Affordable and best pedicure I had so far since moving out here. The salon may not have the most fanciest decor but customer service and the pedicure was 10/10! Amy was amazing and she was so friendly! Only came in for a pedicure and didn't have much time, even though she offered other upgrades, I didn't feel too pressured as other salons would. I got the deluxe pedicure and this is the only salon I've been to so far that offers hot stone and hot towel in their package. The massage is what I look forward to the most and it was great. I have been going to Inails for a few years now after moving from Hawaii, and I absolutely love it here! I live on the opposite side of Vegas, about 30 minutes away, and they make it worth the drive! They are a family owned business, who are all so welcoming, and service is always on point. Jen is AMAZING with eyelash extensions. I've been to many places in Vegas, and she is by far the best, and does them exactly as I ask. Ken is talented with doing nails and is so creative when it comes to nail art/design! Ive had my nails done by him and I've gone 3-4 weeks until a fill with no breakage. Interior is very run down. Got a pedicure the tray for your belongings was dirty. Paid for the deluxe pedicure got a steam facial turned on that smelled like sewage and there was brown stuff floating in the water of the machine of it. No no no! Do not come here for pedicures, they're trash! They have a little old lady who shouldn't be doing pedicures at all. She's slow, doesn't clean your feet and just doesn't know what she's doing! I made her stop because she was irritating me with the fact that she wasn't listening to what I had asked. They had the audacity to try and charge me for a pedicure that I didn't get and they didn't try to fix the issue. Went in last month to buy masks that they advertised for $6. But when we arrived The owner/ manager was so terribly Rude and said the masks were $7 And some were $10. But couldn't be bothered!!! (It's yoga in a room lit up by black lights, you paint yourself and dress in neon) I came in on a Saturday afternoon and was welcomed promptly, told to pick out a colour, offered a seat to begin soaking my feet, offered water (nice touch) and a nice lady began working on me while I checked out and relaxed. I was looking for the quality I had received there. Had no luck for about 4 years until James came into my life. The first time he did my nails he challenged me and said he could do even better.
