Came here on a whim. I called 3 other bigger salons and they weren't accepting walk ins, so I called Mia and they had openings. The ladies were so so so sweet! Walked in and was greeted by Mia. Hanna, who did my pedi was so sweet and took her time. She made sure everything was done correctly. Truly satisfied by her service. Mia was awesome too. She fixed my crooked nails from someone from a different salon and also suggested the nail shape that suits my fingers. I am beyond satisfied with their service and the result of their work!! The place was clean and organized. They also have two butterfly chairs for younger girls. So excited to bring my daughter for a mommy/daughter nail date!! I'm sure she'll love it! I'm happy to say, I finally found my go-to nail shop! A plus is that their price is so much decent compared to the other bigger nail salons who rush through their work and costs so much more! Came to get my toes done with a friend from work. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. The two gentlemen that did our pedicures took very good care of us. After I left, I made a quick trip to Walmart and while walking around, I kept feeling like there was something stuck to one of my toes. When I got back to the car and investigated closer...there was still a bunch of clear gel all over my toes that I ended up have to pick/peel off. I also noticed that some of the polish didn't get cleaned up around my nail and was on my skin. It's barely noticeable unless you are really looking at it, and I still feel that they did a decent job. read more

I made an appointment the day before; they were relaxed, friendly/welcoming, chill, down-to-earth & accommodating. The nail tech I had is fast & efficient, although if you have really sensitive hands/fingers, she might come off as intense w/your hands; I was still happy w/the experience overall. To be honest, I do not recommend this nail salon. Leslie was rude to me and the work they did was sub-par. I made an appointment several days in advanced. I texted the number they told me to in order to make an appointment and I still have the message to prove that I asked for a full set and pedicure and the date and time the appointment was made for and Ashley. Leslie fought with me that I only told her a fill for Ashley and told me that she had other appointments that morning. She was not polite about it whatsoever and spoke crap in her language to her husband literally right in front of me. I don't know what to tell you, Leslie. Maybe that you planned your schedule poorly and made your customer feel like they're the jerk? Oh and mind you I told them I was looking for a regular nail salon and they told me that their business has been hurting with the construction on rainbow. Great job at trying to win your customers over, especially new ones. 2 stars because I feel bad and at the end of the day I left with a full set and pedicure. The work was not good nor was the customer service so I will not go back nor do I recommend that you go either. read more

Ive gone to Mia since she opened this place and I recommend it all the time. Her level of care and service aptitude lead customer service is unmatched and I always love my nails. I get pedicures here as well but am extremely ticklish and usually have a hard time enjoying the process. Tonight I met Chi a master Reiki healer who started working at the salon recently. He was able to heal me of my ticklishness during my service and used hot stones and massage to completely soothe my anxiety. I've never had my chakras aligned, and don't even know fully what that means but this was definitely the best pedicure I've ever had. Don't miss out! read more

If you are looking for a friendly place to get your nails done- this is the place to go! No catty woompanomus here! I came here with my sister who was staying in the nearby apartments to get our nails done and to get our eyebrows and lip waxed. Leslie made us feel welcome and she was very gentle with us! You can really tell their customer service and quality is their number one priority! Next time I want to get the ice cream pedicure! P.s. Don't be shy to ask for complimentary water or a soda. I am sooo happy I found Leslie's Nail and Spa. The location is not only convient for both my travels to and from work but for my weekly marketing and other neighborhood travels as well. Leslie used to do my nails at another shop. When she left I search high and low for a replacement. Its been 7 months and I finally found the only replacement for Leslie: Leslie herself!!! I moved here from Oregon several months ago and have had a difficult time finding a good nail salon until I found Leslie's Nails. They are amazing and want to take good care of you. It's clean and friendly. Leslie and Johnny are so accommodating. They will do exactly what you want and they do it happily. I took my elderly mother there and they treated her like gold. I booked a manicure and pedicure, and the same technician performed both services, even though there were other staff members available and not assisting clients. Instead of creating a more relaxing experience, the entire appointment felt hurried from start to finish. My manicurist was impatient, hurried, and gave the impression that she wanted to get through the appointment as quickly as possible. She seemed to resent even reasonable requests or questions, responding with visible impatience rather than professionalism. There was no warmth, no conversation, and no effort to make the experience enjoyable. Her movements were rough and, at times, painful. Even after I indicated that something hurt, she didn't slow down or adjust her technique. The manicure reflected the same lack of care. She didn't bother cleaning up excess polish around the edges or correcting small imperfections before finishing. I had to insist on a separate nail file from the one she had just used on my toes - I must have broken "the bank" cost-wise based on the raised eyebrows and argument I got. The little plastic container housing the files and buffer and such was dirty, y'all! The entire appointment felt like I was just another stop on a conveyor belt rather than a valued customer. The most unprofessional moment came when she insisted I pay before the service was complete. I declined, explaining that I prefer to pay after the service was finished. She immediately became far more animated and engaged than she had been during the entire appointment--but only to argue about being paid in advance. It was the most interest she showed throughout the visit. Overall, the experience felt like minimalist service at premium prices. I expected attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine hospitality. Instead, I left feeling like an inconvenience. I won't be returning.

Diamond nails does some of the best nails I found so far in Las Vegas!!! I would definitely recommend them!!

More than anything, the massage throughout was golden. She didn't seem distracted or was continuously talking to coworkers during the relaxation portion like I've experienced at other salons so I appreciated that. The salon is cute with a floral design and they have TVs and music for ambiance. I noticed upon check in that they have a rewards point system for discounts on future visits the more you go. I'm very sad to see someone I went to leave but I support in whatever makes her happy. I just don't know about coming back as a client myself here because of the curving situation with my nails.
