Recently moved to Las Vegas, Nevada and was in search of a new nail technician. Normally they don't take walk-ins and do appointments ONLY -- I called to schedule an appointment and Cindy took me in immediately and made me feel so welcome, we exchanged phone numbers and she really is the type of stick to her words. I went back to have my nails redone since I had left for a 2 week trip, she was out of town but she managed to get me with her brother Alex who did excellent work on me and created this beautiful French tip set Highly recommend Palm Nails, thankfully they're only a few minutes away from home! Very family oriented location, and they have such amazing relationships with their long term customers! read more

After almost 10 years of coming here, I can honestly say this is one of the most consistent businesses I've visited. The service is always professional, friendly, and welcoming from the moment you walk in the door. No matter who I book with, the quality is consistently excellent. The staff pays attention to detail, takes their time, and genuinely cares about making sure you leave happy. The salon is always clean, relaxing, and well run. What keeps me coming back year after year is not just the quality of the work, but the people. Cindy andremembers their customers, treat everyone with kindness, and make every visit feel personal instead of rushed. In a city with endless options, there's a reason I've stayed loyal to this salon for nearly a decade. Highly recommend to anyone looking for great service, talented technicians, and a place that truly values its customers. read more

I usually come here with my mom when I'm in Vegas for gel mani pedis and have a decent experience. This time, I came in and wanted to try the special offer. Just needed a quick pick me up and didn't want anything special. I called ahead and was quoted $65 because I also needed a soak off. As shown in the pictures, a combo includes a basic mani and spa pedicure plus a sugar scrub ... Basic mani: soak, nail cut, file, cuticle trim, lotion massage, and regular polish Spa pedi: cut and shape toenails, trim cuticle, soft clean heels, moisturize with lotion, 1 hot towel, and regular polish With special bonus sugar scrub The end result came out good. But I was severely disappointed with the pricing. I was charged an extra $10 to cut down my nails and toes when it clearly states that it's included in the service. Also, I did not even receive the sugar scrub as stated. Further, I was never offered any complimentary beverages which would not have been an issue until every person who came after me was offered one. As a former nail tech, this was overall a very disappointing experience. ): read more

They recently went through a renovations and everything is new and pretty inside the salon. The staff is always friendly and I don't usually needed to wait long and I rarely ever need to make an appointment when I come here but keep in mind I'm a SAHM so I come here during the weekday in the morning when they first open. My parents live down the street so I leave my child with them and come to the salon. So it helps that it's convenient for me to come here. As far as the nails go I am an old school gal and get a regular polish manicure and pedicure. I don't do any dip, acrylic, gel , none of those things so I can't give a review regarding those services the salon provides. I usually get the deluxe pedicure and they do such a great job with cleaning my nails and getting any dry skin off my foot. The massage is always nice and it helps also having the massage chairs so it feels like a total body massage. Overall I think they do a wonderful job , it can be pricey but the location is convenient for me. read more

Visiting Vegas and came across this gem of a salon :) They offer a wide variety of services and we came in for a mani-pedi which I highly recommend! They've got different options for pedicures and great prices. It was my little girl's first time going and I could not have asked for a better experience overall and she was happy with her colors. The salon is very clean, neat and organized. The staff are so kind and friendly. We felt very accommodated with their wonderful service. The location was convenient for us and right off the freeway. I just wish they had a location in my home state. I'm very picky with salons I try and if I wasn't happy with the results I don't leave any reviews so I highly recommend Palm Nails Salon. I don't know about the other reviews but for our experience I can say 5 stars easily. Thank you Palm Nails! I'll come back every time I'm in town now. :) read more

I've lived across the street from this place forever and I really don't know why I didn't stop in sooner. I have been in search for a new nail salon since my last one was getting so over priced. Palm Nails is defiantly on the more inexpensive side. The service was really on point and the staff is very friendly and attentive. Also I am pretty sure they have every gel/dip color ever made. I do recommend calling ahead to make an appointment, it doesn't seem like there is a ton of people working there. read more

I got a gel manicure at this place and they charged me $15 to remove dip powder first then another $35 for gel for a total of $50. I went YESTERDAY afternoon and my nails are already chipping! The gel polish was cured on my cuticles so they're also peeling on all my cuticles now. Worst $55 spent in a long time and I'm going to have to get them completely redone. Didn't even last a day!!!! read more

I went for a pedicure that was ok, and a manicure that was a really bad experience. I asked for an ombré I even showed them a picture of what I wanted, the lady said fine that she could do it, but she had no clue whatsoever, after trying for a while I told her it's ok forget about it, I'll take the plain pink, then the other lady told me to wait that she could fix it, but I had to wait for her to finish the manicure she was working on, and I had been there for two and a half hours already, so I decided to leave and even the plain pink is full of imperfections, not happy at all, also no massage or hot towels on hands/arms. Don't waste your time and money coming here! read more

The quality of my nails were honestly so good. I asked for french tip nails with pearls on them (exactly like the trending ones on Pinterest), and they looked so stunning. NONE of my pearls have fallen off, even after 4 weeks of having them on. Very good service!! read more

Stopped in to spend some of that stimulus money. The old Feet were pretty jacked up and so dry. I had to wear a mask , which they kindly gave to me because I didn't have one. Not sure if that's normal practice or not but it was thoughtful of them. Staff was very friendly and I enjoyed the pedicure and massage chair. I splurged for the paraffin wax treatment for my heals. Came out silky smooth so I'd say it was worth the splurge. I would definitely go back here again anytime. read more

I've been to several nail salons in the Valley, they were ok at best. I found Palm Nails because they were super close to me & it's a win/win. Close to my house & everyone there is fabulous!!! They really know what they are doing. I attached 2 pictures, the red nails are powder dip & they're 3 weeks old and still look beautiful. I got a lot of compliments on them. The purple nails color is a gel & they look amazing. I get tons of compliments on how fabulous they look....from men & women. read more

This place was terrible! First...unsanitary, they reuse their tools. Second, the guy burned my legs and feet not only with the towels but with the stones. to start id like to say that the nail tech who did my full set was a sweet lady, very kind and considerate. the problem I have is that she cut me on the cuticle on several fingers. Repetitively going over the same area which cause my fingers to bleed. it has now been 3 full days and my fingers are still in pain. the cuts are scabbing up and I fear if the equipment was used already or new. Honestly sad about it bc I spent almost $100 for a painful experience. she is kind enough to offer to do them again but I'm worried to even go back ! just want a refund to be honest. read more

First nail salon I tried when I moved to Vegas a year ago and haven't switched, I enjoy the home feeling. They don't try to hard to impress you, their work speaks for itself. Prices are fair, only thing is i feel some of the employees have aggressive personality's so it could be taken the wrong way to some. You have to catch them at the right time if you don't feel like waiting, but every time I go there's someone who tells me they've been going to this shop for yrs, and I feel i will too! read more
