I went as a walk-in and would not recommend it. Needless to say I did not have Kayla who has received glowing reviews. I requested a regular manicure and needed gel polish removed. At first the service was fine until the nail technician cut my cuticles so close they bled. I asked that my nails be shaped and rounded, and when she finished, none of my nails were consistent length, and a few seemed too pointed (not what I asked for). The polish application, after drying, was not even and looked unprofessional. Never have I walked out of a nail salon and had polish still stuck to my fingers. I didn't have time to complain to the manager, nor did I have time for a re-application. All I can say is buyer beware. read more

My usual nail place wasn't accepting any walk ins at 6:00pm even though it wasn't busy at all. Called Sweet nails right across the street and asked if they accepted walk-ins and the gentleman that answered said sure and to come right in. When I came in I was greeted and said that they had my chair ready for me . Awesome! Kayla was so great, took very great care and even suggested a different color than my usual that I get and I absolutely love them. Did not feel like she was rushing my service even though it was towards the ending of the day. I got the royal pedicure with gel polish. Very reasonable prices for the quality of service. I Just had the worst pedicure ive ever had in 25 years! It lasted a half hour. Every pedicure ive ever had has been at least an hour. This was basically a polish change with a washing of my feet. She did nothing and super expensive for what she did. Go somewhere else. Theres nail shop on every corner this place isnt quality. read more

This Sweet nails is in Southern Highlands. Went in to have old gels taken off (they were only on half of the nails). Took less than 5 minutes to remove gel. Trimmed cuticles and called it a manicure. I requested no polish, but did not even get oil on my cuticles. Whole thing took aproximately 15 minutes (and I am being kind) and she charged me $35.00. Won't be going back! read more

Was charged $10 to soak my hands in this chemical that burned my skin and made it insanely dry. I came in and asked to have my acrylics taken off. Every other time i have had this done they cut and use objects to pop off the acrylic and it takes 10 minutes or less. I soaked my hands for 15 minutes and she said i needed to soak for 10 more. I told her it hurt my skin and she said she can't take them off for me and to wash my hands. Sent me off looking like this!! Didn't care too much for this place. It felt very rushed. Me and my husband did pedicures and manicures, I did gel and we were there maybe an hour. We got the deluxe and felt like we were over charge with the service we got in return. Normally when we go elsewhere we're there 50 minutes to an hour just for our deluxe pedicure. I gave the 2 stars only because the gel is still on after two weeks. The one Thing I disliked was the fact that she pulled out a nipper from her cart and put it back in. Just didn't feel sanitized and with her cart full on stuff thrown in, it doesn't feel like a clean place. She cut two of my cuticles too deep that she held it down and put crazy glue on it. Never had that experience before or anyone cutting to deep. read more
