Both nail techs were very nice. When I left, I noticed my nails looked a little angled up but didn't question it- since I never had gel x. On Saturday morning- two of my nails popped off and by Saturday a third did. I reached out to the salon and they immediately were happy to get me in for a nail fix. I live across town so I told them it would need to be Monday morning. I arrived to the salon this morning and had a different nail tech. They removed the whole set and applied a new set for me. The nail tech even explained that my nails are curved and I needed a specific type of nail. Needless to say, she did an AMAZING job and they feel sturdy. I will definitely come back to this salon- they have great work ethic and believe in pricing good customer service. I am very thankful they took care of me.
