Horrible dip full set, the first tech he was a male. He rushed through my nails, never cured them properly, had them so bulky on top and my tips were bending back, I asked him to fix my tips so they wouldn't bend and he told me that's how they are when you do dip, that after he would put the top coat on that they would be stronger. I only do dip, the reason I do dip is because they make your nails so hard and strong, so him arguing with me telling me that it's because I washed them and that they would be stronger was not it. After he placed the top coat and baked them, they were still bending back so bad to the point that my nails stared to lift and break instantly while I was still there, he literally could care less, and just proceeded to talk about me to his co worker, so ridiculous. Before I even paid of left they were already cracking and lifting, the audacity to even charge for this hot mess when I have to go to another place in the morning to get a whole new set is wild. It was so bad, that my sister decided to not even stay for her set, they did my daughter's nails and well and all of her sides are showing and the dip didn't cover her nails. Never again. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Before I even got home my nails were already lifting and ripping off. How do you even have a license?? So sad. read more

I hate leaving bad reviews but this one is necessary. I went in for a gel fill yesterday, Micah was the nail tech who did it. He finished it in about 20 minutes and it was very apparent he was rushing. The gel was WET and he continued to paint over the wet gel layer. He gave the gel NO time to cure. it sucks because this place is right by my house and I have been going here for years, but the service has completely declined. Second visit to this salon. First technician was Lana and she was amazing. Today I saw Vincent. I completely changed my nails to square from almond, and he was thorough and a perfectionist about it. I loved the almond look, just wanted to switch back to square. I am so happy with how they look. Lana was able to get me in last minute which I really appreciated. They did a really nice job on my toes and my nails. I had a spa pedicure (deluxe) and just a basic manicure with clear polish. I haven't had red on my toes in a long time and it looks so pretty and neat. I wish the chair had reclined a little more, but that is just a minor inconvenience. This was the day I had my nails down they were chunky and had line in them very un-Even. A complete waste of money. No all the techs are bad but this one was horrible the person next to me her toes were great. I even had her fix some before I left and it didn't help make them better she rushed through it and I didn't even get a full pedicure I said a pedi and usually have a choice of which level I want and she just did it and didn't asked and rushed through it. Staff is friendly but unfortunately not all of them know how to do services like dip powder but don't tell you and attempt to do the service anyways-instead of allowing another nail tech to help. I came in to get dip powder and asked for french tip dip powder. The male tech said they ran out of white even though I could see several shades of white on the wall. Still, I said no prob and chose a color. He dipped my nails at least 3-4 times and said your nails are so short they are going to be thick. I have gotten dip powder for years and never once have had a problem. They did come out thick due to neimg dipped so many times and he said if I come back next time it'll be $5 more than what he was charging. Never once in getting dip powder have I had a nail tech spray my nails to get them dry either. Such a HUGE disappointment. I would love a refund for the service that was "attempted" read more

my friend and I had gone to get our nails done last Friday and it was our first time at this place. I had told the lady the length I wanted but when she started filing them she kept going shorter and shorter. There are nails that were put on crooked. I called this yesterday and was told I could have them removed and redone at no charge because it wasn't my fault. The only communication that there was was when she asked me about the length otherwise she didn't ask me any other questions. When I went in today she told me that she doesn't see a problem with them and that she communicated the whole time and that I was just trying to blame everything on her. My friend was right next to me when I was getting my nails done and she even said that she never communicated with me at all. Then she proceeded to say that if I had her remove them and redo them that it would hurt but if you're a professional and know what you're doing it shouldn't be painful at all unless you do it on purpose because you're upset. I came here on a Tuesday evening. I needed a gel fill and they were pretty steady. They are following CDC guidelines and had appropriate rules in place. However, I realized that one of my nails were crooked and that really disappointed me... although, they offered to fix it I didn't have time to go back since I live across town. I've been going to this shop for some years. There's a high turn of operators coming and going. They make their money the leave to Vietnam for 3mos then not returning back to the shop. Appointments are made but when you rush in to make your on time your appointment is almost like it doesn't matter and you have to wait 45mins. My friend got me a $50 GC for Christmas when I tried to use it the owner nancy asked me if it was mine? This was uncalled for as I've been a customer 4 a while and gave never did any thing to be si rudely treated. I had jessica ,( who is very nice) do my pedi and tony do my fills. I gave Jessica a $10 tip and I gave tony a $20 dollars and told him to keep $10 and give me $10. Friendly and helpful staff and always adding new colors as well as keeping up with the new looks and designs. Prices are fair too. The worst pedicure I have ever had! The guy doing the pedicure did not know what he was doing. He nicked my cuticles in 5 different places, one was bleeding pretty good and he didn't do anything about it. He also did a terrible job on my nails. I will not go back. The lady cut my SKIN way too deep under my nail bed that it continued to bleed throughout the day and two days later it still hurts to have any type of pressure on it. she continued to try to hide the injury from me by keeping her hand over it and rinsing my blood off her glove into the water. got the alcohol and nail polish all in it, and just kept saying "it's okay it's okay" I was not offered any type of apology or a discount or anything! Had another wonderful morning at The Nail Boutique today! Not only is Lana wonderful at nails, but she's also very efficient at waxing.

Came in for my second visit and it was not a good experience. The first time was fine no complaints. But this time, I told the lady it was me and my friend getting a pedicure. My friend wasn't there yet and I asked if I could wait for her. She pressured me three times to go sit so she could get started before my friend got there. I told her no. Then she had another one of the ladies ask me the same question. It was very uncomfortable. This was within a 5 minute period. My water was cold and I had to ask her three times to change it. She just said okay twice before finally fixing it. She used the nail drill on my cuticles and took the skin off my second toe. Them sprayed it with rubbing alcohol and I had to tell her it was burning. The polish and shaping looks nice but for customer service and the pain I'm in, I'm not impressed or happy I paid $57 for this experience. read more

Nail tech that I got started out attentive. Problem was when she got to the part of dipping my nails she didn't little time smoothing then out and the coats were so uneven. Not to mentions the design she did one well the other was smeared and she made no effort to correct it. End result mails unevenly dipped and smeared design. I usually go to a place in vegas off of eastern and flamingo, but we moved to this area so I figured I would give this place a try. I went in for a new gellish/shellac manicure and they were priced normally ($30). I wasn't greeted right away and when I was it felt like I was inconveniencing them. I waited less than 5 minutes after that to be put in a seat. I was changing colors from my last shellac and again she didn't seem happy about that. I wanted the "white diamond", which they didn't have so I chose gold. She originally did 2 coats but being glitter it's rather opaque so I asked for another coat and she seemed really put out. She asks if I want pink or silver on my ring fingers. I say pink and she just kept saying silver, silver, silver. So I guess silver it is. She then asks if I want them shorter and I say a little. She cut them all but two shorter than my finger tip. When she was getting my original shellacs off she repeatedly went too deep with the dremel. I didn't notice until I left but they are so sloppy! Around my cuticle she didn't clean them up at all (which at every other place they do) so now there is a "lip" and it looks awful. I can't believe I wasted $30 here. Came in today with my mom for mani pedis. We were immediately greeted and seated within about 10 minutes. The tech who began on me first did not introduce herself or say much but that was fine as I was just there to relax. She immediately began telling me that my skin was very thick around my nails and that my nails were too thick. She busted out the sander thingy which made me jump but I did not object, however she stated, three times, that if I wouldn't allow her to sand she would not be able to do my nails, I never had an issue with the sander, it just caught me off guard! Let's just say the rest of the experience, for me, was frustrating at best and my nails look just ok. My mom, however had an awesome tech by the name of Amy who was sweet and did an amazing job. Needless to say when "Rose," came to collect, I let her know that I would not be tipping her today and I marched over to Amy and made sure to tip her generously. Worst nails ever!!!!!! The owner is Unprofessional! My daughter had her nails done the polish was see through see did full set in 30 min with polish they were paper thin. Within 2 days 2 were broke, we went back to get repair the owner fought with us said she didn't want to fix them and would not refund money. Which explains why there is no one else receiving a service at this salon. After insisting that they at least repair the mess they had given her or refund money, they had a lady fix two and leave the rest. read more

It takes a lot for me to write a negative Yelp review but after giving Nail Boutique a lot of business the last 3 times has been a nightmare. First, I had long beautiful natural nails, I just requested to put extra gel coat on to make them thicker. The nail tech recommended I do an overlay. They put acrylic on my real nail and destroyed them. So painful to get off. Then I had to put a full set on, the lady did a terrible job so I just went in to have them filed and as they are telling me to wait, I sit down in apparently a snot rocket. Absolutely disgusting.
