I have gone several times to see Natalie at the Pretty Kitty on Blue Diamond. She has always impressed me as efficient, quick and as painless as a "grip and rip" can be. Lately, however, I've had some health issues which required "delicate handling". Natalie was most concerned that I not have any unnecessary pain. She found ways to position me so that I was as comfortable as possible and worked very quickly. She also chatted with me to relax me and take my mind off the process. I've been to The Pretty Kitty's locations in San Diego when I lived there. I've always been pleased with their service and I received a mailer for $15 off of a Brazilian wax at their newest location. I called and was able to make a same day appointment. The location is located off of Blue Diamond in between Jones and Decatur in a newly built plaza. I was welcomed in by Sahara who escorted me to a room. She left the room so that I could undress and knocked before entering. She was wearing a mask during the entire time I was there and I wore my mask as well. During my appointment, Sahara and I talked like we were girlfriends who hadn't seen each other in years. She was so sweet and welcoming and took my mind off of the actual waxing process while I was there. She was extremely efficient and worked quickly to get my appointment done before I knew it was over. The inside of the building is chic and clean and they're definitely observing Covid protocols. I scheduled my next appointment before leaving. If you're looking for waxing services, definitely see Sahara at The Pretty Kitty. I've been getting brazilians for years now and it can be pretty painful, but here at The Pretty Kitty was my least painful experience! The "soft wax"they use is a big help in decreasing pain. They even have an LED light shining in your area to make sure they get every bit of hair. The Pretty Kitty brazilian is pricier than other waxing places but I believe it's worth it because of how much more comfortable it is. The place is really cute and sanitary! read more

Great first experience. Today was my first day getting waxed at this establishment and I was very happy with the overall experience. The salon is clean and staff is friendly. They use a wax with cloth strips and honestly it has been the least painful wax I've had yet. I'm used to the wax that dries on, and is pulled directly off the skin, but this type of wax/cloth truly felt more comfortable. This is a new location so they are offering deals to build clientele which is mutually beneficial for everyone involved. They also have a rewards program where you can earn stamps for each service and work your way up to discounted future services. Plus, it's a virtual stamp card so you don't have to worry about keeping track of yet another card in your wallet. read more

Hey guys this place isn't just for women they offer waxing services for men too. I usually go to the flamingo location for my waxing but I occasionally come here when I can't get an appointment there. I love that this place is consistent between locations from staff quality to services. Everyone is professional and it's fast. The only negative is that each store books it's own appointments and they can't see if there are openings at other locations in the valley so often I have to call other stores when appointment times don't work. read more
