I just wanted to say I was pretty frustrated with the way my appointment situation was handled. My appointment was booked for 11:30 AM, but then I was told I needed to show up at 11:00 AM. When I tried to explain my concerns, Sharon completely dismissed them and never really tried to help or offer any kind of solution. It honestly felt like there was a lack of customer service skills and basic understanding of how to make clients feel heard. I also purchased a Groupon specifically to try your services out. I know some businesses may not take Groupon clients seriously, but I'm actually a very loyal customer when I find places I like, and I spend a significant amount monthly on skincare and treatments. Honestly, I feel like you guys missed out on what could have been a great long-term client because of how this situation was handled. I also bring tons of my girls to the same clinics. Don't get IPL here. I had nine treatments on my forearms and shins with no results. I saw my dermatologist and he told me that it's one of three things. Their machine doesn't work, the aesthetician doesn't know what she's doing or they're just taking your money. I told my aesthetician this. She turned up the machine and gave me a free treatment with no results. I asked to talk to the owner and they completely ignored and neglected me as a client. I spent a lot of money there... Most people use cavitation for fat reduction but I have a severe case of endometriosis and this treatment actually helps with my intense pain levels and swelling in my abdominal area. The treatment room itself is very comfortable and so much better than the last spa I was going to. I love that this location is close to my house and wish I knew about it sooner. I have been going to Liv Beautiful for about 7 months, for a Brazilian and eye wax. Sanet is friendly and I have never walked out of her room disappointed. The decor is chic and clean. All the staff is welcoming and the prices are very reasonable. The clinic offers more services than just waxing, I am going to have laser hair removal done next week then will have some permanent makeup done. I've had major health issues for a number of years and it's been a real battle. I'm working hard to do everything I can to improve my health and finally found a doctor who gets it so I'm optimistic I'm on the mend. Then I look in the mirror at a face that has aged 20 years in two with just wispy eyebrows and sunken in eyes. I look as bad as I feel and that's just more of a pile-on! My first visits were to get my eyebrows microbladed. They look awesome and very natural... frankly better than my own before they started falling out! I was so happy with them I ended up going for fillers. I didn't realize there's a new product out that can be used just below your eyes to fill in that horrible sunken in look! So some under the eyes, some on the cheekbones, little in the lips and I no longer look a step away from death. The under eye filler was the biggest improvement. I'm so glad I did it! The NP is very nice and caring but I don't think the experience level is what they say.... My lips were VERY asymmetrical, after I got filler injected. I paid for 2 syringes and received the first on March 9 then the 2nd on March 25. After that, I had to go back 4 additional times for asymmetry fixes and ultimately, those extra 4 times did nothing. I was told over and over "I see volume there, there's so much volume". But I wasn't concerned about the volume. It was the uneven filler balls in my lips. Dissolving the lumps was in the cards about the 2nd time I went back (visit 2 of the 4 additional). But was never spoken about again. I messaged the owner on July 17, asking if I should get the balls dissolved being that they are PROMINENT, even more so now than before! I sent the message with photos and she said "your dysport is dissolving, you may need to keep up on your dysport as well". (She put 2 micro droplets of dysport in my top lip. That's it) Disappointing. I feel like for my first filler experience, it was a major let down. And my filler is already gone. In less than 5 months. read more
