spent $2,400 at Simply Radiant for Renueva facial injections after reading great reviews online. I was told results could take between 3 to 6 months to show, so I patiently waited the full 6 months. Unfortunately, I saw absolutely zero change or improvement. ​When I went back for a follow-up appointment to express my concerns, I met with Peggy. After comparing before and after photos, she claimed it looked 'a little bit better'--a minimal change I honestly could not see at all. Her solution was to tell me that results aren't guaranteed and to offer me a discount on additional treatments to try and get a better result. ​The fact that there was a chance of zero results was NEVER mentioned to me prior to paying $2,400. Had I been told upfront that this treatment might not work at all, I would have saved my money and gone elsewhere. The lack of transparency prior to treatment and the response when it failed made for a very poor overall experience. I would caution anyone considering this procedure to ask hard questions in regards to results. read more

This place charges $150 more for basic micro needling than any other medspa in the city. $350 when almost everywhere else it is $200. On top of that the esthetician literally tried to sell me water in a can. I asked her what the product was for and she told me it "helped with healing" and it wasn't until I looked at the ingredients to see it was literally water and nitrogen. She was very nice but they're a rip off. Pretty frustrated I paid so much and then almost scammed into buying a bs product. Do not recommend. Left a nice review to start with because it's something I normally do but after I left I realized how frustrated I was. read more

They have the ability to keep you calm gettinto procedures done which is greatly appreciated for first timers like myself! I had a broken nose when I was younger and had a bump, Peggy injected a filler to make my nose look really straight, thus making it look more slim/narrow. This has always been a huge thing that bothered me while growing up & now I've found a solution! Lastly, I'm a sufferer of migraines & did not know that Botox can help. I met with Monica to discuss lip injection for my first time. She suggested a lip flip first to see if I like it. Didn't see much results. She set up my next appt for my actual injection. Suggested to only put in 1/2 ML. I realized when I arrived home from that visit, she didn't say a word to me what I need to do to prepare for the injection. Called front desk, receptionist just said no alcohol or ibrophen. She quickly gave that answer and treated it like there really isn't much to do for preparation. I've been doing research and there's alot of do nots! I got a 2nd opinion today and she was much more informative on everything. She said I would have wasted my time only doing 1/2 ML as wouldn't be much difference and more than likely be going back for more. My new place doing 1 ML will be cheaper. It's also in a cosmetic surgeons office so feel more confident to go there. They have much higher ratings and more business. Glad I did my research and a 2nd opinion! read more

Monica is great. I actually followed her here from another practice. However, when you need to get a hold of this business, either in person over the phone or text, it is impossible. No one answers the phone or is there when the business is still open (before 5pm) or will text me back. I am trying to make another appointment to come back and to have my Botox analyzed because it is uneven for the second time now Peggy saw me in person and seemed unconcerned and unhelpful and will not even make me an appointment and told me to call and come back to see Monica. I'm posting this so other people won't experience the same stress. 1. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled 4 times. (Oct 26, nov 2, oct 19 and oct 28) they're scheduling is worst!) 2. Im the last patient and peggy looks like in a hurry. She just put numbing cream like for a minute so i felt the entire poking of the needle and didn't even clean my face. 3. She used a small syringe instead of canula that causes me a lot of bruises instead of just 1 each side. 4. She didn't even discuss me what to do or not to do after the treatment. 5. When they were promoting to schedule in the beginning, they're saying about the gift card and free services that she didn't even mention to me after the treatment. 6. She didn't even ask me to sign any paper work before the treatment. 7. Worst part is, i went there for my hollow under eye filler. Since she didn't use canula, all the fillers went to my upper cheeks and under my tear trough. As a result, the hollow part get worst and obvious. 8. The follow up retouch is scheduled on nov 9, and again it was cancelled. 9. I end up deciding not to make another schedule due to their bad scheduling and wrong placement of the filler. 10. I'm asking for a refund since they didn't do their job well, instead made it worst and cancelled my follow up retouch. 11. Now i need to find another clinic to melt away the wrong filler placement and start over and pay more. 12. And in short, they dont want to make refund even if there was a big mistake on their part. 13. Now they ask me to have a follow up? Would i still risk of going back there to experince the wrong kind of procedure? And get bad bruises for another 2.5 weeks? So if you guys are looking a place for enhancement.. never to simply radiant.. not to peggy (the owner). Avoid stress, waste of time and money. This is one of my biggest regret coz didn't go over to all the reviews of other better clinics. There's a lot of good places, more affordable, most accomodating and better before and after reviews. I get my facials done with Jennifer. Shes super friendly and very professional. Shes always so full of energy that it makes you enjoy your time there. I've had several facials by her and she is the best! I haven't had a break out after any of the facials, my skin looks so fresh afterwards. I have very oily skin that is prone to acne and blackheads. She works wonders and gets all the dirt out of my skin. She knows what she is doing and uses all natural products!! She also gives advice on what products to use, which is awesome! Shes very gentle on the skin and explains what products she is using and what that product does. I will be going in more often to get a facial so that my skin improves. I haven't had injections done by Peggy but when i initially went to the studio i wanted injections. Peggy was very nice and NOT pushy. She explained the process of lip injections and what to expect before and after. She wasn't like others where they push you to get the fillers and make you uncomfortable to say no, she was very professional and didn't keep pushing me to get them done. This review does not include the service I received from Monica, she's an awesome person. However, I don't recommend this place to anyone. I won't even mention their last-minute reschedule and the fact that I had to basically rush to get there after work. And I won't even mention how rude they were when I simply called days ahead to ask about the procedure I will be receiving, they didn't know how to answer 2 simple questions and they kept referring me to another person; ended up talking to 3 people and still didn't get a straightforward answer, I guess they just like to have people drive there and waste their times. But what I will mention is how dirty the treatment room was (months-old dust sitting on the shelves right next to where my blood was being drawn and my face was being injected), I will also mention the fact that they ask for tips after your treatment!! Like what!? Not only did I get ripped off for a treatment I usually get for 3 hundred dollars less, but they wanted me to "be generous" and pay tips I've been to several clinics and not even one of them requested their clients to pay tips! LOL felt like I just got finished getting my nails done or something. Anyways, I skipped the tips part in a heartbeat!! It's so ridiculous.
