I usually go to the Southwest location but was in the area, so I stopped by here to fix my nails. It was $15 for chrome on nails which is expected. But they charged $25 for polka dots after the nails were done- never told me that price beforehand. I've never paid more than $15 max at the other location for polka dots. Seems a bit ridiculous with pricing and the Southwest location is much nicer and spacious. But seriously $25 for polka dots is outrageous!! Most places would charge $10 for that. read more

I go get my nails and brows done, I get a lady by the name of Tiffany. She does my nails and we go to the back to get my brows waxed. At this point this person starts in on my brows without holding back or lacking any tact. She asked me who did my micro blading, and proceeded to tell me how terrible they looked. Then asked me if I was going to do them again, all the while I knew it was a set up to get someone she knew business to get my "horrible" eyebrows done. I held back when I didn't have to. After giving her a gracious tip to show her that I was the better person after her insults, she once proceeded to tell me that she "would look for a place to get my brows fixed" Good try lady, did you treat me like that because I am black? No complaints, just a letter to the business that the 20% price hike resulted in a cancellation and likely loss of a customer permanently since one of the main draws of the shop was reasonable pricing. I had a really disappointing experience here today. I had an appointment at 10 and when I walked in every chair was already full. I understand places get busy and I was willing to be patient, but it already felt a little disorganized. When I first checked in they could not even find my appointment. The person at the front desk asked me to check in again and still said they did not see anything. I then had to explain that I scheduled through ClassPass before they were finally able to locate it. That immediately made the whole experience feel disorganized. If a business is going to offer appointments through ClassPass then that system should be taken seriously. Otherwise it just makes customers feel overlooked before the service even starts. After that I was told someone would come get me right away. A few minutes later I was taken to what seemed like an overflow room in the back and sat down, but then I waited another 20 to 25 minutes before anyone even came over to start my pedicure. At that point I was still trying to be understanding because I know things happen and businesses get behind. But once the service started it felt extremely rushed. The scrub was applied and not rinsed off before moving on to lotion, which left my legs feeling sticky and uncomfortable. When I politely asked if it was going to be rinsed, the technician responded by asking if it was my first time and said it was a learning curve. That response honestly felt really dismissive and a little insulting. I am in my 30s and have had plenty of pedicures before. It is not a learning curve to expect the scrub to be rinsed before the next step. Everything about the service felt rushed and impersonal, like I was just being moved through as quickly as possible. When you are paying over 50 dollars for a pedicure, you are not just paying to have your toes painted. You are paying for the experience and the relaxation that comes with it. I work on my feet all day and this was supposed to be a small treat for myself, but instead I left feeling frustrated and honestly disappointed that I spent my money here. I am usually very understanding and I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience really missed the mark. I just did not feel valued as a customer today. read more

I went in for a pedi prior to my last visit the night of my feet were throbbing I was in so much pain because the lady hurt me so bad. That same visit they were charging me for things I didn't get they apologized and removed them. I went back before new years my nail broke 2 days after getting it. The prices online are not accurate neither they charged me $15 for French tip and $70 for overlay hybrid gel. Online it say $65 for over and $10 for French tip.
