She's very attentive to what I want as a client and will tell me straight up if she can't do something or doesn't have the right materials for the design I want, which I love as a client because she doesn't bs around and tell me what I want to hear and I end up hating my nails. Most of the time, she accomplishes what I want or will fix it if I'm not happy, which doesn't happen very often, lol. Poor Quality. I went there to have my Mani & Pedi done. Cuticle care was not done properly, he didn't use nail Prep or primer before the base coat and try to be done after applying 2 coats of gel polish. Didn't notice how mani color and pedi color was looks different until I mentioned. And when he replied pedicure. There was no base coat before applying the nail polish.. Plus poor nail preparation on the toe nails as well. Worst experience I ever had at nail salon. Waste of money. Since after I returned home I needed to redo it myself. read more

He didn't soak off the old gel, he used a dremel tool to sand off the old polish. He brushed my nails off before applying a base clear coat, using no nail prep, which is usually done before the base coat is applied. I have been coming here for years. I started coming here for eyelashes! Le is super fast at doing my lashes and they always look very full. After that I started to Get my nails and toes done here. I've always had an ingrown mail on my big toe. Le, Julie and Leo do a great job getting my ingrown nail out. For nails I see Le, and Danny. But if they are busy I don't mind seeing anyone else. Completely avoid. $111 for a kids gel pedi, 1/2 ass manicure (no gel), and another gel mani. We were walk-in and they said no wait but proceeded to have us wait 75 minutes. I walked in last weekend. They did look busy. However, I asked if they could take to walk ins and the gentleman immediately said "no wait, just have a seat" and they would be seated. 25 minutes past and my daughter texted me and told me that they had just been seated and that her sister had been waiting in a bowl for at least 15 of those 25 minutes to get a pedicure. She indicated that other people to come in and be attended to, I told her to be patient with a more than likely had appointments. She then texted about 15 minutes later and indicated that they just rushed through a gel manicure with her and now the same person that started on her was getting started on her sister who have now been sitting in the pedicure bowl for 30 minutes. By that time I was already done running errands- for some additional context: going home to pick a return to Home Depot, washing my car, drying my car, and returning item at Home Depot, buying new things at Home Depot and on my way back to pick them up. Approximately 75 minutes after dropping them off, I picked them up, I went in and they were barely setting my daughter down for a gel manicure. They had not even started. All they did was the pre-manicure stuff yet. Still charge me $111! The daughter that did get a gel manicure, had her cuticles all nicked and cut up with areas clearly nothing they made her bleed. The quality was definitely poor. The vibe was not good at all. The gel was poorly applied as the next day they began to peel. The other one has a basic gel pedi with same thing- nicks and cuts on her cuticles, they were unable to maintain the shape of her toenails and now they're awful! She requested a glitter that they applied without any white bottom telling her they didn't have enough time if she wanted a gel mani too. I recently moved to the side of town, and figured I'd try somebody to do it out. I guess I got what I deserved. It's definitely worth driving 30 minutes for a place that knows us, has great quality a wonderful vibe and if they are fully booked, they'll tell you to make an appointment. read more

My friends mom recommended this place she gets her nails done by Danny I heard great things about him so if you go here ask for him. Unfortunately the lady that did my nails was Julie very nice elder lady but not good with gel at all to start off she would only dip once in the polish for all 5 nails the layers are so thing and clumpy from how little polish she used I went in on Friday and my nails were chipped by Saturday morning. She cut my pinky nail while removing my press on nails she was so rough definitely could've soaked them. She did offer to put a extension mail but I did not want it. I'm really bummed this place is so close to home I usually go to nailed and lashed I really wish this place would've worked. I've been here a few times now and was trying to give them a chance because they are super close to my house, but I'd rather spend my hard-earned money elsewhere. First of all, Jimmy is extremely heavy-handed to the point where my fingers have been sore for days afterwards. You do not clip cuticles or hang nails without soaking them in water or applying cuticle oil first. Secondly, I've never been to a nail salon that will literally catch an attitude and argue you down when you ask them to correct a shape. Now, Jimmy- how are you going to get offended because I am telling you the shape that "I" like?? I simply asked if he could make it a bit more round, and his nasty reply was, "They were already like that!" No, sir. On top of you barely speaking to me or looking at me crazy when I try to make convo, this is how you respond to a paying customer? And it isn't only Jimmy. The lady doing my pedicure was offended that I wanted more of a square shape, and when I asked for her name she replied, and I quote, "No name." Oh? Well, how about "No tip?" *I later found out that her name was Julie* The breaking point was that my last mani/pedi polish was in SHAMBLES after just one week. I went in to have a color change and noticed a spot under my powder. I asked the guy (it wasn't Jimmy or Danny) if it was a fungus. He stared at it for a good 20 seconds and NEVER ANSWERED. LOL! What on earth is happening?? Also, I know that that the majority of employees were male on Saturday, but why do you have sports playing on every single tv in a nail salon?? Nothing against sports at all, but I can guarantee that most women aren't expecting that when they are coming in for relaxation and a bit of pampering. Is this a barbershop or...? It would behoove them to be mindful that nail salons are a dime a dozen- there are literally 5 more right up the street. They won't be getting one red penny from me again. read more

She made an appointment for me at 4:30 in the afternoon after waiting for forty minutes the girl sends another guy to make me a pedicure! I totally forgot to take a fresh photo, Anh did my nails two weeks ago. She was able to do a base of dip on my natural nails, as I requested. Over she used gel. She is very meticulous and I appreciate her stiletto shaping. She placed rhinestones and designs. She was very patient with my requests and also gave great input. My nails feel very strong. I've been going here for almost two years now and used to live 5 minutes away and after moving to the Southwest area of town, I never found another nail salon close to what this place had to offer. They offer affordable services and I feel that no matter who does my nails they've always been consistent and offer the best advice and services for my needs of that day.
