I followed her from one location to the next bc she's so great! We can yap the full appointment or I can tell her I'm tired and I can nap the entire time. Olivia always has good vibes and is the sweetest human being ever. I'm so glad to have met her and be her client for so long. I always highly recommend my girl to everyone I know. I love the cat-eye look but both artists could not achieve the look I wanted. Also, if you are coming in to get your lashes filled and you got your full set somewhere else they will charge you extra because the original fill wasn't from them. I was not happy about that.

I had the option to choose classics but I chose natural lashes don't see how there was confusion. Mind you they are 80% almost off it's been only 2 full days. And I know how to care for them. I wouldn't fix my lashes here because you should never leave a lash extensions salon needing anything to get fixed. They should always try to have you leave with lashes they would approve themselves. I squeezed the time I had to get them done as a stay at home mom. I just simply do not recommend this place if you value your time & money.

For one, the lash artist was texting me while working on another customer. I realized this when I arrived for my appointment. The next worst part was that while I was laying down, with the tape on my lashes and basically unable to open my eyes, I could hear my lash artist texting, using the phone, getting up and going to the receptionist area. Just imagine how trapped it feels when you can't even open your eyes cuz the tape has your eyes closed and you can't see. Since my appointment was at 7pm, and I was getting a full set, I just wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. She was the only artist there who was managing the store and also closing, so no one else was there to run the shop. I wish she didn't need to get up and be doing some shop work while I was laying there waiting for her to start. That's just unprofessional.
