My first time here today and was able to get right in.. customer service was great.. I got a basic gel pedicure with a french tip and this is how my feet look.. i didn't realize paying $65/$70 for a pedicure meant lackluster results.. clean location, friendly service but i won't be back.. make sure you do a thorough check of your heels before leaving.. I spent $120 with tip here and can't believe I need to go to my regular place to get the skin of my feet cared for properly read more

Came the day of EDCLV and Michelle was my artist. I came in with a completely different design choice as my preference is typically nude/white, clean looking. But talking with Michelle and she encouraged me to try something new for the festival! We settled on Silver Cat Eye since my outfit is primarily black and white. Ok so I was in a time crunch to get a manicure same day. I called and they said they could take me in in about an hour - I said thanks but I need to get in sooner. We hang up and I revived a call back a few minutes later saying I can come in right away. Great I was happy I could come in. The lady that did my nails was very very nice! They offer snacks and drinks. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she says ok no problem! I had to ask her multiple times to make it pink since I wanted a French. She eventually got it right. When it came down to having to pay she awkwardly stood by me as I was waiting. I paid, tipped and left. As much as I appreciate them fitting me in, my nails don't look great. After seeing so many great reviews about Kelly, I made an appointment with her to get my nails done (gel x manicure & regular pedicure). I was greeted warmly by Kelly when I arrived, and sat down at her table. Her charming husband was also there, and was engaging in conversations with the clients as they were having their nails done which I thought was awesome. I was initially planning to just get a solid colour for my hands, but when Kelly asked if I wanted a design, I thought sure why not. I pulled up a random design from a quick google search and showed it to Kelly to ask if she would be able to do it. Not only was she able to, she totally nailed it! I am obsessed with my nails! It's been a few weeks since I got them done, and they still look just like they did on the first day (aside from nail growth that can't be helped). I've been passing JK Nails everyday for so long. So I decided to look them up on Yelp. After reading the great reviews, and looking at how great Kelly's work was, I finally decided to call and book my appointment. When I first walked it, I was nicely welcomed by Kelly herself. She was super sweet, gentle, and did my nails exactly how I wanted it. I even met her husband and family. We were all talking story the whole time. Tbh it felt like we all already knew each other. They're really good people, the energy was sincere and comfortable. The salon itself was nice, clean, and the music was right up my alley. If you're looking for flawless nails, zero stress, and a little slice of spa heaven -- this is it. I've been coming to JK Nails for months and every visit is perfect. The space is gorgeous, spotless, and comfortable, with complimentary drinks, snacks, and relaxing music. I've had gel pedicures from several techs (Anne Marie is the most recent!) and they're all consistent, gentle, and detail-oriented. They can get you in quickly without ever rushing the service. Got a pedicure and gel-x, first time at this salon and my first time getting gel-x manicure. The staff were amazing! They are very welcoming and make you very comfortable. Cindy (not sure how to spell her name) did my gel-x manicure and she was the best nail artist I have ever come across! She takes her time and has a lot of experience! Establishment is beautiful. Clean and inviting. They were very nice. They offer water which is lovely. I had a specific idea in mind and they weren't sure what to do so they tried their best to find what it kind of looked like? I wanted a milky manicure and just ended up with white nails. It's fine, it's just not what I wanted. They are a bit thicker than what I am used to with the gel x overlay too which, not really happy about. I'm going to keep looking. There are so many nail salons if I'm not 100 percent happy I'll keep searching until I am. read more

My first time here. I recommend making an appointment because they can get busy. I was greeted by staff. I noticed it was super clean and the vibes are very trendy. They have a cute photo-op selfie wall that you can show off your nails as well. Staff is super friendly which is a plus for sure. Arrived to get my eyebrows waxed and the person who does the waxing was not there. I had to wait 20-30 minutes for her to arrive. She did a basic wax on my eyebrows with little to no plucking with the tweezers. They then proceeded to charge me 18 dollars and 47 cents for an eyebrow wax. I visited this salon a few months prior and paid 15 dollars for the same service. I advise to ask for the price before getting the service. Overpriced for a basic nail salon. read more

As a dude who has never had his nails personally done, I would have to say this place got the job done! I have plenty of nail salons visits before, and this place was really impressive. The interior looks nice, plenty of chairs and TVs to watch while your nails are getting done. Plenty of options and colors to choose from. The workers here are nice, friendly and easy on the eyes. You know your in the right spot when the clients are head turners. The nail job I had was a pleasant experience, my nails were cut, polished and cleaned. The massage and hand lotion to soften my hands and nails were nice. Not greesey or foul smelling like some other shops who use the cheapest lotions. Definitely will be coming back, you can also grab some Hawaiian food next door and get a haircut at the barber next to the shop. Plenty of parking, and plenty of spots open so waiting is almost none. I did a walk-in without any appointments made and was in and out in less than an hour. If your in the neighborhood or surrounding area, give JK Nails a shot! read more

I need someone to make this make sense for me how the hell does this inspo pic turn out like this like wtf. The only difference that was supposed to happen was the color- example my goal was the same shape the same same length, only difference is the color- I wanted blood red base with gold lining and black heart! Places the acrylic and the cuts were horrendous he cut wayyyyy to much and he knew it, instead of taking it off he kept going and I asked him like twice, I'm gonna fix it ya I cut to much, ya I cut to much. If you cannot do the shape, then say then say that! First cuts it so much that the fingers appear they are shifting to the left to the right nothing about this is straight nor the shape I asked for. Add more dip and now we've gone to whatever shape he first came up with to now a flat oval like my grandmother, I have like three different shapes happening on my fingers. The fact that businesses have the fking audacity just because a customer is not about to fight you on this shit and just come to the public and bitch about it, is the action that I will pursue because just because you don't have integrity to not charge me full price for this garbage work, Does not mean that I don't have integrity to pay what I'm asked to pay for garbage work. However I will come on this platform where I FOUND you and relay my experience! 70 dollars later looks like fake press on crap nails and even the press on would look better then this crap! read more

I've tried 4-5 places but haven't found anyone in town I really like. Until now. Best manicure in town. Their hybrid gel last a solid four week. They are more up-to-date with current nail trends (lip gloss nails, etc) than the other places I've been to. read more

Went in for a basic French pedicure and left with no paint on the tips of my big toe nails. Returned to have it fixed and the same woman redid them to look even worse. Was not worth my time to ask her to redo them for a third time, when clearly this is not her specialty. Photos are from both attempts. read more

The day of, everything was great they took me in for my pedicure in no time without an appt. I asked the gentleman to cut down my nails a bit, he cut them as short as can be. Now 5 days later my toes hurt and I can not wear shoes. I asked for acrylic on both big toes for length, those hurt even more with any type of shoe I wear I can only wear sandals comfortably. Don't get me started with the paint job, the gel is really sloppy and bad. I just wasted 82 dollars on a bad pedicure. read more

I asked that my mom wanted to get a pedicure with French tip design. No gel, just basic pedicure. The girl at the desk said it'll cost $68. I wanted to do pay before hand but I got flustered because what if my mom wanted to pay tip in cash since I needed to run some errands while she was there and maybe I can pick up cash etc. She stated I can just pay afterwards so I left it at that. The time only took 45 mins. My mom called to pick her up. I went to the register and they told me $100!!!!!!!! Look I'm all for self care services and I genuinely admire these services. But what the heck happened??? I asked why it was $100 when the girl quoted me $68? The man told me it's because it's French tip. But I kept telling him yes and that's what I clarified for the girl to give me the quote. After I kept asking, and he asked the lady that worked on my mom, he said it was because she upgraded her package to the longer session or massage. It ALL SOUNDED FISHY! I told them my mom doesn't speak English well, this is why I clarified everything before sending her inside!! I kept asking, ok so I can just send her inside and she will get taken care of? The lady said yes. I double/triple checked so that my mom wouldn't have to worry about speaking. Whatever, I just wanted to get out of there. So I still left a $15 tip for a very confusing experience. This is a clear definition of no communication among employees and scamming a woman who clearly doesn't speak English well into an upgrade she didn't want. And shame on me for trusting a place that would follow through with their word.

She forgot to cut the nails on my left toes, even after I reminded her. By this time, I was just frustrated and finished this service and declined my manicure service. Worst $55 pedicure ever!!! My instincts proved correct, after she finished with me and while I'm still waiting on my wife to finish, she took on another customer. During that service, she disappeared on that customer for about a half hour. I'm more than positive this lady will not be a repeat customer also. This technician brought the vibe way down and she represents your company. My advice is to terminate her immediately before she tarnishes your establishment. The only highlight and why I gave 2-stars instead of a 1-star review is that my wife's technician was on point, but we will never return. Normally, I give a place a second chance, but since this is your grand opening (or at least it appeared that way with the red carpet and music outside), your staff should have been on point and make the clients want to return to your establishment.

Pricing photo attached, it's quite a lot but I'm not sure what others charge in the area for pedicure services. I didn't have any options - I just asked for gel and they didn't upsell/downsell so maybe they just have one option for pedicures. They used a liner in the footbath, and used toe dividers. (I hate it when they try to use tissues instead.) Place was relaxing. Location- strip mall by grocery store. There is parking, but you share with strip mall clients. Hours - they close at 6 so last appt is at 5 PM. Normally, I'd prefer to come at 6, so something to note. I would return. Toenail polish is holding up great!
