We came for pedicures and were still able to be helped right away despite running late to our appointment. The color options are endless, you get a compliment n/a beverage with your selected service and the technicians are professional, polite and very talented! It definitely gets busy, but I'm sure even if we had to wait, the wait would be worth it. read more

**Update:** I came back in today for another nail appointment and had another really positive experience. My technician was running just a few minutes behind, and being I had a tight schedule of my own that day another technician stepped in to get my nails started so I could remain on time. They were professional, attentive, calm, and did a really great job. I really appreciated them taking the initiative to step in and help keep everything on track. It was a small gesture, but it really stood out to me and was another example of the level of care and professionalism I've experienced at this salon. read more

I've been to this salon about three times now. The nail technicians are very skilled, and they consistently do an excellent job. I'm always happy with the quality of my nails. However, despite having an appointment every time, I've had to wait at least 15 minutes, and sometimes up to 30 minutes before being seen. I'm not sure how appointment slots are managed, and it makes me wonder what the purpose of making an appointment is if the wait is this consistent. It's disappointing because the technicians are skilled. This seems more like a management and scheduling issue than a problem with the staff themselves. I hope the salon can improve its appointment system, because the service quality is otherwise excellent. read more

I have been to Blue Diamond Nails several times in the past, and my previous experiences were consistently positive. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet the same standard. I went in for a manicure and pedicure, and the quality of the nail work was below what I have come to expect. After I got home and took a closer look, I noticed that my toenails were trimmed unevenly and lacked a consistent shape. My manicure had similar issues, with uneven nails and less attention to detail than I would expect from a professional salon. The massage portion of the pedicure was enjoyable and well done, but the nail care itself was not up to the level I was hoping for, which was the main reason for my visit. With so many excellent nail salons to choose from in Las Vegas, I do not think I will be returning. Spending over $70 plus a tip for this level of service did not feel worthwhile. I hope they place more emphasis on consistency and quality in their nail services going forward. read more

My birthday is in 6 days and I needed a pedicure real bad. I'm always so sketch on everyone that does my nails. I'm also always looking for a place that's not too crazy in price. I looked on Yelp and this one was about 11 mins away from my home. So I booked a same day appointment online and it got approved right away, thankfully! The place was busy but they had enough nail techs to serve everyone. It wasn't a long wait either after checking in. I got an acrylic full set and a pedicure. There was 2 ladies working on me which killed time of course. But I loved it. I felt relaxed and pampered. They did an awesome job with my nails even though it's soooo simple. I will definitely be coming back for my fill!! read more

Came to Las Vegas for a work trip. Decided to try out the spot to do my nails as well as my pedicure. They offered gel X, which has been really hard to find in my hometown. I decided to give it a try. It's been now a week and the nails are still looking good. The worker was very friendly and she did a good job on my pedicure as well. They do offer a complimentary drink! Inside there are multiple people working and everything was very organized and clean. Even the bathroom! They also have a good playlist while you're doing your nails. It is on the pricier side, but nowadays it's mission impossible to get your nails done for under $60 anywhere in general. This spot was actually worth it though because the service was really good! Also, it's in a good location. There's a lot of food places nearby in case you get hungry, more importantly, the area is safe! If I'm ever in Vegas again, I would definitely come here again! read more

Excellent nail artists. Professional and clean. B has become my regular nail artist and I love her

I like and appreciate Jayden so much. Ava was sweet to apologize twice but she didn't hear that she had promised a complimentary nail design since I waited 35mins and instead of asking what was said, she smiled with a lack of sincerity and simply agreed and then went back on her word. She only offered water to difficult complaining clients as one was nearby and was incredibly disappointed in sticky material under her nails and she was accidentally cut. Everyone kind deserves water, not only those who make a scene. Jayden is so focused and detailed and the reason this is ranked higher than 1-2 stars. read more

My first visit here in March was pretty good. Although my appointment got pushed back due to how busy it was, my nail tech did an amazing job which I later found out that it was the owner himself who did my nails. Shoutout to him for doing an excellent job and being so fun to talk to. My second visit recently was not so great unfortunately. I decided to take my daughter here to get her first mani pedi as a mommy and daughter treat and both our experience was pretty bad. With my daughter, both the colors she chose were not available. She ended up with colors she wasn't too pleased with. Meanwhile, my experience was not good at all.. First of all, the lady who did my pedi buffed too hard and cut my toe which burned the entire time afterwards. Then the color I picked didn't match with the display. They said the gel color and regular polish color sometimes doesn't match.. which seems like a problem they need to fix overall. Anyways, that was displeasing but I still kept the color cuz my toe was already burning from the cut and didn't want her to remove the polish and irritate my cut some more. When it got to my mani service, the same lady did my nails. She kept the same gloves on after she did my feet.. which was not okay but I didn't say anything cuz she should've known not to even do that to begin with.. I got Gel X for my mani and she put too much glue under my nails that it looks too lifted and it even got on my skin.. Overall, they only get 3 stars. My first visit would've been a 5 star and my recent visit is a 1 star. read more

I had a great experience from beginning to end. I was in town for the weekend and decided to get my nails done, so I gave this place a try. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm smile. The staff were friendly, polite, and welcoming. Even though I didn't have an appointment, they were able to accommodate me, which I really appreciated. I initially asked for a gel manicure and a basic pedicure, but they were honest about the time constraints and let me know they might only be able to complete one service. I genuinely appreciated their transparency rather than overpromising. B (Bailey) was my nail tech, and she was wonderful--sweet, kind, and very gentle. She paid great attention to detail, and it really showed in her work. She shaped and painted my nails perfectly; I didn't need any fixes or adjustments afterward. Overall, I highly recommend this place and would definitely return the next time I'm in town. read more

This has been my go to salon for years now. I moved to Henderson and drive over here because the service is consistently good. I always see Jayden. I was a loyal Blue Diamond Nail Spa customer for 3 years, coming every 3 weeks. After my original nail tech left, I began seeing Dani several months ago. I'd rate her actual nail work 3.5/5, which is why I kept my services to basic colors and designs. On one occasion, Dani was upset with the front desk over my scheduled appointment time and refused to do my nails the night before I had to leave for vacation. She said she'd find someone else to do them but left without doing so and never followed through on her promise to make it up to me. In fact, she continued to upcharge me for everything, but I never complained. On several occasions, Dani was late to my appointments, yet when I was just five minutes late once, she made me see someone else. And because I value loyalty and consistency--and the shop is conveniently located near my home and gym--I overlooked these issues against my better judgement. Recently, I called to make an appointment and was told that Dani would no longer see me, with no explanation and without her ever speaking with me directly. After being placed on hold for 10 minutes, I asked to speak with Mike, the manager, and was told he would call me back, but he never did. The only reasoning I could think of, is that at my last appointment with Dani, 2 of my nails had broke (it had only been 2.5 weeks in between appointments), but i didn't complain or ask for a discount, just for her recommendation on what nail application might work better. Dani is simply not a pleasant person to deal with, and her customer service left me feeling as though she was doing me a favor rather than providing a service I was paying for. After 3 years of loyalty, I found the way this was handled incredibly disrespectful. As a woman of color, I sincerely hope race had no role in how I was treated. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

Beautiful Nails delivered two very different experiences in the same visit. We brought my middle schooler in with a very specific nail design, and Nu was absolutely fantastic. Her precision, patience, and attention to detail were outstanding. As a parent, I especially appreciated that she never tried to steer my daughter into a different style...she listened, respected her choices, and executed the design beautifully. (Install photos on the left, my daughter's finished nails on the right.) Unfortunately, my own experience was the opposite. I got an acrylic set because I have a reaction to gel, and while I don't recall my technician's name, I would not recommend her at all. My nails looked nothing like my reference photo, she refused to do what I asked, and within five days (Sunday to Friday) I already had more than two nails completely pop off. It was honestly a waste of $75. That said, Nu was excellent, and when I come back, I will only be booking with her. She set the bar for professionalism and quality. read more

Don't bother going here they won't take you as a walk-in unless you're getting a full manicure, etc. I just needed an acrylic removal and because I wasn't gonna spend extra money with them they refused too take me as a walk-in. My nails started out cute for the first day. Then the next day I grew extremely disappointed with the longevity of my nails. I got cat eye gel on my natural nails and after the first day my thumb chipped halfway off. 5 days later my middle finger on my right hand did as well, 6 days later so did my left middle finger. For the price you pay I expected them to be on wayyy longer than that. Sadly, I was visiting from out of town so I couldn't rectify it with the salon. Prices and quality unfortunately aren't in alignment. read more

Unfortunately I have been coming here for YEARS and today was the worst experience I've had here. I made an appointment for 2 services, it took 30 mins just to seat us, then once I was seated the nail tech assigned to me had an attitude and wasn't able to find any of the 5 colors I selected. Then all of the sudden he comes back and says someone else can do your nails and walks away leaving me in the chair. I had to end up leaving the salon without my nails even touched after sitting there for 2 hours. I explained my frustration to the front desk staff but nothing was done. read more
