Had a good experience coming to this Thomas dermatology location for the first time. The only confusing part was checking in- I arrived in a left door and was directed to the right door, then I checked in but they said my appointment was across the street but same company. It was a little odd. Once I walked across the street it was easy from there. Front desk gentleman was funny & super nice. I saw the PA Clara Sewell. She was so nice and thorough. Great bedside manner ! Her medical assistant was sweet and they made me feel so comfortable during my visit. So happy I was referred here from my doctor.

Date of service: Tuesday, August 12, 2025 Provider name: Jordan Spoon, PA-C Jordan's medical assistant Touro university student Location: 9097 W. Post Rd., Suite 100 ************************************* Thank you to Lexi for your patience and for helping me refer my partner and family members to this location! The medical staff and front desk are amazing! Anytime I have questions about cash pay/self pay or co-pays with new insurance, the front desk has been super helpful and offered me solutions to ease concerns about copays. There is a reason I have been going to this location with Jordan for so long. Jordan's attention to detail, empathy, and ability to explain my skin conditions always leaves me feeling confident that I am doing the best to make sure I stay on top of my skin health. From concerning bumps to hormonal acne, I have been seeing Jordan for several years now and I have always loved her holistic approach to skin health. I try my best to make a list on my phone with my concerns and make sure I am mindful and can explain if I am doing well or if I would like to try something different for my skin. Jordan does her best to provide affordable and easy solutions to minor problems, and offers empathy and solutions if problems continue with my skin I highly recommend Jordan and the rest of the dermatology team to anyone who might have skin concerns or needs . **Tips & Insight** NV students: Aetna student insurance is accepted; just to be safe though, always call the insurance and double check! New patients: Regarding wait times... (1) Appointments - I highly recommend booking an appointment and not cancelling unless it is an absolute emergency or life comes up. (2) Phone hold times - I recommend calling early in the morning 7:30am for appointment cancellations or a few days earlier and leaving a voicemail (3) High demand - If you do need to cancel, there is a long wait for certain providers because they are great at their jobs. There is a high demand for the providers so please keep that in mind. It isn't personal! (4) Have your insurance cards & ID available ahead of time - You can request information from your insurance to ensure this dermatology office is covered or out of network. If you call member services on your insurance card, they can help you! **First appointment/visit** If you have any questions about insurance or paperwork, you can call and leave a message and the team will usually get back to you within 1 to 3 days. If you want to pick up the new patient paperwork, you can stop by the desk and the front desk team can provide it for you. Lexi has been the person who answers my questions in person and over the phone and she has always been super kind and helpful every time! Side note: I give consent to allow students in my office visits since it helps future health professionals to learn and gain experience. I believe you can opt out but just ask your provider!

Topical steroid withdrawal
Jenna R.

I'm leaving this review because patients deserve to know the serious risks of the care they're receiving at this dermatology practice -- especially when it comes to their reckless overprescribing of topical steroids and total lack of awareness about Topical Steroid Withdrawal (TSW). I showed up with mild skin symptoms -- which I now know were early warning signs of TSW. Instead of offering any education or safer treatment options, I was handed Clobetasol -- the strongest steroid out there -- with zero warning about the risks or what would happen if I stopped using it. I followed their directions perfectly, and now I'm stuck in a full-blown, debilitating withdrawal that has completely wrecked my life. When I came back months later and told a different provider that I was going through TSW, the first medical assistant I spoke with literally looked at me like I was making it up -- she'd never even heard of it. Then they sent in a second medical assistant, who also had no clue what TSW was. I told them flat out I did NOT want an immunosuppressant. But the moment the PA walked in, she pushed it on me like it was candy. Honestly, I felt like she cared more about cashing a check for writing a prescription than actually helping me through what I was going through. Desperate and vulnerable, I agreed -- and guess what? I ended up with eczema herpeticum on my face and a whole lot worse symptoms. My life has been on pause for over four months. I've had to take unpaid time off work because even wearing clothes feels like torture. My skin flakes nonstop, I'm unbearably itchy, and I haven't slept properly in weeks. I can no longer do the things I loved to do, like go to the gym or hang out with friends. And here's the kicker -- I'm not alone. I'm in a support group with thousands of others who have been butchered by dermatologists' careless overprescribing. Some are still suffering 5 to 10 years later. Yes, years. This isn't just bad medical judgment. It's reckless, dangerous, and downright negligent. If your providers are jumping from mild skin complaints straight to the strongest meds without a second thought or informed consent, this practice is not safe. PLEASE educate your staff about topical steroid withdrawal -- or keep ruining lives like mine. What may seem like a quick fix to you is actually permanent damage to real people.

Went I for an abnormal looking mole. They remove it. No call to tell me what's up with it, I call a few time to get an update. No response, I call back a few more times, nothing, figured maybe that means that everything is good. Eventually get a bill, I call to pay for it and hopefully get an update, just a simple "we reviewed th results and everything is great" I've been calling them since August 17, it's September 2nd now, it baffles me that I've been calling several times a week, at different hours just incase, and no one can pick up? That's just wild. Still no word on my results.

Healthy, glowing skin.... I only had tinted SPF on in this photo.

I almost went to a different clinic but I'm so glad I chose this one. The removal process was quick and easy. I was a bit nervous but everything went smoothly--she numbed and drained the cyst, and even let me know that I didn't need surgical removal (which I was relieved about lol). I would definitely recommend this clinic to anyone needing a cyst checked or removed. Thank you, Alex, for taking such great care of me!

When you need cosmetic work done & you want to be Satisfied - stop by Vivida for some great free snacks & while you're enjoying the snacks, take a load off & sit while you review Other options on Yelp & Google of where to go instead of Vivida for your dermatology needs. From their $50 "consultation fee", which was supposed to be applied to a Service, however it was Not applied to my $800 service/bill. The $800 initial Botox treatment was not only over priced, it was insufficient & i had to return for Another $700 treatment within 2 weeks (i dont know Anyone who has spent $1,500 recently on just Botox) Both visits resulted in a botched injection, causing a dime sized discolored bump that took weeks to subside. Even after botching the initial treatment, there wasn't as much as an apology, let alone discount, when being told i needed the 2nd treatment (which Also resulted in a 2nd discolored, smaller bump) Vivida scheduled another follow-up for me & since i did not want to be charged for any more services & i didnt want to potentially have a 3rd "issue"/bump, i decided not to make it to the follow-up when a work matter came up. Vivida has continued to hound me for a $25 "missed appt" fee, even after messaging them all of this information. I have now Paid their "fee" and will never return again (not even for the snacks)

I had a second appointment with them recently and now feel confident recommending this…read moredermatologist office. I visited last year (2025) for my first full-body skin check and returned this year for my annual check. My visit was with Nasslynne Lenz (APRN) and she was wonderful. She was very friendly and she took her time - I did not feel rushed at all. I also had to take my toddler with me because the sitter canceled at the last minute - he is pretty well-behaved and was in the stroller the whole time and we didn't have any issues, which I very much appreciate. The front desk staff is also very friendly and easy to work with. I can't speak to any of the other services (i.e. general dermatology, surgical dermatology, or cosmetic), but I can definitely recommend them for the full-body skin check. And don't forget to wear sunscreen and re-apply!

Dr. Reba Suri wanted me to come in the office again to discuss other options for my rosacea treatment. That is why I went in the first time. I was told the medications and treatment would not cost me any money , was covered by my insurance and would come to my home. None of that was true. I will not be going back. My face is inflamed by an allergic reaction to the cream. It cost over $5 dollars. The solution to wash my face was over $600 dollars. Only thing covered was pill to reduce inflammation. Big mistake going back to that dermatologist group. The dr I saw there last year misdiagnosed me. He no longer works there. Run do not walk away from that place!
