The rest was pretty standard: soak, clean, exfoliate and hot stone massage...I appreciate that she made efforts to do good. You know a lot of time they hardly rub you feet with good strength... Tina did my pedicure, and she was very sweet and gentle. The reason I'm giving 3 stars is that my mom, her friend, and myself booked pedicures altogether. We asked when we made the appointment if we would all be getting pedicures at the same time, since that is the whole point. The lady on the phone assured us we would. But when we got there, they only had 1 person available for pedicures. I was almost done with my pedicure by the time someone started on my mom's. My mom was almost done with her pedicure by the time someone started on her friend's pedicure. Next time I'd rather go to a different salon that will honor our appointments at the time we booked them. It's not really relaxing or fun to wait around and watch everyone else get pedicures when you should have been getting them together. I dropped in on Sunday because I was in from out of town and my Apres Gel X had grown out to the point that I wanted them removed. It was immediately clear that they didn't know what Apres Gel X were supposed to look like or how to remove them. I have removed my own at home by simply soaking a cotton swab with acetone and wrapping in foil for 10 minutes. I told her this, but she proceeded to do it the way she thought, which took exponentially longer and resulted in almost my full hands being soaked in acetone for nearly 30 minutes! At this point another woman stepped it. They were basically playing tug of war with my hands. Not to mention, my nails were not even cleaned off when she started applying the tips. The tips were not even wide enough for my actual nail. She was also very pushy about the hard gel and so I conceded but keeping reading and you'll see why I SHOULDNT HAVE. Now for the kicker. Everything looked OK when I walked out but then I took another look. The tips were so narrow on my nail that you can see the top of my natural nails sticking out on both sides. She tried to file down the sides of my nail to blend in but instead she ended up digging into my skin and my nail bed and making me bleed. I also began to notice that nail polish was oozing for underneath my nails? Wtf. Basically she had been rushing so much that the under layer of the polish hadn't dried before she proceeded to apply ANOTHER layer and cure. I have literally NEVER seen this happen before. By the next day, the polish was fully pulling up from the nail and I ended up having to file a few of my nails down (they no longer have polish). If I lived around here I'd be back and complaining for either a refund or a fix!! I spent nearly $90 on nails and tip and would NEVER come back... read more

I've gotten lots of compliments on my nails now, being the 4th fill I've had. How hard I am on my nails and fingers, they stay on. I've been to A LOT of other places and every 2 weeks they fall off. PLACE WAS THE WORST!!! Came to bring my daughter for a CLEANUP on her eyebrows!!! This non educated lady reapplied 4x hot wax to my daughter's top eyebrow cause wax was stuck!! Just got a pedicure done here on a late Friday afternoon and loved everything about it! I made an appointment and when I arrived at 3:30pm I was the 2nd person there. This place is clean, open space and beautiful inside. Very positive atmosphere and customer service was excellent. An older gentleman did the best job ever massaging my feet and legs. I felt super relaxed and pampered. One of the employees offered me a beverage and another made sure my massage settings were working and adjusted the seating to my height. More customers came around 4pm so I'm glad I made an appointment because I wasn't sure what to expect. I will definitely be returning! Side note about gratuity: I tipped 20% thinking it was going to be a great tip but my pedicure was $30 so the tip came out to be $6. That is not enough for all the work he did on my toes. What a nightmare. I used this nail salon for the past 6 months and today is definitely my last time. I used to have a man here that did a fantastic job on my nails. I would do a basic acrylic that would last and look great every time. Last month I was told that man did not work there anymore. I got my nails done with another lady and they fell off within the week. I decided to give them another chance today and came in for a fill/fix. She said I needed a new set so I agreed to do a new fix if it was under an hour. She spent an hour and 45 minutes on my nails and used gel x which I did not ask for. I told her I did not ask for those and im going to be late for work if i dont leave now. She apologized and said I wouldn't have to pay for services. I left with nails that were unshaped and very messy. When I was leaving she tried charging me after telling me I wouldn't have to. Unprofessional and unorganized. They will add things on your service without asking you and the nails dont last. Avoid this spot. read more

But I've been going with hard gel because it doesn't damage my nail bed underneath. The nail techs pay close attention to detail and shape my nails perfectly. They also don't leave my nails thick as some nail salons often do. My nails are filed evenly, shaped really well, and are left looking very natural.
