Best long lasting eyelash extensions! This is a bit more pricey I feel, but lashes stay on for a long time. It's super clean and nice inside. Easy online booking for refills and future appointments. Kaitlin is my favorite lash girl! I get Hybrid lashes and medium ish size (sorry idk technical terms) and in the middle of cat and open eyes style. They have great pictures online to help you choose or you can show a picture of a style you like. It's not too cold but after laying down for more than an hour you start getting cold so wear a jacket or bring a blanket. They give you a lash brush after your appointment and you can pay with Apple Pay also. read more

I went back today for a full angel set (which I have gotten a couple of times before) and my artist Jenny did amazing. She not only maintains a professional relationship with you but over time she has become a friend I look forward to seeing 1x month. Today when she did my lashes, it is the day before I put my 13 yr old dog down and of course I was an emotional wreck. Sadly this was not the experience I had hoped for. Arrived early for my 9:00 am appointment (after paying $40 for a ride here via uber) to find nobody has shown up to open the salon until 9:15 am. Another stylist opens the shop and after researching, informs me that my stylist has called out at 7:30 this morning. I get that things happen that are out of our control, but in a client driven business communication is the root of success. I should have been notified. Furthermore, had I canceled, I would have been charged $75 more. It's just frustrating and I hope the next client will benefit from better communication from management when situations like this arise. The only saving grace was a manager communicating via text...offering a free service at another time. I won't be able to accept but appreciate the offer nonetheless. read more

I have been here for quite some time now and been with several of the lash techs. I wanted to wait on this review because I wanted to be honest about each of the girls and my experience as an ADHD/anxiety girley. First off, the lighting and the vibe at this place is super calming. I felt a little nervous for my first full set, but after that I got used to it. Some of the girls will talk or engage in conversation, while other girls are quiet & focused or listening to music. Either way, that didn't take away from the quality of the lashes and how efficiently they did so. The girls will ask what you would like when you get there so please be courteous and know what you want. Or you can ask them for a recommendation in the notes section of your appointment when you book online. There is a 10-minute window if you are running late, but please be mindful as this pushes the time for all the other people who want to get lashes as well! Overall, I have had an amazing experience every time and have been creative with the lash styles that I get. I loved the classic and hybrid the most since it looks the most natural :) read more

Be cautious of this store. They don't care about their customer service. I arrived 3 minutes past their 10-minute grace period, and they canceled my appointment, refused to accommodate me, and kept my $35 non-refundable deposit. Their dismissive attitude wasted my time and money, and many others have had similar experiences. Read reviews before booking. It was THREE minutes late--just three minutes! It's the holiday season, things are busy, traffic is unpredictable, and life happens. Instead of being understanding or flexible, they charged me $35 for being late and then REFUSED to do my lashes at all! It's the holidays, and we're all trying to juggle busy schedules, traffic, and life in general. A little grace and understanding would go a long way. Instead, this business has clearly decided that nickel-and-diming their customers is more important than treating people with basic decency. I understand that time is money, but THREE minutes? That's not a "no-show" or even a "late" by any reasonable standard. The fact that they'd rather enforce such a ridiculous fee instead of fostering goodwill with their clients speaks volumes about their priorities. Save yourself the stress and take your business somewhere that values its customers. There are plenty of other places out there that understand what it means to offer great service and respect their clients. read more

Update: 3/11/2023 After my review 1 week ago the manager immediately reached out to me. He asked what happened during my appointment because he wanted to hear my side of what I had experienced. I explained to him what I had experienced and he said "Well, I wasn't there, so I don't really know what happened". Ok that's fine. Fair enough. He's right. He wasn't there, so he doesn't know what really happened. I told him I had swelling in both eyes, but mainly on my left side. I also explained that it's painful and that I think the lashes were placed too closely to the lash line because it feels like it's poking me and I can see the lashes almost glued to the lid. He felt I had an allergic reaction and offered to do a patch test and have the lashes removed. He also offered to refund my money in which he did. So, thank you for that. I know for a fact that this was NOT a allergic reaction. This was due to the glue burning my eye (the redness). The swelling and pain of my lids (the main issue) were caused by the lashes being placed too close to the lash line which was literally poking/digging into my lids. Every time I blinked I felt pain, a poking pain. I didn't notice the poking pain till I got home because I was so focused on the burning of my eyes while driving home. While he offered to have the lashes removed I couldn't just take off from work any time to do this. With that being said on Monday, 3 days after the initial appointment I ended up removing the lashes and my natural lashes that were poking my lids myself with a tweezers. I've attached a photo of where the lashes were that I pulled out from my left and right eye. And I had INSTANT RELIEF! After removing those lashes myself I didn't feel anything poking and the swelling of the lids went away 2 or 3 days later. As for the right eye, I ended up pulling out 3 or 4 lashes that were poking me, but not significant enough to see a difference as compared to the left side. While I'm looking crazy with the left eye missing lashes in the middle and the right side fairly full at least it's not painful. This was not to get anyone in trouble. If that were my intention I would say names and be way more unreasonable. In the end my money was refunded and I was offered a patch test and lash removal. The manager was very quick to respond to my issue. So, again. Thank you for that. read more

While I'm not new to lashes, this is a new lash studio. I liked my experience here. I had a great young lash tech, Sabrina. She was meticulous, gentle, and soft-spoken. I LOVED this lash studio; they have a 4-day extension that will fix a lash issue. I had a minor problem; I contacted them the following day; they texted me about how they could help and gave me no problems, a quick resolution for a selection of times to come in and get my lashes fixed. I've been getting my lashes done here for almost 3 months. First off, shoutout to all the staffs there. They are so awesome and so friendly. Great in communication with customers, always welcoming, and just overall great customer service thru the phone or social media. The receptionists are welcoming and so accommodating when I enter and when I leave. I've experienced 2 lash artists so far there and both were great. Nayeli was my first artist and she was good. Very friendly, but quiet. She does listen to what your concerns are and will work in her own pace. My second artist is Jenny. She is so great. Always asking if there's anything to change in the beginning of the session, and will ask how things are in the end. She will also give recommendations and advice on how to care for lashes. Overall, Lash Dreams has been great and will continue to get my lashes done there. The overall place is pretty! It is an open floor space where each customer lay on comfy couch. It is actually very quiet and serene despite the floor plan being open. I actually always forget it's open. Do wear something warm as sometimes it does get chilly but it is definitely not the air conditioning, it's more so the body is very relax and soaking in the air. read more

I was never condescending and obviously you are taking my response to the managers unprofessionalism, personally. All I expected was for the manager to come up with a solution. I wasn't happy with my results so figure out how to respond and make us happy. I am paying, I got rescheduled twice 2 weeks in a row not even 20 mins prior to my appointment. You should be smart enough to put me with someone good and on the same level as the lash artist that I was previously scheduled with. I don't need to know her personal business.. it's your job to take care of your clients! Especially NEW clients. That's great you have cameras.. why don't you show what REALLY was said in my conversation with the manager. To your response about the *67 calls, was because the salon was dming my IG, at the same time I was calling and I told them I needed to talk on the phone and they didn't want to. They did not care to call me from another phone. Another poor customer service move.. Your lies are catching up. I didn't know lying to us like the manager did was illegal. I guess I should report you to state board and the Police Department. The way you treat people/paying clients is appalling and your business deserves to be shut down. You're taking our money and not holding up to BASIC standards. I never asked or wanted a free service. I just wanted my lashes to come out looking normal after not getting in because I was rescheduled over and over again. At least apologize when we come in for the inconvenience. And when the "manager" tells me he is giving me a free service cause he understands why I'm upset.. then when I try to schedule again with someone better, I am told the salon 86'd me is very poor handling of business. I even called and emailed ASKING TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER/OWNER SO I COULD GET CLARIFICATION you aren't even professional enough to make a call. I got an email that was full of lies saying I was caught on camera getting a free service and that's why. Seriously, Do more. Do better. I absolutely LOVE this salon! I've been a client of these talented lash artists for years already and I'm sure these photos speak for themselves why I love coming back! I've gone to almost every lash artist and all of them helped me describe how I envisioned my eyelashes to look like whether they appear more natural, dramatic, or even a style in-between and the results never cese to amaze me! The service is amazing and answers all of my questions and concerns guiding me through every step of the process and even the after care. Highly recommend! And by the way, even with long and hectic 12 hour shifts of running around, they still look as if they were a brand new set of lashes by the end of it! I really like this place! Very comfortable, good vibes and music, and Kaitlin does great work. I recently got a full set and then a fill a couple weeks later. I also purchased their Lash Bath to keep the lashes clean, and it came with a cute spooly brush with a cover, and another brush to lather up the lashes. No issues with rapid fallout - really no issues at all, I only have positive things to say so far. I've been seeing Jenny T. for eyelash extensions for the past 6 months and can confidently state that she is an excellent lash artist. She is very sweet, kind and an expert at applying lash extensions. She is very gentle and always applies my lashes perfectly. I prefer a more natural look and she never disappoints. I had a premature fallout issue one time and they scheduled an appointment to fix it right away - for free. Customer service is top notch and their online booking system is very easy to navigate. They are also polite and pleasant when I need to make changes to my appointments and it's conveniently down via text messaging. Save your money and time, it is better to go somewhere else! This was the first time that I had come to this place. A week ago I had scheduled a foreign fill and the initial results looked pretty nice. I made sure not to apply water on my face or sweat for the first 24 hours but after two days I noticed a rapid fall out on my left eye. By the fourth day after the service most the lashes on the left eye were gone and it looked uneven. I contacted the business and they told me I could come back for a fix without charge. I did come back exactly a week after the initial service and the lash artist filled my lashes again. I was really happy with the results because initially I had gotten a classic fill but during the fix the artist incorporated hybrid lashes making my eyes look more expressive. A couple hours after the service I noticed fall out again! Initially I didn't think much of it, I understand that one or two lashes falling out is normal. By the end of the night a bunch of them had fallen out and by this morning my lashes look uneven again. This is very bad work, I am paying for a service that is not cheap at all and the least that I expected is for the results to stay on at least for a week. I contacted the business again and they told me they could fix it again or offer me a refund. It is not about the money, they can keep it. It is about delivering results for the price they are charging. I respect the work of people in the beauty industry and I understand that sometimes customers have unrealistic expectations for the services. If I would have know my lashes were going to fall off they next day I would have gotten expensive lashes from Sephora to achieve the same results. I am never coming back. read more

JOELLE is my favorite and she's been doing my lashes for months now! She's a sweetheart and has really great energy! She always listens and intuitively understands what you want and delivers! Sometimes getting your lashes done can be hard for someone who can't sit still but it's always genuinely fun and full of laughs with her... time flies. The chairs are sooo comfortable it's honestly hard not to relax and everyone is always super sweet and welcoming! I had looked around for the proper lash studio since moving back that could do a hybrid lash combination for me. Having had lash extensions regularly every month for the past two years before I moved I'm not stranger to the process. The booking process is easy with an online presence and phone system, the studio is clean and well maintained chairs are comfortable and technician is super friendly and easy to talk to. Although the end result was pretty and it was what I was looking for. The lashes even with proper care all fell off within five days. Having sat in a chair for three hours for my full set (my old lash technician before moving would get a full set done in 1.5 hours for the same end result) and considering the short amount of time the lashes lasted, results-wise I don't believe I will be coming back. read more
