I've been coming to iNail Lounge for years. They're always so accommodating with service needs, scheduling, and design work. Added bonus is they offer drinks and have treats for guests during their services. The space is clean and well manicured. The technicians are all so sweet and do their best to listen and deliver what you want, I appreciate this so much as I can be pretty particular with my nails/pedi. Pedicures are the best here, they actually massage and ensure you leave with soft clean paws. I particularly love the color selection they have, I haven't found another salon that carries the Apres Light & Shadow line. Linda has helped my cracked and broken toe nails many times (hiking, training, and outdoor activities are tough on the feeties). I appreciate that she allows me to express what I want and listens to my feedback (without the typical nail tech attitude you'll find elsewhere). You'll be safe using pretty much anyone in the salon to give you a great pedi! They always seem busy, but I've rarely had an issue stopping in last min for a quick mani/pedi. Don't hesitate to give them a try. Time is money and I feel like they all respect your time, while still doing a good job ensuring their work is done to your satisfaction. Lovely pedicure! Had a relaxing experience. It's my first time seeing a callous removal that was not a cheese grater! They had a wide selection of unique colors and styles to choose from. The presentation was beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed the deep massage, oils, fruit massage, hot stone, and the steam. They also offer complimentary beverages like water, diet soda, coke, and slushies. We had Gigi and Tracy. Both lovely. Extremely Disappointing Experience After Years as Loyal Customers After being loyal customers for many years, our experience today was unacceptable. My daughter and I came in for services before she leaves for college. I received a gel manicure, and my daughter requested a basic pedicure with regular polish. What should have been a very straightforward service turned into nearly a two-hour ordeal. We checked in at 10:39 a.m. and did not leave until 12:24 p.m. Throughout the pedicure, the technician repeatedly got up and went back and forth to the counter, and unfortunately, the quality of the service reflected what appeared to be a lack of experience or training. My daughter's toenails were shaped unevenly with no consistency from one nail to the next. The polish application was even more concerning. The technician applied polish, then a top coat, and then proceeded to apply additional polish ON TOP of the top coat. I have never seen anything like it. There was polish left all over the skin surrounding her toes, while portions of the actual nails were not properly covered. The finished pedicure looked completely unprofessional. At that point, I became concerned about whether the technician was properly licensed and asked the front desk to see his license. They did not provide it. After waiting approximately five with no one returning to address my request, I went back to the station myself and photographed the license displayed there. This raised additional concerns for me because it appeared he may have been working at someone else's station rather than his own designated licensed area. The entire experience was incredibly disappointing, especially after being customers here for years. A basic polish change should not take nearly two hours, result in poorly shaped nails and polish all over someone's toes, and then be followed by difficulty verifying the technician's licensing information. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning. I strongly encourage management to review what happened, including the technician's training, licensing and station assignment. Customers should be able to trust that the person performing their service is properly trained, licensed and capable of providing the service they are paying for. read more
