Just wanted to let you guys know that I had the most amazing service. This place you get a lot of bang for your buck. I got my toes painted with acrylic and they look amazing and I also got a gel manicure as well. Everyone was so kind and so great at their job and the service is 10 out of 10 they even give you free tea. For $90 I got a foot massage a hand massage fantastic service. Worst most unprofessional service I have ever received. The whole time the guy is telling me that he stands by his work if there is ever an issue he will fix it no charge. And I leave with nails that are ok but he could not get the correct shape and Julia had to step in to help but couldn't finish. 2 days later all the nails start popping off. So I go back in and they make up some excuse that someone put oil in his primer that why all my acrylics popped off. So Julia does a new set and I tip her. But when I try to call back for a full they tell me they will call me back to make my apt. I wait 2 days and call back again and they say I need to go somewhere else. Walk-ins are welcome and easy online appointments can be made! I was able to schedule an appointment within 30 minutes of arriving there for a full-set of nails and a pedicure. The pedicure was VERY relaxing: water temp was perfect, cozy chair with normal massaging features, the scrub is awesome, and hot stones were used for the massage. I went in for a pedicure. I asked for gel polish and a French. They showed me the menu, the spa pedicure was $45. Which is what I chose. I know gel polish is extra, and I also know there's an up charge for the French. When I was finished and went to pay, he told me my total was $75!! I was in absolute shock. $20 for gel polish and another $10 for the French. Absolutely ridiculous. Buyer beware. $20 extra for gel polish is outrageous. I will not be going back. The place is a chop shop with aspirations of being a salon. They added new pedi chairs and crammed 10 - yes, 10 - mani stations in sets of two, butted end to end. No privacy, causing you to sit inches away from another patron. They play classical music. It's all too pretentious there. Managers walked in, and didn't bother to introduce themselves. I live 30 min away from this nail spot. I have never had a problem before this. The younger male nail tech did my Nails. I had 4 gems put on my nails. I asked are these going to hold because I work with my hands. I left the salon at 230pm by 530pm they were off! So I went back this afternoon. I had to go to a different salon to have my nail fixed bc the gel wasn't dry all the way so it started to bubble. When I asked this nail tech how long he had been doing nails he said 9 yrs. Hey folks! Well I was having a serious ME day! What better to do than to get a pedicure. Don't tell anyone but it's also a massage....CAN I GET A WOO WOO!!! Ok back to me....so I looked up places on Yelp(duh) and this was in the tops. I reserved a same day appointment with Nessie all online. I showed up for my appointment and it's pretty and relaxing. They took me to my massaging chair and I put my feet into that bubbly warm, slightly hot (which I like) and let me soak. Nessie came over and is very soft spoken and proceeded to start. Nails clipped, feet sanded, other instruments on my toes used, massage from knee down, hot rock treatment. I even took a snooze. Get this.....it was only 35$... What did you say? Oh yes it is and thank you! Let's just say for all my men out there because the women go and don't want us to know. Go get a pedicure now at this place...tell them I sent you. It's been almost a week tomorrow , nails are already lifting( started 3 days ago) , three broke yesterday , all nails were wide and some were wider than others, on top of that I spent FOREVER in the salon with my family. We spent $60 in just tipping for those that took care of us and really wasn't one word said to us during the entire service and when I was saying It was burning the nail Tech said " of course it's hot " such a smart a** comment. There's plexiglass guard to separate you from the nail tech. Be patient if you can't get an appointment, it's out of their control because of the restrictions put on everything. I don't usually write reviews but this one I just can't get over. I just moved to this side of town not too long ago and I was looking for a nail salon near me. I ran into this one by search and I figured why not give it a try. I booked my appointment online and went in. The lady who did my nails did not speak one word to me the whole time she was doing my nails, and not to mention the uv lamp she was using kept shutting off the whole time. She would have to plug it and unplugged it for it to work. At the end of my service I looked at my nails and man. There's air bubbles in almost all my nails and the coating is terrible. You can easily see that it is not well coated. I am highly disappointed and will not be returning to this salon. I'm not the type of person to say anything so I didn't and I still tipped because I felt bad even though I shouldn't. read more

I'm having such a hard time finding a good nail place around here. The place looked cute and the employees were nice, quiet, but nice. The polish I wanted was a light pink, ballet slipper, gel polish. The nail tech said it would take three coats because it was so transparent once he finished two coats. I agreed because wasn't full coverage which I've never experienced with gel polish. After the third he stated I needed A FOURTH COAT of gel polish! I was then charged extra for the extra coats that he said that I needed because their polish didn't do a good enough job... I got them don't yesterday and around my nail beds are still tender... I also HATE paying for something that "looks good from a distance"... I also got a pedicure. Wasn't terrible but I've had much better lines, my cuticles are not very clean, and huge difference one one nail cut. You'll see in pic... If I was a journalist, my experience here would be a part of my exposé called "Are Las Vegas nail salons on a race to the bottom?" When did all these places get so pathetic and start ignoring basic customer service? I tried this place because it had pretty good reviews on Yelp, largely for its cleanliness (which is important). I give this place one star for the fact that its pedicure bowls are lined with plastic and its tools are all sterilized and come directly out of the packaging before being used. But come on -- isn't that just the bare minimum? First, this place is decorated largely from the clearance section at TJ Maxx. Everything is exceedingly cheap, including the polish selection which seems like a smattering of discounted options found at a yard sale. I was pleased to see they feature a few non-toxic, five-free brands like Zoya (second star for that) but the polishes are all so mixed up that it's nearly impossible to find what you like. My technicians -- neither of whom bothered to introduce themselves nor make even the smallest bit of small talk -- got right to the tasks at hand: mani and pedi. The pedicure was beyond basic except for the hot stone massage: little soak time, followed by a trim and file, scrub, and paint. The tech was kind enough to help me find a color to paint my nails, which I appreciate. But my main issue is that the scrub did almost nothing. My feet are not smooth in the least! Also, when I was ready to leave she protested that my sandals were too troublesome to put on and insisted I wear paper-thin, disposable flip flops home. How on earth would I drive in those? Also, why not just put my sandals on first and then paint? It seems like a common-sense solution to me and much less wasteful than sending me home in some one-time-use pseudo-shoes. The manicure was equally pathetic. The technician reeked of smoke, and he only addressed me once to ask about nail shape. After filing (no trim offered) and clipping my cuticles (which he neither bothered to push back nor prep with cuticle cream), he buffered then so unevenly and roughly that I had no choice but to have them painted (I generally prefer not to wear polish on my hands). I asked for a basic natural hue, like Essie Ballet Slipper. What I got instead of two thick coats of something resembling bubblegum pink. I asked him to remove it, which he did, and then he proceeded to start buffing my nails again! When I asked him to stop, the pedicure tech told him to just apply a clear coat. I appreciate her stepping in. Other customers seemed to have equal trouble communicating with their techs, as the woman next to me asked my pedicure gal to step in and explain to her tech that one of her toenails was painted unevenly and lacked a top coat. They never did resolve the top coat issue. Overall, this was a waste of both my money and my time. read more

The salon is a good size, however even though they have many chairs I would call ahead to see if they have availability, for I went and there were only four techs on a Friday. I arrived and they got me seated right away, so they keep their word if they tell you over the phone they have room immediately. There are more colors than what appears on the wall, since some of the bottles are hidden behind others. I did not see any licenses in sight... Unless I missed it somewhere. But there weren't any on the table or wall that I could see from sitting in the pedicure chair. The massage here was much better than other salons (where pedicures range from $25-$35), although the hot stones after were a waste of time. Almost all the oil had dried up already while using them, so they did not glide well, plus he barely put any pressure so the heat was not enough to warm up any muscle or get blood circulating. I did love the pressure he had during the hands-on massage for my calves--He didn't run his hands in circles around my legs. I was surprised to see them use a hot towel over the feet, I thought that was a plus. Painting was very clean, however every salon seems to only paint half of my pinky nail, which then makes it seems smaller in size than it really is. Oh! And he put my sandals on before he painted, which I was a fan of the concept. I also received a complimentary bottle of water, which no salon I've gone to do far has done. read more
