Tiffany did my nails and I did not get name of pedicure tech. They did not initially have good stars but I went anyway by trusting my gut. The place was nice and clean the staff was very friendly. It was not busy but I did spend two and a half hours there which wasn't clear why until other customers showed up and she left me to help them. I am from Sacramento and needed a dip fill it's okay they did not have dip other than clear and then they polish over the dip with gel. The filing of my nails were okay so far they're strong we'll see how long they last. Giving a four because I like to get in and out of the nail shop with my own shop I'm in and out in an hour pedicure and dip nails. read more

Got my nails done just before the new school semester. I live in the Southwest area but will ALWAYS make the drive to Ombre because they do me right over here! The store is super clean and the staff are always welcoming. The owner's son is also in and out of the shop sometimes but never fails to greet and offer me refreshments while I wait for a nail tech. For the design in the photo attached, it took maybe less than an hour for the owner to finish my nails which is perfect for the people that have busy schedules! For a local spot, this place has been consistently good. I really like the ladies that work there as they do their best to make sure I'm happy with the end results. I'm pretty indecisive, so I try to bring in a picture as to what I'm looking for. My go to items are acrylics and gel mani and pedicures. Lately I've been vibing with hard gel and Gel X as it's feels lighter and its still sturdy. They have a great selections of colors and cat eye is still s favorite nail effect I wish I could do more of. It's shimmering and subtle depending on the color you pick. I was lucky enough to have some fun bright colors until my job mandated more neutral colors, but Tango Pink has been a solid go to for a soft transparent pink. Lilly and Tiffany are great. Tiffany loves designing with nail art so if you have some ideas and inspiration she's great at that. Rhinestones and glitter. Ayyyeee. Natalie is very good at pedicures and always makes you feel relaxed. Feet will feel so much softer afterwards. Their prices are very reasonable and for the quality of work, it's a great deal. Cash is best as she tells you so she doesn't pay taxes, duh-then don't open up a business to do crappy eyelash work, ummmm yes dear, taxes are a thing here in America! My fill only took her 25 minutes in which the next AM you will be pulling off 30% of glue to which she layered a fill to existing lashes which as you can see another good 50% is still needing to come off. Great location!! This place open close to my home so I decided to try it out. Ombre Nails is beautiful and very clean. They have a self check in when you walk in and the staff is very friendly. I had a manicure and pedicure. The prices are a little high and the prices on the website are different from what they are charging. I paid $50 for a gel manicure with design and $30 for a classic pedicure. The website said $25 for a classic pedicure but I paid $30 and didn't realize the price difference until later. I wish they had a manicure/ pedicure special but other than that I really like this place. They have all the safety portals in place with Covid. read more

I've been living in Henderson for over 10 years and just recently went into this shop. I sat down and was ignored for about 10 minutes until a nail tech named Tiffany took me. She instantly started talking Vietnamese and wasn't too responsive in what I wanted. She then proceeded to not clean my nails correctly and made my nails way more thicker than I wanted. I desperately needed a pedicure and I saw this place with a sign outside that said $19 pedicures so I said why not? However when I went in there was no $19 pedicure I don't know where that went, no biggie. The two employees that were there were friendly and my nail technician did a great job on my pedicure. So unfortunate this place used to be a gem when they first opened and when the husband and wife were running the shop but now there's a new staff and my last 2 visits have been mediocre at best. I made an appointment and arrived on time and was started on my manicure first, just as my manicure was finishing up I was told they couldn't do my pedicure for several more hours because they didn't have enough workers; this would have been nice to know BEFORE starting my manicure as I had an event to attend in a few hours and only had a certain time blocked out for getting a mani/pedi and I would have went elsewhere had I known this from the beginning. They then asked me to come back hours later which I couldn't which is the whole point of me making an appointment. To make matters worse my manicure is chipping and already has stained after only 2 days and the polish was put on so thick that it's uneven and has lint painted over in several spots. Definitely a shame because this was my go to spot when the husband and wife first opened up and we're running things but now things have drastically changed. I also noticed online their pricing is completely different then when you arrive and they stated they gave me their special 10% discount (sign posted out front) but the total was higher than the discount and the advertised online price. read more

Came back to have fixed which was just getting the gel-x glued back on which would have taken about 2 min to which I was told I would have to come back for. Will not be returning. 65+generous tip for nails that lasted one day. Already a shaky paint job and then the nail coming off and being an issue to have simply stuck back on was the icing on the cake.
