I usually come here with my mom when I'm in Vegas for gel mani pedis and have a decent experience. This time, I came in and wanted to try the special offer. Just needed a quick pick me up and didn't want anything special. I called ahead and was quoted $65 because I also needed a soak off. As shown in the pictures, a combo includes a basic mani and spa pedicure plus a sugar scrub ... Basic mani: soak, nail cut, file, cuticle trim, lotion massage, and regular polish Spa pedi: cut and shape toenails, trim cuticle, soft clean heels, moisturize with lotion, 1 hot towel, and regular polish With special bonus sugar scrub The end result came out good. But I was severely disappointed with the pricing. I was charged an extra $10 to cut down my nails and toes when it clearly states that it's included in the service. Also, I did not even receive the sugar scrub as stated. Further, I was never offered any complimentary beverages which would not have been an issue until every person who came after me was offered one. They recently went through a renovations and everything is new and pretty inside the salon. The staff is always friendly and I don't usually needed to wait long and I rarely ever need to make an appointment when I come here but keep in mind I'm a SAHM so I come here during the weekday in the morning when they first open. My parents live down the street so I leave my child with them and come to the salon. So it helps that it's convenient for me to come here. As far as the nails go I am an old school gal and get a regular polish manicure and pedicure. I don't do any dip, acrylic, gel , none of those things so I can't give a review regarding those services the salon provides. I usually get the deluxe pedicure and they do such a great job with cleaning my nails and getting any dry skin off my foot. The massage is always nice and it helps also having the massage chairs so it feels like a total body massage. Overall I think they do a wonderful job , it can be pricey but the location is convenient for me. read more

They've got different options for pedicures and great prices. It was my little girl's first time going and I could not have asked for a better experience overall and she was happy with her colors. The salon is very clean, neat and organized. The staff are so kind and friendly. We felt very accommodated with their wonderful service. The location was convenient for us and right off the freeway. I got a gel manicure at this place and they charged me $15 to remove dip powder first then another $35 for gel for a total of $50. I went YESTERDAY afternoon and my nails are already chipping! I went for a pedicure that was ok, and a manicure that was a really bad experience. I asked for an ombré I even showed them a picture of what I wanted, the lady said fine that she could do it, but she had no clue whatsoever, after trying for a while I told her it's ok forget about it, I'll take the plain pink, then the other lady told me to wait that she could fix it, but I had to wait for her to finish the manicure she was working on, and I had been there for two and a half hours already, so I decided to leave and even the plain pink is full of imperfections, not happy at all, also no massage or hot towels on hands/arms. to start id like to say that the nail tech who did my full set was a sweet lady, very kind and considerate. the problem I have is that she cut me on the cuticle on several fingers. Repetitively going over the same area which cause my fingers to bleed. it has now been 3 full days and my fingers are still in pain. the cuts are scabbing up and I fear if the equipment was used already or new. Ive been coming to Palm Nails for over 4 years now and was surprise to see that Palm Nails was under need management. When I called I was greeting with a very sweet women who made sure to use my name and confirm my appointment. Walking in the salon it looks very similar however has the plexiglass between the technician and client. I was offered a bottle water while I waiting and picked from a brand new nail color selection. Philip did my gel set and was extremely friend and gentle while working on my quarantine nails. May did my pedicure and is very gentle as well. It has a different vibe from the previous owners however I do think it is for the better. They have a loyalty point system and offered a $10 certificate towards a future treatment. I will miss the old owner and techs how we I look forward to getting to know the new technicians and will be back. read more
