I was able to get an appointment with about a 3 week notice for an annual skin exam. The office was packed at 9:30 am. But the check in process was seamless and friendly. The wait wasn't too bad and there are bottles of juice and water for patients in the lobby. Doctor and staff were fast and efficient and communicated well with me about the types of topicals that are available for common skin care. The cosmetic center is attached next door and takes appointments with not too long of a wait on anything that would be not covered by insurance. I would recommend this dermatology center for being in Las Vegas. The staff have it all together pretty well and I was attended to in a quick and efficient manner. read more

I posted this review on behalf of my Wife.. We understand the value of informing others of this terrible experience... I had the Absolute Worst Experience at Vivida Medical Spa on 10/1/26... Lynne Ulevich the Esthetician was completely rude and unprofessional. I asked Lynne a couple of questions regarding the Botox she was injecting in me, and she immediately became very defensive and extremely rude in her responses. Lynne acted as if I was accusing her of something. Lynne informed me that she used to care what people thought of her, but that she couldn't care less anymore...Appalling!!! I have NEVER been more humiliated over asking a couple questions, she literally attacked me for asking reasonable questions... I was actually afraid to have her inject me since she became so angry...After my Injection, I left the Spa in Tears and in a full panic attack from the way Lynne Ulevich treated me. I regularly visit Spas and have always had wonderful experiences with great customer service elsewhere, so I know how a professional establishment should operate. The treatment I received from Lynne was shocking and unacceptable. I can't express how utterly unprofessional Lynne Ulevich was from start to finish. A Spa is supposed to be a place of relaxation, but this visit left me completely stressed out. The Spa Owner Douglas Fife should be appalled to know one of his Staff is representing Vivida Spa in such a negative light.. Save your time and money--go somewhere that actually values its customers, and treats them with respect..... Was referred here by my primary physician due to my concern of a tiny bump on my face that's been there for 2 years. Got here few mins early, there was a line to check in and it was never empty, just shows they have a lot of patients which is a good sign that they are good, but they do move fast on checking everyone in. I was seen by Anna Liang, she's really nice and reassured me that what i have is a sebaceous hyperplasia which is benign bump, that can be cosmetically bothersome and unfortunately wont go away unless removed by laser. Bump's appearance didn't really bother me, im more concerned if its something i should be worried but she clearly explained that its nothing serious and put my worried to rest. read more

I have to say most of my experiences with visiting doctors and other medical services is you get there, you have to fill out 18 million pages, then wait for about an hour, then go into a room and wait for another hour and then the doctor sees you for 5 minutes. That was not my experience with the Vivida dermatology. Even though the place was 20 minutes from my house, it was a super easy drive and easy to see from the freeway. Plenty of parking was very nice, you enter in. Hit the elevator for the second floor and there you are! Super friendly people working the front counter to get you checked in, waiting room was very nice and well appointed and a TV to watch while you wait., normally I would be there for a half hour before anyone would come see me, instead. I was there for maybe 10 minutes before they called me back into the room. It didn't take long at all for the doctor to come in and see me. I was very surprised at how quick, courteous and professional. She was, big shout out to her and the rest of the staff, even though we didn't accomplish what we needed to this day. Day, I am looking forward to coming back and seeing the rest of the facility. Bottom line? If you're looking for a good place to get your dermatology problems looked at and taken care of, you would be pretty hard-pressed to do better than this place! read more

I already wrote a review on Elizabeth Langford specifically as she was an amazingly thorough Dr who you could tell cared. I had been to the Henderson location a very long time ago and had not been super impressed, but after the dermatologist I liked left at another practice I had been back searching for the right fit. I knew vivida had multiple locations and thought I would give them a try again. This location is clean and staff were friendly. I was seen promptly on time without feeling rushed during my appointment, and everything I had questions about was gone over in detail. I also thought the out of pocket cost for what was considered cosmetic was a reasonable cost considering I can return at no charge if they need to zap the areas again. My only complaint is while I do appreciate that they use reusable fabric to sit on on the table and drape you with ( I love sustainable choices), they washed it in a scented detergent. I'm very allergic to scented detergent, and as a Drs office that probably sees a lot of contact dermatitis, that seems like a a negligent decision. I had to wait while they searched for something that didn't totally set off my asthma. What I sat on still was a bit stinky but not as strong, and I noticed soon after a rash pop up. So Dr Langford is 5 Stars and if vivida changes their detergent to something hypoallergenic and unscented...they will be to. read more

My first time coming here as a new patient went extremely well thank you to Alex! She was incredibly kind and attentive, and helped me with a cyst removal right away. I almost went to a different clinic but I'm so glad I chose this one. The removal process was quick and easy. I was a bit nervous but everything went smoothly--she numbed and drained the cyst, and even let me know that I didn't need surgical removal (which I was relieved about lol). I left genuinely impressed and almost all of nose was still very much attached to my face. (Score) Dr. Machan did an amazing job. Calm, patient, and clearly very talented, like this procedure was somewhere between routine and muscle memory for him (not his first rodeo). I felt completely at ease, which is impressive when someone is holding a sharp tool near your nose. Check in was a mixed bag at first. Hailey seemed a little grumpy when I turned in my paperwork and asked me to wait while she called someone else up that was sitting (WTH). It felt a bit abrupt, but honestly the front desk is the wild west of any medical office, so I chalked it up to a busy moment. Then I met Kimdale, Kimdaly or Kimdell, or Kim something adorable (yes, I have a Kim type name, and everyone misspells or mispronounces it, it's just the way of the world, so sorry gurlll). Dear Lord, she was cute as a button and incredibly kind. She was sympathetic, warm, and immediately made everything feel less scary. I came back the following week for my stitch removal and the whole vibe had shifted. Hailey was much softer, Deanna was sweet as pie, and everything felt smooth and professional. Emsella removed my stitches and was so nice and extremely helpful with scar care advice, which I appreciated because Google is not always my friend. Let's start by stating I was in a very low self esteem state-of-mind when first coming here. I was recommended to this dermatology from a good friend, I was told specifically to work with Dr Litchman. The experience checking in was straight forward. If you have been to an urgent care, expect that amount of paperwork. The staff here is pleasant and on point and they greet everybody. There are snacks and complimentary drinks. Now the experience with the Doc. I could have not asked for anything more, I was greeted with a warm friendly smile and humor. Dr Litchman went straight to the key points and avoided all the insecure things that I thought he might ask from me. As a 40 year old male with psoriasis I was beyond relief that he had all the answers and he was confident in my treatment plan. Once we had the plan nailed down, Kymonie, safely administered the injection of the medication while she listened to my jokes about the needle. All the directions they gave me and little tricks to help with pain while self administering the drug at home worked! Everything is as plan! I would recommend Dr Litchman and team to anybody looking for answers and treatment for their skin condition(s). Kudos to this business, I can't express how much you have changed my way of life and my confidence is at an all time high. Saw Dr Litchman for my 11 month old baby who didn't know what his skin problem was but stated that he would reach out to some people he knew and would reach back out to me. Well he never did, after several attempts to contact the office and spoke to Several people that supposedly were going to reach out to him And the manager, I still never received a phone call. Not only did they over charge me for an office Visit but he didn't even have the decency to follow up on his infant patient even if he didn't know what it was he could have followed up on his promise, even if he didn't get an answer from who he was looking for, he still left a patient with an open wound, a site for infection without ever reaching out and seeing if it even improved or got worse. That's just terrible coming from a doctor, especially for an infant!! Super disappointing read more

He is always on time, listens to my concerns, and genuinely takes the time to make sure I feel heard. He's an excellent provider, and I would absolutely recommend him. The entire staff is wonderful as well. From check-in to check-out, everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I also signed up for the med spa membership and have been getting monthly facials with Haylee. She is fantastic! She's so friendly and personable, and I truly love my facials. I actually look forward to them every month! Overall, I've had a great experience with both the dermatology and med spa sides of the practice. My wife and I are long-term clients of Vivida Dermatology. I had a couple of precancerous surgeries from another notorious dermatologist in Henderson that looked like butcher's work on Halloween. This was our first reason to escape and find refuge at Vivida. Over a few years, Dr. Machan removed three BCCs, and the result was every time excellent. Steve, with his excellent acuity, is doing the routine checks. My wife had a melanoma detected by a former Vivida MD 5-6 years ago. It was confirmed by two labs. Honestly, I could not tell that this small spot was different than any other. We are thankful that it was not missed. read more

This review is long overdue- PA Nate Morgan is fantastic. I'm someone who needs to have checks more frequently, so I've had numerous appointments with him. He's friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He doesn't rush through appointments, and takes the time to explain why something is or isn't a concern. I've recommended him to multiple people who now see him as a provider. My appointments have generally started on time and I've always found the office staff and billing department to be friendly and helpful. I've also seen Dr. Lichtman for an urgent appointment, and he's very personable. There were a few potential approaches and he actually worked with me to determine how I wanted to proceed rather than just dictating to me.
