I went for a classic pedicure; online it is listed as 35 minutes. My service was over within 15 minutes, the tech cut my nails with a trimmer and never once filed them, leaving sharp edges and inconsistent shaping. I understand that classic nail polish requires drying, but I stayed and had them dry for more than a half hour and avoided wearing socks or closed toe shoes for 24 hours. My service was on Thursday and as of last night, Saturday, I have 3 toes that are already chipped. I have not done anything that would warrant this. I called regarding the lackluster service I experienced and was told that since they have a 7-day guarantee, I can come in to get my nails fixed free of charge, while noting that I probably didn't wait long enough for them to dry (I did, the tech came over and confirmed my nails were dry by touching them), and that I should basically expect these to continue to chip since they're not gel. I've been getting pedicures for 20+ years and have had plenty of occasions where my regular nail polish service has lasted more than 2 weeks without chipping. It's apparent to me that I've been brushed off and no real solution is available, as if it is my fault that the nails have chipped. I asked about upgrading to gel polish and paying some sort of difference (since this regular polish pedicure was $38 and took 15 minutes max) and was told that I could have a gel polish change for $38 with 15% off. Insane. I genuinely don't even want to go back for my "free" fix that likely won't last even 5 days due to this experience. Consider going elsewhere if you're trying to get a pedicure service that lives up to its description and leaves you with the peace of mind that your nails won't look horrible in less than 72 hours. read more

I really like it here. Vegas nail salons definitely hit differently. Everything is so new and bright. From check in, to service, all was done efficiently and quick. I particularly hate spending hours at the nail salon but I was also able to take a quick nap on their plush comfortable chairs. Thank you for not forcing an upsell of products and services. I always request Han for my hands, he's efficient, fast and very talented with nail art. He makes my experience pleasant and soothing, doesn't talk much at all, but that's how I love it. He's great! For my pedicure I don't have a preference, honestly all staff has been great doing my pedicures throughout the years. The salon was recently remodeled and it's beautiful and welcoming. The front desk staff is lovely and friendly, they also offered lash services too. The prices are not cheap, but I'd say competitive and they frequently send me discount texts. I will never return to this nail salon. The first technician who did my nails, Anny, was very sloppy. The length, shape, and glue job upset me greatly. It took two people to fix her mess. If she doesn't know how to do manicures properly, she shouldn't do them. The woman I asked about said my regular manicure (which is a Russian manicure) is old school, but in reality, she's the old-school technician who can't do the job right. read more

I usually go to the Southwest location but was in the area, so I stopped by here to fix my nails. It was $15 for chrome on nails which is expected. But they charged $25 for polka dots after the nails were done- never told me that price beforehand. I've never paid more than $15 max at the other location for polka dots. Seems a bit ridiculous with pricing and the Southwest location is much nicer and spacious. But seriously $25 for polka dots is outrageous!! Most places would charge $10 for that. read more

ANOTHER fantastic GEL mani & pedi by Han I have been with Han for a while now and he and i actually have conversations ~ He has learned what i like & what I don't He is efficient at his job and VERY precise in applying nail polish which i know sounds like a given however not always so with some technicians. Quite happy that found MJ Majestic Nails as at my other salon there was a lot of techs coming & going and once you find someone you like it's difficult to find someone new at the same salon~ I haven't noticed a lot of Coming/going @ MJ, so everyone must be happy working there. read more
