She has a comfortable private suite and is conveniently located next to Vons on Durango and Warm Springs very close to Rhodes Ranch and Mountain's Edge. I was able to book my appointment online for classic lashes. I'm used to hybrid and/or volume lashes, but I love the more natural look of my classic lashes. Kimberly was kind enough to let me know that I could always change back to hybrid or volume on my next appointment, but I Just adore the beautiful classic lash application she performed on me. Terrible experience. Aggressive and combative. I told her I was going to be late and if there was an issue, to let me know. She said it was okay, but when I arrived she purposely joked on my name, huffed and puffed about being late to the point where I told her to cancel the appointment. Went here for the first time to get my lashes done by a lady named Kimberly. Let's just say she has a bad disposition... She did a decent job on my lashes even though I used a Groupon, but she kept going on and on about how my eyelashes where too short. So, even though I use the Groupon, I gave her a nice ($30) tip..I felt like killing her with kindness, because maybe she was just having a bad day, but her attitude is not pleasant.....in response to Kimberly's reply below, I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt bcs we all have a bad day here and there. That's why I tipped her well; in hopes of brightening her day. I tried to reschedule w her bcs she was nearby and as I stated before she did a decent job on my lashes....minus the subtle nastiness. What's up w customer service anymore??? Ppl need to know what they are spending they're money on. Got there 5 minutes early and saw on the Posare door that you would have to contact the person doing your appointment directly to open the door so I just texted her letting her know I was there. She came to the door and lead me to her room. Let me just say, she is super friendly, approachable and professional. I feel so comfortable talking to her about anything. Even though a Brazilian is naturally painful, she made me feel at ease and the pain was manageable.
