I've been coming here for over a year now, and I can honestly say the service is always amazing. My nail tech Alan is incredibly talented, detail-oriented, and consistent every single time. My nails always come out exactly how I want (if not better), and they last so well. The atmosphere is welcoming and clean, which makes every visit a great experience. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my nails--highly recommend!

Raven was my nail tech, and not only did she listen; she was super friendly, attentive, and she took her time!!! She was extremely professional and meticulous with my nails. I absolutely love how they turned out. I highly recommend Raven if you visit this nail shop. The place is very clean and has a good atmosphere too. All the ladies were very friendly and kind. My friend's tech was Bunny, and she also did a really nice job on my friend's nails, and the heart nail design she did was very cute. I got bows. My photo doesn't do them justice!

All the reviews of five-stars is not the service received. I called ahead, they took my appointment, and they weren't staff for it (when I arrived, I overheard a tech telling her customer and apologizing for this). They weren't welcoming when I arrived. I waited over 15 min before someone assisted me to a pedicure station. It was another minute or two after given the menu and the polish selections (books), when a tech took one of the books from me to give her client. What?! I just got these. I had enough. I placed my sandals back on, informed the person closest the door to please cancel my appointment, and left. Unacceptable. Time wasted but money well saved. read more

I went for a gel manicure this afternoon with my friend, and I am so happy with the results. Raven was my nail tech, and not only did she listen; she was super friendly, attentive, and she took her time!!! She was extremely professional and meticulous with my nails. I live on the other side of town, but was over here for my son's tournament. I had a two hour break between games and thought I'd pamper myself. I came across MD Nails on maps, drove there asked if they'd take a walk in. Tracy was so friendly, accommodating, and looked familiar. Funny enough, I remembered her from another nail salon I used to go to out in Summerlin. She is such a genuinely kind person and also great at what she does! Clean, beautiful, and friendly Nail Studio. My husband, daughter, and I called and asked if they had any openings for 3 pedicures. The lady who answered the phone was so polite and accommodating. We arrived and was greeted immediately. We were offered the gel color options, and menu. We weren't forced into choosing one over the other, we were offered a drink, and seated at the pedicure bowls. The lovely ladies who did our pedicures were playful, wanted to get to know us, funny, and did a very professional and thorough service. I am also a nail tech and love going to different nail salons and supporting small businesses. Highly recommend. I put in a request for an appointment for a fill, and MD NAILSPA responded quickly. From the time I called back, I was able to get an appointment within the hour. The staff was friendly, the salon was clean and attractive. My nails look beautiful, and after a week and a half, they are still secure with no lifting, and the color is vibrant with no chipping. The prices are very reasonable, especially for the quality of service I received. I will be happy to go back again. read more

The salon is super clean, small, and really inviting. I went in about four weeks ago as a walk in around 4:30 on a Sunday and was taken right away. No wait at all. My skin has become really sensitive over the past few years, so I have to be careful with nail services. The last place I went to didn't really understand that, so I came in a little nervous. I started with a pedicure with no polish and no cutting, just cleaning and filing, and T followed that exactly. He also gave me one of the best leg and foot massages I've had in a long time. Then came my hands. I wanted something over my natural nails and asked about hybrid options. I explained all my concerns to Emily, the technician, who is amazing. She really listened, walked me through different options, and made it clear that if I felt any discomfort at all we would stop immediately. She was so careful the entire time. Every single step. She made sure not a drop of product touched my skin. I'm sure this ended up being one of the longest French manicures she's ever done, but she never rushed me or made me feel like a problem. She told me there's a two week guarantee on French manicures and to come back if anything chipped, but it's been four weeks and they still look beautiful. Their personnel are phenomenal; the massage chair is excellent and has various options. The list of pedicure options is impressive; my favorite is the one that focuses on the callus. Jay was my nail tech this week; she was professional and detailed. I enjoyed the ease of going on the website and scheduling an appointment. The atmosphere is relaxing, and the music playing in the background is tranquil. There's always ample parking. After my appointment is complete, I can do a lot more in this plaza, like grocery shopping, going to the barber, or even grabbing a bite to eat before continuing my day.

The owner refused to take credit card and only took Zelle.. wasn't told this ahead of my service, but ok, did Zelle. Now she owes me $75 and has not paid, despite various requests. I booked the appointment with ClassPass, so it was prepaid. But I did have an extra charge for the French tip I did on my nails, which was $5. I added it to what would have been her actual price, in order to tip properly. Once I did this, I got the total price, with the tip, and accidentally sent her that (instead, I should have subtracted the service total to get the tip, and add that to the $5 extra charge). So I meant to send her $15, but I accidently sent $90. Right after sending it I realized what I had done was incorrect. I explained to her and she understood, and told me she would reimburse the $75 via Zelle, but would have to do it later and rushed me out and told me her husband was waiting for her. In retrospect, I should have just had her send it back on the spot. And not allow her to rush me out. Very disappointing, very sleezy.
