When I first relocated to Vegas every lash place laid me down for 2 hours and fitted me with a "wall o' lashes," which I had specifically requested them NOT to do. Actually they would reacted negatively and gotten nasty instead of at least trying to communicate. I also appreciated her giving me a refund on my eyelash extensions and said she would speak to Yuko about what can be done on her side of things as it was her texts that had resulted in my anger and my decision to no longer be a client at this time; though we shall see in the future because I truly enjoyed Lauren's work! Excellent and pretty heavenly facials... but I repeat DO NOT come here for eyelash extensions!!!! A complete waste of money for an absolutely botched job. They used wayyy to thick & heavy weighted of lashes for my eyes. They were so heavy that they were twisting different directions, some were lifted higher than others and some were hanging down lower off my eyelid... a complete train wreck. When I got back to my home on California I had to go spend another chunk of money to get them professionally removed which took over an hour because the person at Belia that did my lashes had affixed them with an excess amount of glue, which explains why my eyes were burning after the install. The business that removed my lashes said they looked like they were done by someone with very little experience and that I was "lucky" to even have any of my own lashes left. They also said single extensions were attached to multiple of my own lashes, that's how damage occurs! read more
