he cut my nails uneven. There was paint underneath one of my nails I asked politely if he can clean it up he stated that was the nail. My mom and I went here to get pedicures and the women attempting to give my mom a pedicure was talking to her coworker next to her the entire time and not paying attention to what she was doing. I mean for god sake isn't a pedicure supposed to be relaxing? For 90% of my moms pedicure she was just non stop talking. The lady who did my pedicure was half ass and painted my toes super patchy. I'd rather flush money down the toilet than spend it at this place. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would.
