I have been going here for about 6 months and it's a great place. I followed Annie here after going to her at another salon for several years. She's the best! She is always suggesting new colors and styles. After going to her for so long, she knows exactly what I will like, which is so helpful. Annie also gives amazing pedicures. She gives good pressure on feet and legs and the lotions they use smell wonderful. The pedicure massage chairs are state of the art, with lots of massage options on the control pad. The place is super clean and all the employees are friendly and efficient. They have every imaginable color with walls and books of nail polish. And all the men at work they are rude af 0 Stars Details: I've been a patron in this nail shop for several years, and have since brought my family and never have I been treated so poorly. After calling to book an appointment with Tiffany (because she's the only one who knows how to do design) they told me to come at 11a. when I came at 11 Tiffany was with a client and they passed me off to the next available guy (At least apologize and say you made a mistake on the appointment) He was getting frustrated because they couldn't find a color to do my design. So I had to settle for a basic French tip which was fine. Even though I called and booked an appointment with the design specialist. They said, did you ask for Tiffany and I said yes, you told me to be here at 11. Then stares, but no acknowledgment of the mistake. This is where I felt the disrespect came into place. At this point, he said he couldn't do animal print, so then I asked if he could do chrome tips, which he stated no, I knew was a lie. He's unskilled and needs to learn. He just didn't wanna do it. Why is Tiffany the only skilled tech here? After he completed my nails, he told me he wasn't going to charge me for the color change service, but he still was rude, and basically rushed me out. This was extremely poor customer service for somebody that comes here so often and brings her whole entire family. To be disrespected. It was the tone, and service. Tiffany is phenomenal! Vivian is phenomenal even though she doesn't know how to do design her customer service is great. And I just got my nails done with her the prior day. Beautiful energy I won't be back! Booked an appt. At 5:30, sisters didn't get seated till 6. The nails were done so sloppy. Giant gaps in the cuticles, paint left on my hand. Fumes in the store were super strong. Super poor quality on all of my sisters hands but mine specifically were horrendous. read more

They made a dent in my natural nails 3 times I don't know why I gave them so many chances but when I complained about it they tried to charge me full price not only that but now I'm wishing I just went somewhere else to fix them. Horrendous quality and poor customer service. Made an appointment for 5:30, they called at 4:30 asking for us to come early so we did and didn't even get seated until 6. Nails were crooked and uneven lengths even after repeatedly asking for it to be fixed. Eventually I just stopped asking and figured I would go elsewhere to get them fixed. On top of that they originally said $50 for a full set of GelX and $50 for a gel pedicure and ended up charging me $140 for both. read more

I called this place around 3pm on a Thursday and asked if they had time for gel manicure and they said yes. I walked in, someone told me to pick a color and I let them know exactly what I wanted. The first person didn't want to do it after I showed them the picture on Pinterest of drippy ice cream nail art so another person was chosen. Didn't get her name but her older coworker (?) scolded her for leaving her water bottles in the back and her other coworker with shoulder length hair made a rude comment to her saying "you haven't done gel yet?" Honestly, it made those two employees (possible owner/manager) look bad and makes the business look really bad. No customer wants a rushed job when it comes to salon services. I'm glad the nail technician that did my nails took her time and I trusted her. She was kind, long eyelashes and had a blinged out station which I loved! I am so obsessed with my ice cream nails and I'm so impressed with her artistic skills, patience and eye for detail. Thank you so much!
