I scheduled my wife for a Honey Oil Spa Pedicure, and it was worth every penny of the $85. From start to finish, the experience was relaxing, luxurious, and exactly what she needed for her birthday. The nail technician, Jackie was absolutely amazing--so friendly, warm, and professional. She even offered me a massage chair while I waited for my wife. I have been a client of I Nail Lounge for a few years now. Over the years I have worked with numerous nail techs, but in the last year have come to love working with Mindy. I always get a pedicure and a manicure (gel with builder gel). Mindy is kind, thoughtful, attentive, talented, and so thorough. She's willing to give advice on designs or try things we hadn't even thought of before the appointment. The salon can be busy at points, especially on the weekends, given the great work they do, but they generally do a good job of keeping appointments largely running on time, and even try to accommodate walk-ins where they can. I always receive complements on my nails from coworkers, waiters, and others, and recently recommended Mindy to a coworker. They raved about the experience they had. There were a lot of colors to choose from and I did feel pressure to choose quickly even though I was early for my appointment. Generally, the quality has been good a few days out. Had a chance to go to I Nail Lounge yesterday for an event. The salon is very clean and nicely decorated. I had a pedicure with gel and manicure with gel, both with Linda. I'm pretty ticklish, so I don't do pedicures all of the time at a salon. The chairs were super comfortable, which helped me to relax. The color is pretty. My manicure is a classic style, perfect for the occasion. I will say the amount of colors can be overwhelming. I had a hard time picking. Linda was quiet for most of the appt but I'm okay with that. I am so grateful for the basic manicure I received for a Yelp event. My tech, Angel, had a very warm and kind personality. I felt welcome here when I walked inside. The salon is clean, spacious, and provided refreshments for us (fruit, cookies, drinks) They even have slushie machines here, which is pretty neat. They have a LARGE selection of colors. It is pretty overwhelming, but it's great to have a wide selection to fit anything you can think of. I opted for shiny black since they didn't offer matte black in standard polish. Angel did a great job on my super small nails and hands. I barely have any nails but she shaped them pretty well. Our table also teamed up and won the Bingo the salon was playing, so I walked away with a large bottle of the lotion they use for massages there. My partner really likes how it smells so that's a win for me The prices are standard ($25 for manicure, $35 for a pedicure), and they offer a wide range of services. I suggest finding a tech you vibe well with, because not all of them were as friendly as mine. I had a little snag at the front desk trying to wrap up my visit and they asked me why I didn't check in. (I did but there seemed to be a glitch) I really enjoyed the event and am so thankful to have the opportunity to check I Nail Lounge out. Angel made it a 5 star experience. read more

I have been here 3 times, and unfortunately this will have been my last time. I have gone to Amie and Lisa, and while they have done a great job (5 stars for that), they seem to be upset that I don't get the most expensive mani and pedicure each time. I get the hybrid gel fil, as well as a gel pedicure- and get them done every 3 weeks. The first time I noticed I was charged $5 extra for the "long length". My nails are not that long but it was fine, whatever I paid it. The second time, I was charged $5 again for the long length. I showed the owner that my nails were not long and I've never been charged $5 extra for this length. Today I went in and as soon as I sat down, Lisa told me my fill was going to be $65 (it literally says $60 on their website) so i asked what it was for and she said $5 to trim shorter. So i asked if I could just keep the length and she said it would be $5 extra for the length. Okay, so just make your prices $65 for a gel hybrid fill instead of adding on all these silly prices. I dont like feeling like people take advantage of me, or are upset when im not spending $300 every time I come in. I spend around $150 every 3 weeks and If thats not good enough- I'll be taking my business elsewhere. Also wanted to add that I brought my friend in for some girls time, and we both asked for the gel pedicure and she asked if she could just pay a little extra to get the CBD lotion- and she ended up being charged $50 more for the CBD pedicure, and when the lady brought out the whole CBD pedicure kit- she told my friend that's what she asked for, but that wasn't the case. read more
