I immediately felt comfortable. Mailove greeted me with a smile and a very welcoming disposition. After showing me to a room Mailove gave me the preparation instructions and provided me time to undress. When Mailove returned to the room she asked specific information regarding my service. She began the process and everything went well. She spoke to me during the process in a friendly and respectful tone. Mailove made sure I was comfortable during the waxing process. They actually respect your time, so we stayed at the time they I selected. The girl walked me to a room. I got on the bed face up. Raised my arms to expose my under arms. She cleaned my underarms & prepped them for the wax. She put the hot wax on my underarms and got to work. Of course there was some pain, but nothing unbearable. What she could not get with the ear, she plucked and I could barely feel the plucking. She put a serum on afterwards and I was done. The girl at the front desk said this service was complimentary since it was my first time here. She also gave me a goody bag and showed me what was inside. Overall, 10 out of 10 experience. Hopefully the one in San Marcos lives up to this experience. The prices was quick!

Lately, however, I've had some health issues which required "delicate handling". Natalie was most concerned that I not have any unnecessary pain. She found ways to position me so that I was as comfortable as possible and worked very quickly. She also chatted with me to relax me and take my mind off the process. I've never not been able to do a walk in …read more I was told upon walking into an empty lobby that i needed an appt . Reception told me there was 6:30 and 7:30. I take 6:30 but end up running late so i call , she then tells me i can only have MAYBE a 5 minute grace period (which i have also never been told ) i then ask to switch to 7:30 .. of course she is now saying that is unavailable. I ask again if i can walk in and wait because it was only 6:38 SHE SAYS NO. So do yall allow walk ins or not ????? Have some integrity and do not lie to clients .
