Had a great time with my daughter getting pedis! KITTY did amazing with my daughter and HIEU BUI was great with my pedicure! The place is so clean. Even remembered me after not being here for a year. I had some reallyyyyy bad ingrowns and they took care of me and now I can walk pain free. Thank you so much for making mine and my baby girls experience so much fun. read more

This used to be my fave nail shop so I decided to give it another try just to be disappointed. Waste of time and money. Polish work is so uneven and the older lady who did mine didn't even take her time. She was also scrolling on her phone entire time to where she forgot how many layers she had put on which resulted in it being thick. I asked her to redo some that were bumpy and she made excuses such as me having hard gel so it wasn't going to look perfect and that it was hard to take off. I will never come back here. read more

Got a full set gel x. The lady was really nice. Unfortunately I'm not sure if she knows the correct way to apply gel x, as she just put a bunch of the extend gel on the nail and plopped it on. She noticed the middle finger was bad so she ripped it off after curing and tried again with less (first pic) but it was not enough and she left gaps and the tip of my nail open. The edges close to my cuticle all started lifting after my first shower. During my session she kept trying to convince me to get a pedicure from her 'friend' even though I said I had to pick my husband up from the gym. She even insisted I text him to see if I had time. Unfortunately will not be returning. read more

I've only recently started having my nails done regularly, and my starter salon left my nails chunky af. I came here looking for a change in quality and Hugh did a wonderful job of drilling them down to look normal again. He really took his time and didn't overdo it either, and the gel mani could have used another coat but looked good otherwise. My second time I got a lady that had a pretty dress and heels on, unfortunately I didn't get her name. She gave me a nice mani as well, the only downside is she rubbed in cuticle oil at the end and also rubbed it all over my forearms which gave me a red and itchy rash for a couple days. Not fun. The manicure quality was good overall but I definitely would not want cuticle oil put all over my arms again. Might go back might not, tbh I'm testing out another place right now. read more

Decided to give this place a try since they said they were under new management and had a 25% off discount. I called them in an appointment. Showed up waited 20 minutes past the start time of my appointment to be seated at a dirty chair with cold water. The nail tech handed me a menu of pedicures and walked away for five more minutes. The pedicure started at $60 for a regular nail polish and 80 for gel which was required to get the discount. When she finally came back, I told her I didn't want to spend that much on a pedicure and she said that's all we have. I decided to trust my gut and leave to wear the "new management." Came over and tried to stop me. I told her the lady I was speaking to clearly did not speak English and did not understand anything I was saying I've already waited 25 minutes past the start of my appointment time and I don't feel comfortable. I want to leave. I highly doubt they have new management here. The place was dirty and disgusting and poor customer service. They're running the same Cam. They always have a huge discount to try to get in the door only to overcharge them for a basic service. read more

This was a first and a last. Got a mani pedi there. I booked online for a basic pedi but on the sheet they give you to choose a pedi, doesn't have the basic option (bait and switch). Pedi was very mid for $80. The polish isn't even and just looks bumpy. Then when it came to my hands, I was handed off to a different tech, and she didn't say a word. My nails were too sharp in the corners and she didn't ask if I liked the shape or nothing. She had headphones in and just ignored my requests. Needless to say, I will not be returning. read more

As a Chicago transplant that moved out here eight years ago and having the same manicurist for 10 years, it was so hard to find a place out here that is consistent. Well, I'd like to say I finally found one!!! Don't know why it took me so long to write a review, but I have been coming here for over three years now. Vivian, Wanda, and all the staff are excellent!!! I work in the guest relations industry, and I have to say I always get compliments on my nails!! I get a gel fill on my hands AND toes and they last for weeks!! And I took advantage of the 25% off promotion that they have going on now to the end of September. The shop is clean and nice and always welcoming. read more

First time at Miracles - Hugh was my tech for a gel pedi and whew, that man performs miracles! Some nail shops really do the turn and burn to get you in and out, but Hugh took his time to put care and attention to his work which was so appreciated! He consistently checked in to make sure the water temperature was comfortable. The paraffin treatment was so worth it read more

Before moving here from California, I was with the same nail woman for about nine years and I'm not one to see every nail person in the shop. I usually like to stick with one person, but this salon is so different. EVERYONE is good! And if you get your nails done often, you know that's not always the case when you go to a nail salon. I have had Vivian, Wanda, and now Diane do my nails and I have been very happy each time. Jenny did my pedicure and she did such an amazing job and her massage is awesome and she's very sweet. I put my shoes back on so unfortunately no picture of her work :/ The entire salon is sweet. Everyone is cool and they make you feel like you're kinda at home. They serve great Vietnamese, coffee, tea, water, and oj and it's very clean in there! I have never been able to keep my natural nails and do an overlay, but Diane was able to takeoff my old set from another place (the other place messed me up) and allow me to keep my natural nails (her suggestion), and I am so happy with them & her recommendation! I found my new nail salon in Vegas and I am very happy thank you all for the great work that you do and your customer service is impeccable ! read more

Let me start with the banner that they have outside 20% off any gel services, is false. They never want to offer it, you have to ask and at times they will say it's only for 1st time clients but that's not what the banner states. The way they run the business is a revolving door. They rush so they can get you out.so they can get the next victim. I kept telling myself it will get better but it's just keeps getting worse. Don't let Diane or Diana she's the one that sits at the first chair on the right when you are facing the back of the salon, don't. Let touch your nails. The don't use base coat. Bad quality and careless work. Just look at the pictures. I had these done last Friday. Update: as you can in the comment from the owner, come back let me fix it for you and your next visit it won't be 20% off it will be 50% off. I sat down and she said let's just do a fill which it would be considered a fill and it would have been considered "next time" I had to pull teeth to get 20% off. Proof is in the receipt. This time the wonderful Wanda did my nails. read more

I think there has been a new management taken over from this nail place. I've been going to the Nail place from three years and I just went today to get my nails done. I think the stuff was new. I didn't. I don't know if he knew what he was doing. All I asked him is to just do me a fresh nail coat. I have my own nails all I told him is to just change the polish gel polish and I told him I wanna add a chrome. He was very stubborn about the pricing. He said he's going to first. I told him I want to add chrome and he was not showing me the chrome colors. He said it's extra. are you sure you want to see it as if I cannot afford it? That's the way he approached me. I said yes I know it's expensive. I still wanna do chrome I don't know why he said that I feel like very disrespectful and then finally he gave me chrome colors and he did a shitty job on it and then somebody had to take the lady who just started there working there for two days had to take over and she did my nails. The owner was I don't know who the owner was was not even helpful enough to give me any discount all he said I'm not going to charge you for chrome and I was sitting there for three hours. Literally I went there at 3:30 and I walked out at 1:30 and they were still did not go to a good job on my nails. I'm very very disappointed with the new management is shitty. If I was you, I would never go there and the guy literally when I walked and I asked him can I see the chrome colors he said it's expensive. Are you sure you wanna see it and I did not like their comment he gave it's very very insulting. I would never go to this place ever again. The old management was really amazing. This new management to cover his bullshit I would not recommend anybody go. read more

Made an appt and received a gel manicure for myself and my mom. We arrived early (15 mins) and they took us as soon as they could. Offered waters and helped pick out our colors with us. Hieu was amazing! He gave a great hand and forearm scrub, took his time with the manicure, and made sure my cat eye gel polish was on point. I've been to this place many, many times and it's always clean, they have multiple TVs with a variety of things playing, and all have been super sweet! I'll def continue going. read more

I messaged on Yelp to see if I could get in today for a full set gel x, and Vivian promptly responded. I was able to get in today and honestly, I can't say anything but amazing things about my experience. The shop was very clean and atmosphere was welcoming. I didn't feel like I was intruding. Vivian made me feel comfortable and executed my nails flawlessly. I haven't been this happy over my nails in a very long time. I did a short almond with DND 866, soft tulips, two coats. I am over the moon with the nails. They look so good I can't stop looking at them. Thank you so much Vivian. I'll see you in two weeks! :) read more

Service is bad here!!! Actually... no service!! Walked in with my daughter to have her Gelx Nails taken off, we came in and there was no greeting, Pedicure or Manicure ? I responded removal of Gel Nails, then one person responded, "sit down right there, that was it!" She called a guy out to remove her nails and the guy was pretty rough removing her nails, my guess was they can't make much money from us by removing nails, on the website it says $10 or $15, but they charge us $20 said because it was decorated nails. He speaks in their Vietnamese language asking the other girl pricing I assume. Whatever! Nowadays, you don't care, your competitors will...see you no more read more

Finally I found someone nearby who does a superior job. I'm finicky, fussy and so particular about my nails (hate me if you want to) So finding someone to do it exactly how I like is such a challenge. But Diane at miracle nails said "challenge accepted" And I sat back and prepared my criticism in advance. So I was so excited when none were necessary. Love this place and they have the sweetest staff, I've come here many times and been meaning to give them a review! I've had my nails done by Diane, John, Wanda, and Sonny. Every time I come here is a good time I feel relaxed and they always slay my nails! Last Wednesday I came in for a pedicure that I badly needed due to not having one in couple of months and having a ingrown toe nail that was bothering me. John gave me my pedicure and I was so glad he was able to remove the ingrown parts of my toe nail without causing me much pain. He gave me such a relaxing leg massage afterwards as well. I promised him I would up keep with my appointments to avoid this from happening again. I've had some really nice manicures here as well! They are very talented and Sonny and Diane are great at doing nice designs! I also do my eyebrows here and they always do such a good job! This place is clean and looks very luxurious inside. This place is not cheap but you get what you pay for, and I feel good knowing the quality is worth the price to me. read more

First time trying this place and I must say that it is just okay for pedicures, it seems that this place specializes more so in nails from the other reviews I have seen. It's a smaller nail salon compared to some of the other ones in town, I did not get my nails done so I can't say anything on that however, we did get pedicures. Both of the ladies doing our pedicures were rough, my lady even hurt my foot, I said Ouch and pulled my foot back a little, she didn't even say sorry. Their least expensive pedicure on their menu is $60 and of course if you want to add Gel an extra $20, so we ended up just asking for a basic pedicure basically clean up and Gel polish for $50 + tip. read more

I would show my toes for free but this isn't that type of app. Inside you'll find a massage chair that'll get the knots out of your back. A sweet lady made me wait ten minutes since I just walked in but my feet were soaking in hot water and I'm being pampered so the wait is worth it. $35 for an express pedi which seems normal for Vegas right now. I left super happy that everything was cleaned and never felt uncomfortable with how they were doing my pedicure. I wish they had my favorite color choice: OPI Put It In Neutral but sometimes you can't have everything you want. She offered me a similar color choice from a different brand and came out just as good. Money well spent for a good experience! read more
