Came to Las Vegas for a work trip. Decided to try out the spot to do my nails as well as my pedicure. They offered gel X, which has been really hard to find in my hometown. I decided to give it a try. It's been now a week and the nails are still looking good. The worker was very friendly and she did a good job on my pedicure as well. They do offer a complimentary drink! Inside there are multiple people working and everything was very organized and clean. Even the bathroom! They also have a good playlist while you're doing your nails. It is on the pricier side, but nowadays it's mission impossible to get your nails done for under $60 anywhere in general. This spot was actually worth it though because the service was really good! Also, it's in a good location. There's a lot of food places nearby in case you get hungry, more importantly, the area is safe! I had a great experience from beginning to end. I was in town for the weekend and decided to get my nails done, so I gave this place a try. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile. The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. I initially asked for a gel manicure and a basic pedicure, but they were honest about the time constraints and let me know they might only be able to complete one service. I genuinely appreciated their transparency rather than overpromising. B (Bailey) was my nail tech, and she was wonderful--sweet, kind, and very gentle. Beautiful Nails delivered two very different experiences in the same visit. We brought my middle schooler in with a very specific nail design, and Nu was absolutely fantastic. Her precision, patience, and attention to detail were outstanding. As a parent, I especially appreciated that she never tried to steer my daughter into a different style...she listened, respected her choices, and executed the design beautifully. I got an acrylic set because I have a reaction to gel, and while I don't recall my technician's name, I would not recommend her at all. My nails looked nothing like my reference photo, she refused to do what I asked, and within five days (Sunday to Friday) I already had more than two nails completely pop off. I am usually not the type to do this but I am so beyond frustrated with how I have been treated. I have been a loyal customer and easily spend over $200 every time I come in for my hands and toes. I even tipped the tech during the horrible repair I am about to describe because that is how much I usually try to support this place. Last month I got a hybrid gel set and a gel pedicure. Within 24 hours the nails were lifting and the toes were smeared. I work a lot so it was a huge pain to even find time to come back. When I finally did it was honestly the worst repair I have ever seen. They used so much glue that my nail was literally pointing at an awkward upward angle. I did not even realize how thick it was until I got home and tried to grab something and felt how uncomfortable it was. I had to go back again to get those hideous nails soaked off which took 30 minutes just to get through all that product. The worst part was not even the bad nails it was being treated like I was taking advantage or looking for free stuff when I literally spend hundreds of dollars here. You can clearly see when a job is done horribly. To top it off they tried to offer me 30% off to fix their mistake when I already had a 40% loyalty discount sitting in my account from my own rewards. My boyfriend even called the owner who promised to put my 40% back and said my next service would be on them. I called today and he only put 30% back. It is clear they do not care about their regulars or keeping their word. I have zero desire to ever go back. I will be taking my money to a salon that actually takes responsibility for their mistakes and knows how to fix the problem when they mess up. I was referred to a nail tech at this salon by a friend, and I truly loved her work. I was always happy with my nails and never had a single complaint about the quality of the service. However, one time I casually mentioned that I had waited almost an hour for my wedding nail appointment. I wasn't upset--I simply shared that I wasn't going to leave without my wedding nails. Ever since then, every time I tried to book online, the front desk would call to cancel my appointment or give different excuses. Eventually, the reception told me that the nail tech said she "could not satisfy me" and would no longer take me as a client. That was extremely upsetting because I was always patient and respectful. In fact, I spent my days off waiting 30-50 minutes for her each time due to delays or double-bookings for higher-priced services. It's disappointing because although the nail tech herself is talented, the shop's management and scheduling practices are chaotic. The salon feels overcrowded and rushed--almost like a zoo--with a focus on squeezing in more services rather than providing proper customer care. I'm not naming the tech because my intention isn't to bad-talk an individual, but I want to share my experience honestly. Had a birthday pedicure day with my mama and it was an ok experience today. Made reservations for a specific time and was taken to our chairs after grabbing one of those color palettes. We both chose the deluxe pedicure, and I wanted the green tea one but they were out so the nail technician offered the pearl one instead which was fine~ Seemed like an all around rushed pedicure and when the lady said it was done, I saw the time and it was only 42minutes after our reservation for 1pm. My mother and I both thought hmm wasn't it for an hour? At check out, I asked the lady how long is a deluxe pedicure supposed to be? She said hmmm and went to look at her screen. She replied, it could be about 45minutes to an hour. And I told her but isn't the deluxe pedicure for 60minutes? Her reply was, "well if the nail artist is experienced they could be quicker." Another girl mentioned they can check the cameras. And I mean that seems a bit silly..but if you do view your cameras, you will see it is not a full hour service. You can see the time from our appt time to when the nail technicians were done. At check out it was still before 2pm and I even got an eyebrow wax too after the pedicure..yes, very quick service. Some nail polish under the toe...well, shucks. How could that have been missed? As a courtesy maybe you need to inform customers for the deluxe pedicures (60minutes), customers should be notified or printed on your menu (may be 45-60minutes depending on the experience of the nail technician) That just doesn't seem right.. Deluxe pedicure package lists, the length of service and the cost. Yet you get a 42 minutes instead. The front desk ladies were very kind/friendly, apologetic and sincere. Well after so many years coming here. What a disappointment on the customer service. Made an appointment on 3/1 to come in on 3/2 at 3:30pm they called me on 3/1 to ask me to come in at 3:15pm. I said of course. I come in at 3:13pm and at 3:22pm she said you have an appointment to see anyone right? I said no I have an appointment with Roy for 3:15pm I was told my appointment was moved to 4pm because Roy had a client that added more services and he was running behind because of it and that they left me a message so it's my fault for not checking my messages. Well I didn't know my time wasn't valuable and that if I didn't call back to confirm the time change it's probably because I didn't receive your voice message. How disappointing that it takes one careless act to take away years of loyalty. I'm just one person to a business so losing one to them might not be a big deal. read more

I've been coming to this salon consistently for years and have always considered myself a loyal customer, I have even recommended this salon to so many people! I've never had an issue during the first few years, the staff was kind, accommodating, and often went above and beyond. I always tip 20% for every service. Despite this loyalty, no one ever seems to remember me as a regular. This salon is also not close to me (about 30-40 minutes depending on traffic), but I've continued going because it's convenient after my healthcare shifts when I'm already nearby. Unfortunately, my last three visits have been extremely disappointing. * First visit: During a pedicure, the technician added acrylic to my nail (extra $20) but there was a noticeable lift and still left a large gap between my natural nail and the acrylic. I had to come back another day to get it fixed since it was the end of the day and everyone was rushing to leave. * Second visit: My nails were painted with a noticeable gap between the cuticle and the polish, making them look grown out immediately. I didn't complain because it was late and the staff was clearly rushing to leave, again. * Third visit: I requested a regular polish manicure so I could maintain the health of my natural nails. The technician appeared dissatisfied with my choice and rushed through the service. The final result was bumpy and uneven. While I understand that regular polish will not have the same finish as gel, there were clear opportunities to deliver a better result--such as properly smoothing the nail with a gentle buffer instead of using a metal electric file, which I specifically wanted to avoid because it thins the natural nail. The service felt rushed and lacking care, as though my appointment was treated as less important because I did not choose a more expensive option. Every time I brought up an issue, the front desk made me feel like I was just "complaining" instead of trying to consider my perspective. I understand wanting to protect employees, but there also needs to be accountability when services are not done properly. After this last manicure, I simply asked to have the polish removed because I was unhappy with the result. I walked out with no polish, or even a clear coat, rough nails, and was still charged $38- which I paid, but I will not be returning. As someone who has been consistent for years, this experience was incredibly disappointing. This salon no longer seems to care about its regulars and makes you feel like an inconvenience for asking for quality work or for getting what you asked for. (PS I went next door to princess, & although I found myself having to pay an additional $30 to get that mess fixed - the tech took the time to educate me on better options to still get the results I want without damaging my natural nails) I gave 3 chances, but I've made my decision, after 4 years of my loyalty, I'm never wasting another cent here again. read more

I went to this salon 2 month ago and I haven't returned since honestly. My pedi was great but I got a full set acrylic with holographic only no designs on top of pink gel polish I paid damn near 250..my pedicure was supposed to be to be $75 sooo that's mean $175 on one of the worse sets I've ever experienced...I was burnt three times by the drill on my natural nail...and I was give a chemical burn on my finger tips from the amount of nail glue that was used to apply the tips..I literally had to cut off my own skin it was bothering me soo bad shape was not it I asked for tapered square got boxy and very thin acrylic applied. It really sucks when I was sitting in between two very high quality nail techs and mine was basically chop shop nail tech. You can not charge a premium without high quality workers across the board . read more

They were literally gonna charge her $30 just to fix that nail that peeled off that was their fault. The lady who helped me had a hard time getting the nails cut straight and I think she struggled compared to other gel nails I've had done before. This is the second time I came back and first tech really screwed it up, so I think they have a lot of new technicians here. I spoke to the manager about the first tech I had, as it was grand opening at the time since the Pedi was done so poorly, probably the worst I've ever had. Got a regular pearl pedi $55 And a take off with new set of acrylics $75 During my pedi, I made clear I wanted regular polish but the man who was talking on his AirPod started putting on the base for the gel, I tried to tell him politely that wasn't what I asked for. He was a bit rude about it when he couldn't convince me to get the gel. Got burned by the rocks a bit too. I had gone camping and needed a good scrub/callus removal. My heels still feels rough sadly. He didn't seem to pleased to work on me. I wanted a fill but my nails were lifting so I got a new set. The lady was nice about it. Great at shaping my nails but she cut me with the nail drill when she was trying to clean up my cuticles. I tried not to complain. She didn't ask me to wash my hands but proceeded to paint my polish with dust on my hands and arms. I didn't think that was very sanitary. When I was leaving the salon I noticed a bunch of air bubbles on a few of the nails. I asked if they could fix it and the lady was more than happy to. The pictures attached are of the next day. I love this nail shop! I am extremely picky with my nail shape and nail health. I was able to easily set up an appointment time online with Mai. She's super sweet and extremely talented. I got my pedicure done and she was even able to fix a cracked natural nail that my previous nail tech was not able to. There are plenty of drink options to choose from. There is fun music playing and a couple TVs up. Another highlight is very reasonable prices for services.
