Conveniently located near the South Premium Outlets, I was able to get a pedicure with no waiting. Pricing is excellent in my opinion since it located a couple miles from The Strip. Inside was very clean. Staff are friendly. Music was not too loud. I chose the Organic spa pedicure and it was amazing. I found a new nail salon for future Vegas trips. read more

Did a walk in hoping I could get a new set and a pedi. Was greeted warmly and immediately started on a pedi done by Denny who was wonderful. Tee did my full set and was a pleasure to chat with. Everyone was extremely professional even when a client started yelling and refused to pay for service. I have been coming to this place for close to a decade (every time I'm in town). The prices are very comparable to Los Angeles. I'm not a local but I'm assuming the prices are not as high in other places. I paid $85 ($10 tip included) for a CBD pedicure. Loved the work and the customer service. Very clean location with hygiene on the equipment. read more

| Total Waste of Money & Time Came here with my mom--she's happy, but I'm beyond irritated. My nail tech had no idea what she was doing. Pedicure was lazy, barely any massage, barely any cleaning. But the manicure? HORRENDOUS. She kept blaming my nails for being short instead of admitting she didn't have the skills. I've been getting cat eye nails for a year--I know when someone's legit vs. just BS-ing their way through. This was straight-up amateur hour. Then she had the nerve to offer a redo--FOR WHAT?! It already looks like chicken scratch! Never again. Epic fail. Don't waste your money here. read more

I was honestly very disappointed with my $85 acrylic full set. My nails were burning and really hot and the shape is very inconsistent, while the design is very poorly done when it's just supposed to be 3 straight lines on each nail. read more

I would not recommend going to that place for nothing but a pedicure. They do very good work and very nice people. However, the quality of their nails are horrible. Look nice after they're done however they do not last I went and got my nails done there and they lasted for three days went back to get the nail repaired and they wanted to charge me $10. I was taking a bath and one nail broke and they said $10. I broke three days later while I was taking a shower really. I was doing nothing for it to break. read more

Hannah was great! I hadn't had a pedicure in over 6 months! She gave my toes and feet plenty of attention! My feet felt rejuvenated when I left! The vibe was nice. Dude, they don't really know how to treat VIP customers that's spent a lot of money constantly. I come here and I spent so much money because I treat my friends and I bring my guy to pay for my whatever I want. The last time I was here I spent $270 on my nails. Who does that? I really make this place a lot of money, so the fact that I'm waiting here and told I have another appointment is ridiculous. I'm good. I'm definitely gonna have to find another favorite place. Walked in, no wait at all. Staff was wearing masks and so were customers. My cousin and I were looking for a quick shop to get some pedicures and this was the spot. They had a good amount of colors to choose from, water was nice and warm, and pedicure was relaxing. You really can't beat the price at $25 either There were some minor spots were color could've been cleaned a little better, but overall I love them! read more

I am so disappointed. I always give great reviews but they s time I cannot. I will NEVER return to this Nail Salon. I went on Sunday when Henry the Owner was not working. I was given a price at the door and once inside the price went up. My pedicure was the worst I've ever had. The tub had no liner, tools were dirty and unsterile ( second chair to the end of the shop) The full set of nails in this is where I'm livid. She pulls out DIRTY tools that looked like they had not been clean and white dust in the box with all the others ( acrylic dust), she sanded my nails multiple times no dusting them off and having me wash my hands to get the dust off. She just started painting over my nails with the acrylic particle dust on them. She acted like a car salesman. The ladies in the shop were talking about a male client NOT knowing I know their language. They were all Loud suddenly talking over one another except one woman working their sitting quietly next to me in my right ( VERY INAPPROPRIATE) So by the end I was ready to leave trying to contain my anger. This morning I wake up and my left thumb and right toe are very sore ( it could be an infection coming in from unsterile tools. The skin around my thumb is red. See attached photos. We came here last minute during Christmas week since we were in town for a concert and we didn't have time to get our nails done prior. My fiancé and I checked Yelp and found this place was pretty close to us so we decided to give it a shot. We both walked in with no nail polish on our hands. We were taken in and seated immediately upon arrival. My nail tech was Hannah. She was sweet and she took her time. I can't remember the name of the tech that worked on my fiancé's nails but she wasn't too happy because her cuticles weren't cut..her nails were basically painted. I was happy with the color and cuticles cut on mine but my fiancé wasn't too crazy about hers. The total was about $80 which is a little excessive considering it was just nail polish but I guess desperate times call for desperate measures. read more

Hands down this is the best nail salon in town! I had really weak, thin nails when I started going to Henry but now I have beautiful natural nails and that's thanks to all the tlc he puts when he does my manicure. My two daughters and I will not go elsewhere for our pedicures and nails . Salon is immaculate clean and everyone there is so friendly! I give them a 10 out of 10 . read more

I've been going to vanity nails for the past 4 years, after trying lots of different nail salons in the valley, and they've always been fantastic! They're always accommodating and although I usually have a an appointment, when I don't, I've never waited more than 15 minutes. Impressed! I am local and I have been here twice now and I love how when I walk in they can always seem to get me in quickly. Maybe I have just been lucky with the timing. I didn't take any names, but I love pampering myself every once in a while. Unfortunately I am not a predictable regular, but this place may convert me. I had a deluxe pedicure both times, which is $35. I also added on the Callus Removal with chemical for $5. I call this the cheese grater, but it feels good and I need it for my feet. Some places don't charge extra for this when you get a deluxe pedicure so this left me thinking hmm, but I was happy to add it on. I don't get gel so I don't have anything to add about that. I think the location is more geared towards tourists, but I like it just the same. Ambiance: The massage chairs are new, comfy and powerful. They have current music playing and usually music videos on the big TV's throughout. Staff is funny and friendly and there is usually a good conversation going to join in. read more

I flew into Vegas for a meeting and stopped by this salon to get a mani-pedi because a had a few hours to burn. This was the best mani-pedi I've ever had. I only get regular polish, not gel, and my nails looked straight from the salon 9 days later. If I lived in Vegas this would be my regular place nail place. read more

I'm going to start this post with a fact- I have been coming to this shop for years, I was literally the first person thru the door the day they re-opened after the pandemic shut down. With that said... today they jumped the shark and earned a ONE star and lost a very loyal client. I came to get a pedicure and my cuticles on hands cut. TINA was my person today. The pedicure took 29 minutes- obviously she didn't spend a lot of time making sure everything was good. (I didn't realize until after I left how crappy the polish job was she did.) I sat at her station for cuticles to get cut. She got to the thumb of my right hand and cut a chunk out of the skin. No where near cuticle. I yelped ouch and SHE STARTED TO LAUGH. Making me bleed and cutting me is nothing funny. Why is this funny to her? She said "oops." WTF! I immediately went to counter and showed owner. He compared it to a car accident- his exact words were "every time you get in a car you might have an accident." So basically- every time I get my nails done I might get my skin cut off???? I repeat- WTF DO NOT GO THERE!!!! What she did was unforgivable. 20 minutes later my thumb is still bleeding. It's all swollen. And the salon thought it was funny read more

I used to love this place, I'm not sure what happened. I was excited to bring a friend with me a few visits ago and the man who did her nails was extremely rude and pressured her into going somewhere else. The last time I came in it was great; I paid $45 for a full set wjth gel. This time I come in and ask for callus removal and I'm told they only do it with a pedicure; no options otherwise. Then when I ask how much for a gel fill they try to tell me I have powder when I don't and that a FILL is $65. I'm not sure if it's because I came in dressed up for the first time or what but I won't be back. Picking and choosing what you charge people Shouldn't be legal. List your prices, be transparent and maybe you'll have better stars on yelp. read more

Pretty salon, very nice staff, they communicate well, they are quick, clean supplies, great nail salon all the way around! I wish I lived closer because this would be my go to! Nancy was my nail tech and I highly recommend her. I did scope out everyone else's work around me while i was there too, everyone seemed to be great from what I saw. The male nail tech who sits beside Nancy ever recommended another iption to the women he was working on because what she asked for wasn't going to be the outcome she really desired. I love when people are honest and his communication lead to her satisfaction with the service. Love this place. You should give it a try. read more

Now they are fighting my groupon refund, claiming that I used all three appointments already, even though I haven't gone near them since that first cancellation. I'm not upset that there are security measures in place to protect their employees. I'm upset that they cancelled less than an hour prior to my appointment for a reason that should have been obvious when I booked it, and now they are lying to try to keep me from getting a refund. Beware of this business! They are not professional, and they are not honest.

I asked her to remove the portion of her reply which only included the private health info, and she refused so I'm rewriting it. I have gone here 3 times and not has any issues. I liked their technicians and I haven't met the owner in person but my text interactions were ok with her. This morning I received this text message from the owner: "Good morning Katelyn, This is Tori over at Sugar Me Clean. I was reviewing last week's intake forms and noticed you shared with your service provider that you currently have active staph infections in two areas of the body. For the safety of our team and all clients, we are unable to proceed with any sugaring services while an active staph infection is present. Staph is highly contagious, especially when there are open sores, lesions, or irritated skin. Because sugaring exfoliates the skin and opens the follicles, it increases the risk of spreading infection to other parts of your body, our staff, or other clients. For that reason, we will need to cancel your upcoming appointment until the infection is fully healed and cleared by a medical professional. Once the area is no longer infected--meaning no open wounds, redness, drainage, or active symptoms--you are welcome to reschedule. If you have any questions or need help rebooking once it's resolved, feel free to reach out. Thank you for understanding and for helping us maintain a safe, clean environment for everyone. --Tori" Here are the facts: During my wax, I shared with my technician that I used to experience staph a year ago when I began working out regularly and engaging in body contact exercises. I shared this with her because she sold me a sugar scrub for ingrown hairs, and I was just sharing my personal experience with how it had helped me in the past to exfoliate and keep the bacteria that could cause staph at bay. We also discussed acne and I shared with her that I use a cream that helps with my hormonal acne. I had a full coverage long sleeve sweater on, and I mentioned I was having current acne on my chest. She did not seem concerned, didn't halt the service, didn't address my acne or the conversation further at all. It is my understanding per Tori, that the technician after the appointment, indicated on an intake form that I not only had active staph, but she indicated she VISIBLY SAW two active infections on my body. Tori only told me this after I argued with her about why she was waiting 5 days to engage me, why she straight up TOLD me I had staph (she's not a medical doctor??? And I've never met her??) and why I'm being now told I have to get doctor clearance to revisit. I asked why this was handled so unprofessionally instead of communicating directly about the obvious miscommunication. She escalated to then STATING she had documentation that I was not aware of, of an active infection on my body, which is not true. Then, when I left a review about how I felt violated, I was mistreated, and that I am baffled that this was handled so carelessly she replied to my review with details of our private conversation and stated a lie that I DID OF MY OWN WORDS SAY I had staph active on my body at the time of my appointment. This was not stated by me ever. I was baffled and tried to resolve it and then just called a liar. Publicly accusing me now of coming in with an active infection. And mind you - no one even saw my chest at all. I asked the owner to please remove that from her response as it's not only false, but would be considered private client information of me being posted by her. She refused to do that for me. Insane behavior. Would not go here! And don't make casual conversation about past health issues because apparently they document it like they're a clinic and then make medical decisions for you. Update: you can see clearly in her yelp reply below that Tori continues to lie. She changed her story AGAIN to instead say that I waited to tell her until after. I have text message proof and also I stated above that NO this conversation with the technician happened CASUALLY DURING THE HAIR REMOVAL and was a reference to a PAST EXPERIENCE I had with staph. I had my LEGS BEHIND MY HEAD while I was talking to this tech about my PAST issues with skin care and going to the gym in relation to staph. Not thinking it was going to be reported as 'I have staph actively on my body'??? i never said that to your tech. And my issue was you coming at me accusing me. and now you're just lying and for what? You only had to clarify and apologize the second I pointed out the miscommunication and said no I don't have staph!!!!! Instead of immediately apologizing for the misunderstanding or attempting to clarify with me or the technician directly, Tori continues to call me a liar and claim I said I had a skin infection which I did not. see our text exchange below

Super clean tho. No one was in when I went. She said it was slower that day. Daniela told me that there were issues w the setup on ClassPass, the scheduling being one. They're working on it. Tip: if you're scheduling w ClassPass and don't see the time you need, pick one and call to get what you actually need. I'm prone to ingrowns so Daniela gave me their scrub to try.
