My first time coming here as a new patient went extremely well thank you to Alex! She was incredibly kind and attentive, and helped me with a cyst removal right away. I almost went to a different clinic but I'm so glad I chose this one. The removal process was quick and easy. I was a bit nervous but everything went smoothly--she numbed and drained the cyst, and even let me know that I didn't need surgical removal (which I was relieved about lol). The Only reason to stop by Vivida is for the great free snacks they have in the waiting room - it's the only reason i gave 2 Stars instead of the 1-Star service & experiences i had with Vivida. When you need cosmetic work done & you want to be Satisfied - stop by Vivida for some great free snacks & while you're enjoying the snacks, take a load off & sit while you review Other options on Yelp & Google of where to go instead of Vivida for your dermatology needs. From their $50 "consultation fee", which was supposed to be applied to a Service, however it was Not applied to my $800 service/bill. The $800 initial Botox treatment was not only over priced, it was insufficient & i had to return for Another $700 treatment within 2 weeks (i dont know Anyone who has spent $1,500 recently on just Botox) Both visits resulted in a botched injection, causing a dime sized discolored bump that took weeks to subside. Even after botching the initial treatment, there wasn't as much as an apology, let alone discount, when being told i needed the 2nd treatment (which Also resulted in a 2nd discolored, smaller bump) Vivida scheduled another follow-up for me & since i did not want to be charged for any more services & i didnt want to potentially have a 3rd "issue"/bump, i decided not to make it to the follow-up when a work matter came up. Vivida has continued to hound me for a $25 "missed appt" fee, even after messaging them all of this information. I already wrote a review on Elizabeth Langford specifically as she was an amazingly thorough Dr who you could tell cared. I had been to the Henderson location a very long time ago and had not been super impressed, but after the dermatologist I liked left at another practice I had been back searching for the right fit. I knew vivida had multiple locations and thought I would give them a try again. This location is clean and staff were friendly. I was seen promptly on time without feeling rushed during my appointment, and everything I had questions about was gone over in detail. I also thought the out of pocket cost for what was considered cosmetic was a reasonable cost considering I can return at no charge if they need to zap the areas again. My only complaint is while I do appreciate that they use reusable fabric to sit on on the table and drape you with ( I love sustainable choices), they washed it in a scented detergent. I'm very allergic to scented detergent, and as a Drs office that probably sees a lot of contact dermatitis, that seems like a a negligent decision. I had to wait while they searched for something that didn't totally set off my asthma. What I sat on still was a bit stinky but not as strong, and I noticed soon after a rash pop up. So Dr Langford is 5 Stars and if vivida changes their detergent to something hypoallergenic and unscented...they will be to. read more

This was my response to Vivida Dermatology as to why I was not happy with my visit. Everything.!!! I have had a full body scan done in your office several years ago. Also, in 2024, I had a cyst removed from the back of my neck. So I was not a new patient. I made two appts for April 23, 2026. One for 9:30 for a facial. One for 11:30 for full body scan to check all my moles and for possible sun damage, as had been performed a few years earlier. Facial finished at 10:30 so I walked over the hall the the other office for my body scan. I was early for my body scan. I mentioned to the receptionist that I had a cyst in my chest, if they could look at it when I had the body scan. She said to mention it to the PA when I saw her. Miss Keisha. I was called in about 10:45 which was earlier for my appt by a gentleman who led me to a room to review my file. He went over particulars, I told him about why I was there and the cyst. Miss Keisha came in and asked, "what are we here for. I responded for a body scan and she said "why." I told her about being there before for a body check several years ago and they had found several areas that needed addressing. An appointment was made and was told to wear loose clothing. I was not able to keep the appt and that was why I was returning now. She asked what specifically was I concerned about and I said she would see when she examined me plus there was a report in my file, since I had a copy myself but had not brought it in of what they had found before. Check the file. The person who had brought me into the room then mentioned the cyst. Miss Keisha, that is how she was addressed by the other person in the room, asked to see it. I showed it to her. Shen then said " You know that will leave a scar." I said yes, that I was aware if it. She then asked if I still wanted to go along with having it removed. I said "Yes, what other option do I have. She responded "Just let it grow." I could not believe that a medical professional would tell me to let a cyst grow. I was stunned but said yes, that I wanted to go ahead with procedure because the bigger it got, the larger the scar. I am 76 years old. Wonder if my age had something to do with not bothering having the lipoma removed. I asked if it could be done that day but she said no, that it would have to be scheduled for surgery another day. She then turned to leave the room. I called out and asked what about the body scan which is what I had made the appt for. She said " do you still want to go thru with it?" Again, this entire response to my being there was puzzling and troubling. I said yes. She the told the person in the room to get me a gown. I waited and he then came back with a gown . I asked him what the problem was because the PA didn't seem to know why I was there first. He replied that there was a miscommunication. Again, not what I or anyone would expect from a professional medical practice. He then said he was going to adjust the chair I was in to convert it into a bed. He lowered the back and lifted the area where the legs normally hung. He then said that Miss Keisha liked to perform the body checks with patient being naked but... if I was not comfortable with that, I could keep my undergarments on. I said that for a proper check, I would be naked. He then asked me to change and that Miss Keisha would be in shortly. I look at the converted chair into a bed and saw that it was old and worn looking. I asked the assistant " where is the sheet?" He said "you want a sheet?" In a bewildered tone, I was in disbelief. I said of course I want a sheet, God know who hundreds of people had sat or lain in that leather chair and wanted a sheet. I have never been in a doctors office where they don't have paper that goes over where you sit and that converts to a bed with paper. He left to get the sheet. I was so upset about the unprofessional treatment and the un hygienic chair/ bed, that I could not continue there. I don't care how much he might have cleaned that leather chair, I was not going to lie down on it plus the responses from Miss Keisha about letting my cyst grow, was troubling. So that is why I was not happy with my visit and I will never go back and will tell all I know about this horrid experience. I will be sending this to my Primary Physician. read more

Was referred here by my primary physician due to my concern of a tiny bump on my face that's been there for 2 years. Got here few mins early, there was a line to check in and it was never empty, just shows they have a lot of patients which is a good sign that they are good, but they do move fast on checking everyone in. I was seen by Anna Liang, she's really nice and reassured me that what i have is a sebaceous hyperplasia which is benign bump, that can be cosmetically bothersome and unfortunately wont go away unless removed by laser. Bump's appearance didn't really bother me, im more concerned if its something i should be worried but she clearly explained that its nothing serious and put my worried to rest. read more

I have to say most of my experiences with visiting doctors and other medical services is you get there, you have to fill out 18 million pages, then wait for about an hour, then go into a room and wait for another hour and then the doctor sees you for 5 minutes. That was not my experience with the Vivida dermatology. Even though the place was 20 minutes from my house, it was a super easy drive and easy to see from the freeway. Plenty of parking was very nice, you enter in. Hit the elevator for the second floor and there you are! Super friendly people working the front counter to get you checked in, waiting room was very nice and well appointed and a TV to watch while you wait., normally I would be there for a half hour before anyone would come see me, instead. I was there for maybe 10 minutes before they called me back into the room. It didn't take long at all for the doctor to come in and see me. I was very surprised at how quick, courteous and professional. She was, big shout out to her and the rest of the staff, even though we didn't accomplish what we needed to this day. Day, I am looking forward to coming back and seeing the rest of the facility. Bottom line? If you're looking for a good place to get your dermatology problems looked at and taken care of, you would be pretty hard-pressed to do better than this place! read more

Hailey seemed a little grumpy when I turned in my paperwork and asked me to wait while she called someone else up that was sitting (WTH). It felt a bit abrupt, but honestly the front desk is the wild west of any medical office, so I chalked it up to a busy moment. Then I met Kimdale, Kimdaly or Kimdell, or Kim something adorable (yes, I have a Kim type name, and everyone misspells or mispronounces it, it's just the way of the world, so sorry gurlll). This review is long overdue- PA Nate Morgan is fantastic. I'm someone who needs to have checks more frequently, so I've had numerous appointments with him. He's friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. He doesn't rush through appointments, and takes the time to explain why something is or isn't a concern. I've recommended him to multiple people who now see him as a provider. My appointments have generally started on time and I've always found the office staff and billing department to be friendly and helpful. I've also seen Dr. Lichtman for an urgent appointment, and he's very personable. There were a few potential approaches and he actually worked with me to determine how I wanted to proceed rather than just dictating to me. Someone recommended Vivida Dermatologist, so my husband and I both reviewed the providers at the Summerlin location (they have several clinics) and picked Anna Liang, PA. She was very knowledgeable and took time reviewing our history and provided us with good care and advice. The office staff and her medical assistant were wonderful. The office itself was clean, well decorated and nicely laid out. They have state of the art equipment and very professional. My husband and I have been coming here for a few years. Dr. Litchman is the best!!! He has found a few suspicious spots on my husband which prevented a serious problem going forward. The full body scan was quick and easy. Facility is clean and bright. When we got there today the waiting room was very full but we were taken pretty quickly after filling out minimal paperwork. I really want to rate this place 5 stars for the doctors alone. Dr. Grant was fantastic all around - he knew his stuff, was very thorough, and had great manners and conversation during the appointment. Thank you, Dr. Grant; you were awesome! However, the front desk staff and the staff who make the appointments is the reason for my low review. Making an appointment is a nightmare. Calling in to have to keep calling back and lots of waiting. I had a follow-up appointment scheduled and even have a written out appointment card from their office stating the date and time of this appointment. I show up for this appointment and the front desk staff tells me I don't have an appointment and that they can squeeze me in later in the day. I told her that would not work with my work schedule and asked what happened and she could not say. I said I could not wait around as I scheduled the appointment early around my work schedule. She did not even offer to reschedule me, which seems crazy to me. She let me walk out without trying to fix the situation. Terrible customer service on that side of this business. I did have a prescription prescribed that was not sent over to my pharmacy as I was told it would be during my first appointment and I had to call/message the office to get it over there a week or two later. The office never returned my call and I only knew it was subscribed from the pharmacy. Not good service. If you can handle the bad office service, the doctors alone will make coming here worth it. read more

They need to state their policies upfront. I asked for pricing for Xeomin and was told a per unit price, with no minimum and a $25 consultation fee. When I got to the clinic they said it was going to be $637 minimum and wanted to do 50 units when I've never needed more than 20. The staff was surprised when I told them the scheduler did not tell me about the minimum but they claimed I talked to a different department so its not their fault. read more

I've been coming to Vivida Clinics (Sunset location) and while Spencer is absolutely great -- professional, skilled, and courteous -- the rest of the staff are a complete disappointment. They're unorganized, unprofessional, and lack basic politeness and class. I arrived early for my appointment, yet ended up waiting for more than an hour because the front desk staff forgot to check me in. When I followed up, there was no apology or accountability -- just blank stares and indifference. The only person who showed genuine courtesy was Spencer, who personally apologized even though the delay wasn't his fault. It's unfortunate because Spencer's work is excellent, but the rest of the experience completely ruins it. If you value professionalism and respect for your time, I suggest finding another clinic. Vivida Sunset doesn't deserve your business until they learn how to treat patients properly. read more

I love this place. My dermatologist was Scott Jameson , he's the absolute best. He came right in , gave me diagnosis. Sebaceous cyst, he preceded to drain at my request. This is after 3 previous dermatology appointments where I was given the complete runaround. The previous dermatologists were injecting it with steroids trying to get it to drain and telling me I need to see a plastic surgeon. In the meantime I'm running around with a huge cyst growing out my face. read more

I was lucky to get such a quick appointment by going online and booking. Someone must have cancelled and I was able to see Dr Langford the next day. I had seen other negative reviews about appointments and their phone service but I have to say this was not what I experienced. I had even called twice prior and had the best, quickest responses each time. I absolutely loved Dr. Langford. She is very direct and no nonsense. Normally, I'm a bit apprehensive but with her I felt relaxed and knew I was in good hands. Her assistant, Glenn, is a doll. Absolutely everything!!!! First time at this office for a MOHS surgery. Everyone is incredible and friendly and professional!!!!! The ladies at the front desk are warm and caring. Dr Mac and his assistant Sophia are TERRIFIC. I was immediately put at ease with their kindness and wanting to make sure that I was comfortable. The procedure was seamless. Everyone knew exactly what they were doing. I was taking to the patient waiting room hoping that Dr Mac got everything on the 1st round which he did. I just had MOHS surgery for Basel cell cancer on my nose. From start to finish I could not have been more pleased. Dr. Fife and his team ( Anna, Glen and Robe) treated me with respect and were very caring. They are professional, yet personable and take pride in their work.
