For a local spot, this place has been consistently good. I really like the ladies that work there as they do their best to make sure I'm happy with the end results. I'm pretty indecisive, so I try to bring in a picture as to what I'm looking for. My go to items are acrylics and gel mani and pedicures. Lately I've been vibing with hard gel and Gel X as it's feels lighter and its still sturdy. They have a great selections of colors and cat eye is still s favorite nail effect I wish I could do more of. It's shimmering and subtle depending on the color you pick. I was lucky enough to have some fun bright colors until my job mandated more neutral colors, but Tango Pink has been a solid go to for a soft transparent pink. Lilly and Tiffany are great. Tiffany loves designing with nail art so if you have some ideas and inspiration she's great at that. Rhinestones and glitter. Ayyyeee. Natalie is very good at pedicures and always makes you feel relaxed. Feet will feel so much softer afterwards. Their prices are very reasonable and for the quality of work, it's a great deal. It's tucked in the plaza where Raising Canes is so it's pretty easy to find parking. I do recommend making an appointment as walk ins come frequently. I think it just helps. Give them a try! Great location!! This place open close to my home so I decided to try it out. Ombre Nails is beautiful and very clean. They have a self check in when you walk in and the staff is very friendly. I had a manicure and pedicure. The prices are a little high and the prices on the website are different from what they are charging. I paid $50 for a gel manicure with design and $30 for a classic pedicure. The website said $25 for a classic pedicure but I paid $30 and didn't realize the price difference until later. I wish they had a manicure/ pedicure special but other than that I really like this place. They have all the safety portals in place with Covid. read more

The shop design/decor is adorable! 3.) The music ! 4.) Pedicures are very RELAXING! 5.) The detail in their work is FIRE 6.) They have just about any color acrylic and gel you can think of! 7. Pricing is fair and they DO NOT nickel and dime you. 8.) The types of pedicures offered are wild! Thank you guys!! I'm so glad I found you! read more

Not worthy of a star? Tiffany, is always in a rush-more worried about answering the phone which don't know why as the other 2 employees just sitting their bored as can be. Cash is best as she tells you so she doesn't pay taxes, duh-then don't open up a business to do crappy eyelash work, ummmm yes dear, taxes are a thing here in America! My fill only took her 25 minutes in which the next AM you will be pulling off 30% of glue to which she layered a fill to existing lashes which as you can see another good 50% is still needing to come off. I've been living in Henderson for over 10 years and just recently went into this shop. I sat down and was ignored for about 10 minutes until a nail tech named Tiffany took me. She instantly started talking Vietnamese and wasn't too responsive in what I wanted. She then proceeded to not clean my nails correctly and made my nails way more thicker than I wanted. The vibe of the shop overall was unsatisfactory and there so many better ones around I would go too. Safe yourself the time and drive. read more

I desperately needed a pedicure and I saw this place with a sign outside that said $19 pedicures so I said why not? However when I went in there was no $19 pedicure I don't know where that went, no biggie. The two employees that were there were friendly and my nail technician did a great job on my pedicure. I paid $35 for the pedicure that comes with a sea salt scrub. The salon was clean, and nice everything still seems pretty new. Will be back to see Lily read more

So unfortunate this place used to be a gem when they first opened and when the husband and wife were running the shop but now there's a new staff and my last 2 visits have been mediocre at best. I made an appointment and arrived on time and was started on my manicure first, just as my manicure was finishing up I was told they couldn't do my pedicure for several more hours because they didn't have enough workers; this would have been nice to know BEFORE starting my manicure as I had an event to attend in a few hours and only had a certain time blocked out for getting a mani/pedi and I would have went elsewhere had I known this from the beginning. They then asked me to come back hours later which I couldn't which is the whole point of me making an appointment. To make matters worse my manicure is chipping and already has stained after only 2 days and the polish was put on so thick that it's uneven and has lint painted over in several spots. Definitely a shame because this was my go to spot when the husband and wife first opened up and we're running things but now things have drastically changed. I also noticed online their pricing is completely different then when you arrive and they stated they gave me their special 10% discount (sign posted out front) but the total was higher than the discount and the advertised online price. read more

Nails lasted a day before the whole nail popped off. Came back to have fixed which was just getting the gel-x glued back on which would have taken about 2 min to which I was told I would have to come back for. Will not be returning. 65+generous tip for nails that lasted one day. Already a shaky paint job and then the nail coming off and being an issue to have simply stuck back on was the icing on the cake. It was nice and clean inside and Tina was AWESOME! She corrected the "mistakes" from my previous tech and was very thorough and asked constantly if everything was alright-- love it. The people here are absolutely AWFUL, especially the girl at the front desk. I walked in the girl at the front desk didn't even acknowledge me. She told me to go pick a color, literally pointed to the opposite area of where the colors were. I explained that I wanted a gel color and before I could tell her which one, she rudely said "the gel colors are there too" as if I were dumb. I should have walked out then, but I sat down and the tech came to do my nails and didn't even acknowledge me. Like, whether you speak English or not, friendly is a universal language. I sat down, she told me to put my foot up, hen the other, she literally pushed my foot into the water. I said never mind and walked out! I just moved to the neighborhood and didn't want to drive all the way to the southwest, but I will from now on; driving 40 minutes to get my nails done where I know people are kind, good humans is much better than driving 3 and dealing with disgusting, rude jerks.

One of the best things on Yelp is when you find a place with really good reviews, and when you walk…read morein it's not very fancy looking. That's when you just KNOW it's gonna be good. I've been to fancier nail salons that had okay-ish reviews, and the reviews were just that they liked the vibes. This place is totally clean and pleasant, well-lit, spacious enough -- but it's nothing super fancy, and that's how you know the good reviews on here don't lie!!! Most places don't clean up the cuticle very well and you end up with nice gel nails that cover a yucky cuticle for a few days before growing out and leaving a gap that snags on everything for the next week or so. This place does an excellent job on the cuticle, and the nail tech Melissa obliged when I asked her to get the polish as close as she could to the cuticle line. It's not fully "tucked" like a Russian style manicure, but it's very close to it and I appreciate that. The polish is also really nice and smoothed down real flat, no raised edges to get caught and snagged. I appreciate that too! I also appreciated that both nail techs, Monae and Melissa, used the efile appropriately without grinding my nailbed to shreds. That's the second biggest issue I have with most other nail salons I try, and why I rarely go to any nail salon a second time. Most places just got too nuts with the efile to the point where when your manicure wears off your nails are just destroyed underneath. They didn't do this here! Very careful with the efile and only used where needed, and my nails don't feel like a damaged flaky mess under the hard gel. Feels like they got my nails just textured enough to bond really well with the gel, minimal damage. Thanks to the restrained efiling and excellent cuticle work, my mani and pedi still aren't wearing off at all, so I figured I'd come leave a nice review here!! I'll definitely be back!
