When I was a new client here I saw Dan, 1 week later my nail broke. After going in for a fix the new nail tech Susan said that I needed a fill because the nails were not built out and they would continue to break. So after 1 week I paid for a whole new fill. That was frustrating but I kept going back. After a couple months of seeing Susan (great nail tech) I was checking out after my fill and noticed she charged me 2 x 5.00 additional charge for shaping. I had never heard of that before. Everywhere I had gone they include that in price of fill. I questioned it and still didn't understand why so I went to a new place instead. New place said they've had several people say the same thing about this place. Susan has great work but I won't be returning after these 2 events. read more

Well I hate to ruin the 5 star streak but my wife and I came in for mani and pedi's and it just wasn't that great especially for the price. Pedi is $50 and the massage was fast and not that great. It just felt rushed. Couple areas where it hurt when she did my cuticles. This place is way overpriced. For mani / pedi we paid $168 with tip. $5 extra for buffing nails. $3 extra for using credit card. I've had way better mani / pedi's for a lot less. The buffing on my fingernails didn't last very long and 2 hours later it lost its shine. One and done place for me. read more

I've previously been to this salon a handful of times and got hard gel manicures with Thomas & always loved them.. I recently got a gel x full set from elsewhere and liked it, however it was inconvenient for me at the time to go back. so I went where I know usually does best. I called the salon before even going in to verify how much it would cost for a Gel x fill & Thomas informed me $55. I got an appointment and made it on time, I was welcomed by an employee named Vicky who took on my fill. super sweet lady, very charismatic etc. everything was going pretty smoothly and she asked me how I'd like to do my fill, with hard gel or hybrid gel- me not knowing much about any of that I ask well which do you recommend/last longer & she says there both great. so I do the hybrid gel assuming that's apart of the gel x fill... she's doing her best & all but I did notice another client walked in requesting mani and pedi and Thomas spoke with Vicky asking her to take the client. I notice that at the moment Vicky is just rush rush rush with my nails. I did get French tips and it just seemed to me she was careless of how they looked after that client walked in. we get to the front & she informs me it's $75 and I was shocked. I was questioning it, she informed me it's because I did a hybrid gel x fill, my frenchies, and shaping. I understood the frenchies part however I CAME in and LEFT with almond shaped nails.. so why'd I get charged for shaping. also if someone is coming in for a gel x fill *called beforehand - I shouldn't be charged $15 more than what was stated on the phone. Unfortunately my nails look just sloppy and rushed. I hope the company understands the importance of patience & being more aware of clients time & the money they're spending for these services. you can see in the pictures below there is way too many nails with white polish just off. My partner and I stopped in for a mani-pedi for our anniversary. We both had great techs. The relaxing pedicure was wonderful. The lavender neck pillow had a strong and herbal scent but we both enjoyed it. They had huge variety for color selections with diffrent effects and finishes. We ended up going for the chrome and cat eye gel polishes even though they were were an extra charge. The end product was worth it though. Susan did my longer set in the chrome color and Vivi did my partners galaxy cat eye nails. It was an overall good experience. read more

I live fairly close to the salon and I hadn't tried it yet, but based on the positive reviews, I thought I should. I scheduled a gel manicure and pedicure. It's a beautifully decorated modern clean salon. The first thing that was a little offputting was having to wait for 30 minutes to see the first technician, but I understand that they may be shortstaffed, and it's the nature of the business that they're busy. But the lady that did my pedicure was very professional, polite, efficient, and did a great job. She even brought me a glass of white wine, which was a nice surprise. They have a drink menu on the back of the pedicure menu. However, the lady that did my manicure was incredibly rude and aggressive- she informed me that I had to have a new set put on and I told her I just had a new set put on a couple of fills ago, but she insisted that she could not do my nails unless I allowed her to remove all of my nails and have a fresh set put on. I told her I had a business meeting, and I had to leave by a certain time so would she be finished on time? I was very reluctant to have all my nails removed again, but she assured me she would be done in time. She was very rough with her technique and caused one of my nailbeds to bleed. She also nicked my skin on another finger which caused it to bleed. It was quite painful. She also proceeded to ask me question after question and I felt like I was almost being drilled or interrogated. I don't mind answering some personal questions and chatting, but her attitude felt aggressive and made me uncomfortable. The new set as expected took a lot longer than I had budgeted time for, and I was checking my phone constantly, knowing that I just had minutes to spare before an important business meeting. Suffice it to say I ended up running out the door because the call came in right on time and I had to conduct the meeting in my car rather than in front of my computer at home as planned. I've been having my nails done for at least 20 years at a variety of salons and I've never felt so stressed out. What is normally a relaxing and enjoyable experience was extremely unpleasant and I couldn't wait to leave the premises. Very unfortunate because I was looking forward to a positive experience at a nice local salon. On another note, I believe the owner was working on other clients and he looked very friendly and sociable and his clients seemed very relaxed and happy, so it must really depend on the technician. read more

To get my gel x removed and replaced with regular gel manicure was $65 total. The inside was well-decorated and clean and did not have a strong chemical smell. The manicure looks great but i did not appreciate the upselling of their Hard Gel product, it was pretty annoying to say the least. read more

Discrimination/disrespect Received at this nail spa. I have been a loyal customer to this business since their opening. My technician was Mary, she does very good work, however she has a very nasty attitude, so as long as you don't try to talk to her, she's fine. During my last visit I tried to explain to her how I wanted my nails shaped. To my surprise, she told me to "shut up and let her do her job". I felt this was very disrespectful, I am a 79 year old, white haired African American grandmother and I felt hurt by the way she spoke to me." I mentioned this to the owner as he was processing my payment. He said he would talk to her about it. I proceeded to pay my bill and he suggested that I not leave her a tip, so I didn't. He then booked my next appointment for December because I knew it would be a very busy month. However when I arrived for my December appointment I discovered that Mary had booked someone else in my appt time. She did not bother to notify me that she had cancelled my appointment. I then spoke to the owner who booked my appointment for me. He remembered booking my appointment and he also remembered that Mary had nothing on her books when he booked my appointment He offered to have someone else do my service, I told him than is unacceptable. Most of their techs are new and they do not do very good work. I reminded him that my appt was booked by him over a month ago. He called Mary up front and scolded her in a language that I don't understand, and he did not make her honor my appt time. I refuse to do business with a company that has no respect for their loyal customers. If you use this company, you should avoid using Mary, and the company needs to work on their customer service procedures. Employees should not be allowed to discriminate or disrespect customers. read more

I asked for a pedicure gel I had originally asked for a callous removal treatment thinking that they would put some kind of like oil to soften the skin and then use a disposable loofah sponge to remove dead skin but when I sat down she pulled out a cheese grater and started grinding on my foot and I asked her to stop and she tried to do it on my other foot and I kept telling her I don't want that I don't want that and she kept insisting and I suddenly pulled my leg away and said I do not want that and then she goes oh I'm sorry I didn't know that you didn't like it meanwhile I have told her multiple times to stop I even told her how unsanitary they are and that they shouldn't be using those -- I noticed they were using them on the woman next to me as well when I went to go check out she followed me up to the front I'm assuming to make sure that I gave her a tip because she acted like she knew how to check me out but she ended up having to ask someone else to assist her while checking me out she didn't know how to ring me up or Charge my credit card I'm assuming that she just walked me up so that she could make sure that I tipped read more

I booked the CBD pedicure 1.25 hrs. My nail tech was sick and he was not wearing a mask. Literally EVERY other technician was wearing a mask but my tech was not. I have been getting a pedicure here for a few months and everything has always been good! The inside is comfortable and clean. The team here are nice and are always trying to do a good job. Weekends are always busier than weekdays so please keep that in mind when making an appointment. I normally come on weekdays but came on Saturday. The nature of the services they provide is always subject to change in duration so please be patient as they are trying to provide good service to you and others. I am specially mentioning this because there was a woman that was giving the person that was doing her friend's/daughter's (not sure who) a hard time because she had to wait for her manicure as they both just got done with their pedicures. I understand expressing frustration, however this customer felt the entitlement of belittling the person that was providing the service. If you feel that you are better than those assisting you and that the world revolves around you only--you do not deserve the kindness and professional services of this place. Save the other customers that want to have a nice experience and take the bad attitude elsewhere. Called after work to see availability for a CBD Pedi, the receptionist answered my questions regarding the service and availability and headed over. I went in to the nail shop today the first. Lookin for a different place. Got kind of tired of the one that I been going to for 5 years. I ordered what I wanted done on line made my appt. A new fingernail set/eye brow wax/pedicure. The only thing that go done were the fingernails. Which cost ($105.00) . They took me up front with them thinking someone else was doing the wax/ pedicure.
