I previously left a review for Bond, who is still absolutely phenomenal. And this review has absolutely nothing to do with him. However, I took a break from getting my anils done for 4 months to allow them time to heal since they were paper thin. They also were charging me $5 for everything little thing. During pedicures, they would do callous remover without even asking if I wanted it and when I brough this up to their attention they brushed it off. BUT my updated review is for the call I just got from them. I have a trip coming up for my birthday next week so I made a Gel X appointment for 09/12/2026 at 11AM on August 23, 2026. I realized I wanted a pedicure as well. So I went on to book a second appointment for the same time as the Gel X, as I always have. I hate sitting at the salon for 2 hours. I have religiously booked my nails and pedicure at the same time so both are simultaneously done for the past two years (PER BONDS RECOMMENDATION). I get a call after booking the appointment online (with the appointment requests for both services together) that they are charging $5.00 now for both services to be booked together. Absolutely insane. $5.00 for two services to be booked together. $75.00 for Gel X (plus $5.00 for designs). $60.00 for a BASIC gel pedicure ($5.00 extra for French tip). $5/$10 extra for callous remover. That totals $155.00 BEFORE TIP. I cancelled both appointments and booked elsewhere. Nail salon culture is absolutely insane. read more

I usually see Miley, and have previously written a review about her work. This review is for two other artists that have done my nails. For reference I always get a gel manicure, simple, one color, short nails and square round shape. Tiffany- fairly quick, nails last 2.5-3 weeks without lots of lifting which I appreciate take. From a distance they look fine, but up close there is a lack of attention to detail. I've had areas that are not smooth and are scuffed, and times where the shape is not quite how I want them and the lengths are uneven. Ultimately I would go to her again, but I wouldn't specifically pick this location based on her work. Katie- honestly one of the worst nail experiences I have had in over a decade. She is slow, and soaks the gel off before using the drill which I felt like just weakened my nails. Every nail was a different length, the shape was awful, I asked her to correct them multiple times. The gel was completely uneven both when feeling my nails and even when looking from a distance. Genuinely a terrible experience. I would not recommend her under any circumstances. The salon remains clean and the color choices are aplenty, only downfall is most colors have an upcharge. read more

I've generally had great experiences here. However today the tech I was placed with took all about 5 minutes with his drill to shape my nails. The end result was lopsided, sloppy shaping. My nail were in better shape before I got there. I believe that just because a task can be done fast, it does not have to be in order to account for the precision and attention to detail that I expect when I pay get my nails done. read more

I went for a classic pedicure; online it is listed as 35 minutes. My service was over within 15 minutes, the tech cut my nails with a trimmer and never once filed them, leaving sharp edges and inconsistent shaping. I understand that classic nail polish requires drying, but I stayed and had them dry for more than a half hour and avoided wearing socks or closed toe shoes for 24 hours. My service was on Thursday and as of last night, Saturday, I have 3 toes that are already chipped. I have not done anything that would warrant this. I called regarding the lackluster service I experienced and was told that since they have a 7-day guarantee, I can come in to get my nails fixed free of charge, while noting that I probably didn't wait long enough for them to dry (I did, the tech came over and confirmed my nails were dry by touching them), and that I should basically expect these to continue to chip since they're not gel. I've been getting pedicures for 20+ years and have had plenty of occasions where my regular nail polish service has lasted more than 2 weeks without chipping. It's apparent to me that I've been brushed off and no real solution is available, as if it is my fault that the nails have chipped. I asked about upgrading to gel polish and paying some sort of difference (since this regular polish pedicure was $38 and took 15 minutes max) and was told that I could have a gel polish change for $38 with 15% off. Insane. I genuinely don't even want to go back for my "free" fix that likely won't last even 5 days due to this experience. Consider going elsewhere if you're trying to get a pedicure service that lives up to its description and leaves you with the peace of mind that your nails won't look horrible in less than 72 hours. read more
