This was a first and a last. Got a mani pedi there. I booked online for a basic pedi but on the sheet they give you to choose a pedi, doesn't have the basic option (bait and switch). Pedi was very mid for $80. The polish isn't even and just looks bumpy. Then when it came to my hands, I was handed off to a different tech, and she didn't say a word. My nails were too sharp in the corners and she didn't ask if I liked the shape or nothing. She had headphones in and just ignored my requests. Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more

I've only recently started having my nails done regularly, and my starter salon left my nails chunky af. I came here looking for a change in quality and Hugh did a wonderful job of drilling them down to look normal again. He really took his time and didn't overdo it either, and the gel mani could have used another coat but looked good otherwise. My second time I got a lady that had a pretty dress and heels on, unfortunately I didn't get her name. She gave me a nice mani as well, the only downside is she rubbed in cuticle oil at the end and also rubbed it all over my forearms which gave me a red and itchy rash for a couple days. Not fun. Decided to give this place a try since they said they were under new management and had a 25% off discount. I called them in an appointment. Showed up waited 20 minutes past the start time of my appointment to be seated at a dirty chair with cold water. The nail tech handed me a menu of pedicures and walked away for five more minutes. The pedicure started at $60 for a regular nail polish and 80 for gel which was required to get the discount. When she finally came back, I told her I didn't want to spend that much on a pedicure and she said that's all we have. I decided to trust my gut and leave to wear the "new management." Came over and tried to stop me. I told her the lady I was speaking to clearly did not speak English and did not understand anything I was saying I've already waited 25 minutes past the start of my appointment time and I don't feel comfortable. I want to leave. I highly doubt they have new management here. The place was dirty and disgusting and poor customer service. They're running the same Cam. I responded removal of Gel Nails, then one person responded, "sit down right there, that was it!" I left super happy that everything was cleaned and never felt uncomfortable with how they were doing my pedicure. Every time I come here is a good time I feel relaxed and they always slay my nails! Last Wednesday I came in for a pedicure that I badly needed due to not having one in couple of months and having a ingrown toe nail that was bothering me. John gave me my pedicure and I was so glad he was able to remove the ingrown parts of my toe nail without causing me much pain. He gave me such a relaxing leg massage afterwards as well. I promised him I would up keep with my appointments to avoid this from happening again. I've had some really nice manicures here as well! I would never come back unless it was to pick up my money I wasted n want back also my sister wanted nudes medium coffin nails with brown sparkle French tips and the results were horrendous they weren't coffin they were way to short and the nude was crazy ugly and all three of our nails were rushed because they had us all changing seats every two steps of the nails they didn't even ask me if I liked my nails because they knew I didn't it was all over my face zero stars the fact I wish I had gloves to cover my freshly done nails is crazy especially for the price read more
