I did not have the best experience getting my lashes done here. It's under new ownership and I didn't realize it until I had arrived. For one, the lash artist was texting me while working on another customer. I realized this when I arrived for my appointment. The next worst part was that while I was laying down, with the tape on my lashes and basically unable to open my eyes, I could hear my lash artist texting, using the phone, getting up and going to the receptionist area. Just imagine how trapped it feels when you can't even open your eyes cuz the tape has your eyes closed and you can't see. Since my appointment was at 7pm, and I was getting a full set, I just wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. She was the only artist there who was managing the store and also closing, so no one else was there to run the shop. I wish she didn't need to get up and be doing some shop work while I was laying there waiting for her to start. That's just unprofessional. Not to mention, I don't even know if she was sanitizing her hands between touching my lashes and her phone to text here and there. Anyways, I won't be back again. read more

I came here early Tuesday morning after buying a groupon. The salon is on south Rainbow near the 215 next door to Massage Envy. It is nice and clean inside with private rooms for facials. I went with an hour long "anti-aging" facial which included non-invasive dermaplaning as well as extractions and moisturizing. The esthetician was very sweet and knowledgeable and made sure I was warm and comfortable. She also included facial massage as well as arm/hand massage to add to the relaxing experience. My skin looked fresh and was glowing after the appointment and I could see the scraping of dead skin/fuzz really helped to achieve a more youthful appearance. Place is nice but lash artist Payton did a HORRIBLE job Never had a problem with glue & confirmed w my original lash girl that she uses the same key ingredient that's in all the glue - which is carbon. Should've definitely said something the first 20 mins because as she progressed my lash line got irritated & when she would move the lashes to isolate them they would hurt. I would thought at the end it would be okay but turns out she glued them way too close to the lash line & ended up clumping up due to the bond she used afterwards. And the removal process was the worse experience of my life EVER. CLEARLY has no empathy for her clients health-lashes we're so close & clumped up she ended up plucking out my natural f-Ing natural lashes out. Was so pissed asked for a FULL refund. I still have clumps of glue in my natural lashes They need to fire her or train her more properly. read more

I had gaps within a few days I contacted them, but I was out of town, they would not accommodate me and said I need a mini fill if it's past 4 days? I just got my lashes done here YESTERDAY and in one day I've already had half of them fall out I did not wet them or anything. They were falling off as soon as iand now my eye is red and swollen and it hurts to blink. Update: Daisy (owner) offered to fix my lashes due to their warranty policy that I was unaware of! My review is going to be critical because the person that usually handles my eyelashes is a judge for eyelash competition. She has won many awards too. But since she is in Taiwan, I usually find eyelash salons that has good reviews wherever I travel to. sadly, I haven't found anyone I like in Las Vegas, but Luxe Lashes is probably the worst I have tried so far. I know I have high standards so when I called to make an appointment, I asked for their most experienced person. And I did tell them that I don't mind paying more for the top artist they have. I believe it's around $130 for my lashes yesterday. I will attach my eyelash photos after 24 hours. This place probably have the worst eyelash glue in the market. I have tried more than 10 eyelash salons and this is the only place that my eyes were burned so bad, I asked for the sensitive glue 5 mins into my session. Well I didn't think that I would write a negative review, however I feel my experience lacked some professionalism. What lead me to luxe lashes was a friend who's lashes looked amazing!!!! I usually do my own lashes but wanted to get them done by another professional. My lashes began falling out in several places within an hour of leaving. I could not take advantage of the 4 day warranty because I was leaving out of town the next day. When I do my lashes myself, they don't come out/off until I want them to. Also, the seating was uncomfortable, to me. This was my first experience so I wish my tech would have explained what she was about to do before she did certain things. Maybe I could have relaxed more. Last but not least, my techs hands smelled like cigarettes, and I had a mask on. I almost forgot, I first booked with luxe lashes a few months prior (eyebrow tint and volume lashes). Upon arrival I was told that my tech was not there and if I could wait for an hour until my lash tech arrived. They were unaware that the tint tech would not be there. Understandable ...I ended up cancelling because I actually didn't have time to wait around for an hour. I had already arrived 30 mins early. I set an appointment for a reason. This here gave me bad vibes, but I decided to book again, because I couldn't get over how nice my friends lashes looked. Suggestions: Wash your hands before service. Be aware of your hygiene. Ask the client if their comfortable? May I get you anything? Are you okay? Check appointment book for the day, and be sure all services are available. If not, communicate this to your client. Also, you want your customers to trust you, which creates loyalty which then creates referrals and potentially new clients. Last but not least, tell your client: We're almost done, you look amazing! S/n after washing my lashes, they look much better despite 20% being gone. Luxe Lashes is nice, however be educated in which tech you are receiving. Don't just book with anyone. Daisy is awesome, eyelash retention is outstanding and my lashes turned out beautiful. However I had a bad reaction to the glue maybe which made my eyelids swollen and caused red patches in my eye. Not your fault as different people has different reactions on things. If there is an option to change the glue previously used on me i'm definitely going back. I came here for a full set about four months ago after taking a two year break from lash extensions. My lash artist's name was Maddie, although I do not think she is with the company anymore. She was amazing and super nice! I asked for a mixed full set, and she gave me exactly what I wanted. She even went a little bit over my time to make sure I was at my fullest. All of the employees I encountered were so friendly and welcoming. I don't know if it was just a promo at the time, but I was able to receive $10 off my full set for being a new client. They even give you a little bag with a face mask, a little wash so that you can clean your eyelashes, and extra wand brushes. The retention I had here was CRAZY! I didn't have any fallout for almost two weeks so needless to say, I was very impressed. I've also had a couple of fills with the owner, Daisy. She always does an amazing job and gets me super full. I'm always very pleased whenever I leave my appointments with her. She is also super friendly and very accommodating. Best of the best Lash and ombré brow both done by Lips. Many lash places in town, but I have to say here, these girls really take care of their clients. I am very particular about quality, and they only use the best lashes and products. It protects your own lash and own hair. By getting lash extensions here, even after remove it, you still have healthy and growing lash, which was very important to me. Ombré process was quite pleasant and I love the outcome. The lash places I had been going to- cherry lash and posare salon in Summerlin don't even compare in terms of the quality, price and service as well as time the lash artist spends with you. My first appointment Liz spent close to 2 hours with me and when I was done, I could tell the quality was good- very light,thin Lashes and each lash was glued to an individual lash. None were stuck on my actual eyelid and none were double glued together in clumps. I so far have gone back 4x (every 3 weeks) since my original appointment with Liz and my lashes last over 3 weeks. So after having these lashes for a week and half and looking at the work closely, I was really disappointed with the work done. A lot of the lashes weren't perfect fans like 3D lashes should be and were more like clumped together. Another problem was that I saw these clusters glued to multiple lashes rather than a single natural lash. 3 natural lashes glued together with a cluster! I saw this twice. Also some of the extensions weren't 3D but were random from 1-4D The placement of some of the lashes weren't close enough to the root either so they started looking too grown out after just a week and we're twisting and turning in different directions and falling out easier as a result . Also, one eye was visibly fuller than the other. I could see many natural lashes on my right eye that had not been extended. I did notice that the girl who did my lashes had another appointment right after me and so she must have rushed on me. I don't recommend coming here because the quality isn't what you would expect for the price.. When you take a closer look at things you will see how sloppy everything was done. read more

BEST LASH PLACE IN VEGAS!! This review is long overdue. I've been coming here to get my lashes done for about five months now and I have only had one issue, which management quickly and humbly resolved: after a lash extension removal, half of my lashes fell out in the inner corner of one eye when I got home and tried to do my makeup. The lash tech hadn't told me to let my lashes rest a few days because they were dried out from the removal process. However, the owner dealt with the matter personally and said she saw it as a learning experience for her staff (talk about great customer service!) She gifted me a lash serum to help them grow back and offered a discounted service to hide the gaps. She did such a good job that not only were the gaps invisible, my lashes looked better than ever before! I'd highly recommend Daisy (manager), Kristy or Carissa for extension services. However, the owner requires all her techs to train under her, so they are all highly skilled. The establishment is clean, uses quality lash and glue products, the techs are friendly and timely and if there is ever an issue (unlikely) you can be confident it will be resolved! All around amazing facility that always produces a quality product! I truly feel like the staff here cares about the final result and the customers satisfaction. My lashes typically last over a month without fill, so if you're ballin on a budget don't fret, they gotchu covered lol. Overall, the prices are very reasonable for the services offered. I'll never go anywhere else for my lashes. Also, if it is your first time getting lashes, they are very informative about the whole process and don't make you feel like an inconvenience for asking questions! Went in for a lash fill. I was very specific on what I did and did not want. I brought in a photo as well as looked at techs Instagram to show her an idea of what I liked & didn't like. I even thoroughly went over length. My current lashes were 14 ML and I told her I wanted to go longer than that at least 15 or 16 especially at the corners of my eye to open them up. I felt like we had a good understanding and I was so excited to see my lashes! The session was pretty painful as she was pulling out my real lashes trying to remove the old lash set which I felt wasn't necessary as it was only two weeks old and I was just in there for a fill. She ended up putting 12 ML at the end which enclosed my eyes and made them look smaller which was the opposite effect I was hoping for. My left eye is also twice as thick with lashes as my right eye. When I pointed that out to the tech she said she could fix it and remove some lashes but after she just pulled out several lashes I didn't trust her removal technique. The girl at the front basically said that she couldn't duplicate the picture I showed her because my eye shape is different than the girl in the picture. But I simply explained to her that I specified that I wanted longer lashes than I initially had which was a 14 ML so why in the world she put 12 ML is beyond me!
