My only comment is that these days no matter what nail salon you go to, they all charge about the same rates. But the service they provide is a lot less than they used to provide. Meaning that they would do the callus removal as part of a basic pedicure. Now everything is a la carte and they add all these things on to the charges. That being said, this was my first time at this nail salon. I was greeted by a gentleman that I think is either the owner or the manager who was very nice. He checked me in and showed me these books of different colors that I could choose for my pedicure. I did have an appointment already scheduled. Don was my nail technician and he did a great job. He was very thorough and did a great job with the foot massage. He didn't speak much but that's okay. He did a great job of what he was supposed to do and trimmed and polished my toenails and I would go back to see him again. The space is very chill and welcoming and they have three or four TVs going at the same time with no volume on, and they have music playing in the background that's not too loud, rather very laid-back music. I saw some customers getting bottled water out of a fridge but I don't know if that's offered to everyone or just certain clients. It also looks like they have some kind of membership where you get discounts and I'm not sure about that either. I did not ask about that. I didn't feel rushed but also didn't spend hours on a set either. So I recommend early morning if you want a relaxed vibe! Later in the afternoon/evening is a bit busier. I've been a client at this salon for approximately two years and this evening I was told by my…read moretechnician that she would no longer provide me with service. I was 5 minutes late for my appointment and I was told that she had an emergency with her son and had to leave. This was untrue, as she was there and told me herself that she just didn't want to provide me with service. She indicated that I reschedule too often and it's creating a problem for her and her schedule. I do reschedule due to my work schedule; however, I reschedule at least 24 hours prior and I am a regular customer that patronized this salon every 3 to 4 weeks. That being said, if rescheduling was a problem for her, all she had to do was communicate this to me. I would have thought that over the time that I've been her client that she would have been comfortable enough with me to do so. The front staff also indicated that she would no longer see me because I was a no show for several appointments. This is untrue. I was NEVER a no show. I was later told if i was late that I would be coded as a no show. That's completely different than not showing for an appointment. I will say that I may run 5 to 10 minutes late on occasion as I come to the salon directly from work; however, I have also waited for her patiently while she has run late with other clients. On one occasion the reception area was short staffed and it took an hour and a half to have my service completed because she kept leaving to assist with other customers. I was understanding and waited patiently. On another occasion I was 20 minutes late for an appointment; however, when I arrived I acknowledge that I was extremely late and asked if I should reschedule and I was told by the front staff and the technician that it was fine. All of this is to say that I was extremely humiliated by the staff at this salon this evening. The situation could have been resolved with proper communication. If she would have communicated with me that I was creating a problem with her schedule and potential compensation, I would have been completely receptive to her. I can honestly say this was one of the absolute worst customer experiences that I've ever had and I'm completely disheartened that this is deemed an acceptable way to treat a loyal customer. I've always been kind and respectful and the way I was treated was inexcusable.. Per the response to the owner, Patrick. Without question I had no intention of returning to an establishment that justifies treating a client the way that I was treated. I was always kind and respectful. Lynn is an amazing technician. Her work is impeccable; however, when her and the front desk staff were caught in the lie that Lynn had "just left" they became defensive and in turn told me she would no longer service me. I wish the salon the best; however, future clients should take note that you are a number to this salon and any loyalty or kindness that you extend is meaningless.

At one point, another tech had to use Google Translate just to help us communicate which o my made things worse( I should have left at that point!). The first photo is what I asked for, and the second is what I actually got... it's honestly a huge difference. What a letdown. Never coming back. Beware.

Traci my nail tech did a great job with my feet but I didn't get a foot massage that it was described in the menu. I also didn't care for the fact she put hot candle wax on my legs that came from a burning candle. She cut my nails short which I was happy that she did.
