Judy did my nails; she did a great job. 2nd visit was with MIL we had lilyan for me and celina for my MIL. 4th visit I had Oanh Lee it was ok too Fast forward to recent visit april 2026 ive been pushing off my review for 4 years now... Ive been going here since we moved nearby, i dont often go to the nail salon unless its a special occasion or event that i will be attending. So i dont often come every two weeks or whatever time frame it is. I always do French Tip Gel on Short Nails; that goes with my toes too, and occasionally i do acrylic nails for traveling. That being said this might sound a complaint BUT ive been going here and ofcourse always different person you get, and every person does it differently i get it BUT where the issue comes from is the Outcome of each and everyones work.... I really want to give 5 stars because the staff can do a great job, but the consistency and quality of the French tip service is very hit or miss. Sometimes it turns out well, while other times it feels rushed, with uneven white tips. Most of the time, the unevenness is blamed on my short nails, but I've always preferred short nails, and that shouldn't affect the quality of service. While I understand short nails may require more precision, it's still the style I consistently request. The lack of consistency in how the French tips are done is the main reason I can't confidently give a full 5-star rating. But todays visit Jaymee Jaime 2 table from the right she did my nails today and it was perfect she took her time doing layers of coat and precision on how she did my tips it was perfect the sides were not missed it was even she nade my nails look like acrylic! I feel everyone should the same time precision and detailed on making the french tip right. Short or long Overall this location has very good pricing amongst the nail salon ive been nearby, the vibe is good the area is clean not hard to find has enough parking even its busy and so far everyone is nice. And my other issue was the rewards program i have brought 6 people last year thinking i will get a better discount or point but every time i check in for more than 1 the system does not count the rest in the same receipt i did not got any good any discount from the 6 people with 1 check that was $600+ so im not sure if that eveb counts towards anything read more

I am obsessed with the full set I recieved. I came in as a walk in and was assisted quickly. My nail technician was Nick and he was very methodical. It had been a while since I had my nails done, but I have been to many salons over the years. Nick is probably the best nail tech I have had in years. He was very thorough and took his time to make sure my nails looked right. He took extra time to make sure everything was even and perfect. Additionally he was the same tech who did my pedicure. My feet were in some need for some love as they were very dry. He took his time to scrub my feet and didn't rush the process. I had picked out a color nail polish that was much lighter once he started applying it. I am someone who is quiet during my services as I struggle with small talk. I was not going to say anything about the color because I picked it and it wasn't a huge deal. However he took it upon himself to find a color that better matched the bottle I originally picked. That's a huge plus for me, as I didn't even say anything and he just did that on his own to make sure they were done in a way I would be happy. I really appreciated that. Overall I highly recommend. I was treated horribly and the lady named Hong sitting at the front told me not up come back if I don't like it. I nicely explained that's not the how you treat customers, you apologize n fix. Then I asked for her name n she said I have no name. I got her name from her certification she immediately got up and took it off the wall. Very unprofessional and just walked away. Hmmm honestly disappointing experience today. My husband and I both got pedicures and we were done within 10-15 minutes. I've never had a pedicure finished that quick ever. Both were $30 each and additional $5 for callous removal just for myself. It was so rushed, definitely not worth $65. Even my nail polish was not applied on very well. You can see the second coat not matching the first coat. And they're lumpy too. What a waste of time and money. Absolutely not fantastic! read more

Walked in with no appointment on a Wednesday mid day, staff was attentive and friendly. I'm very particular about shape and my French tip but these turned out perfect. Not thick acrylic, perfect square, even French tip design on all nails. The best part is that the nail tech I had was super fast and efficient, you could tell she's been doing nails for years. I also wasn't in a rush being that I didn't have an appointment, and I was in and out in 30 minutes! I have been coming to Fantastic Nails for over 10 years now. Over the years I've tried other salons in the area but I always end up coming back to Fantastic because I'm never as satisfied. I've had many services (mani, gel mani, acrylic, dip, pedi, and my new favorite is gelX) and I truly don't think I've ever been disappointed in the results. For the last 7 or 8 months I have been booking my appointments with Sony and I will gladly wait to be able to get in with him. There have been times where my nails have held on for 4 weeks without any breaking/damage/etc and still look decent (obviously not fresh because well, they aren't). I can't tell you how many times I have recommended this place to family and friends and I will continue to do so. Came in a few weeks ago for a pedicure. The guy I had initially did such a wonderful job. Took care of the overgrown nails in big toe with ease. I asked for the pedicure that addressed calluses and dead skin. I barely got a pumice scrub. Today was different. The girl I had dug so deep in my toes I bled and they've been burning and aching since. In addition, I tried to give them a chance for a full set. Never been to a place that didn't push back my cuticles or clean up the nail beds. It was just straight to the acrylic. Gave them a shot but probably won't be coming back. read more

My girlfriend invited me to go get pedicures and I really did need another one so I was happy to join her. She said she really likes coming to this specific salon because its usually not as crazy busy, and they are more reasonably priced. (I have been to two other nail salons nearby and those two are definitely way more expensive than here.) We entered at around 3p on a Friday. Which was the Friday of this busy Labor Day weekend. As a walk in we were told it would be about a 20 min wait, which was understandable. So we sat and talked. We waited maybe only 7 min before getting called to the chairs. Ben helped us get situated. He started on me first. My girlfriend and I both got the #3 Fantastic Spa pedicure for $38. Like other nail salons, we sat in massage chairs. Some salons don't have these so it's always nice to visit one that does. It's such a fun addition to the pedicure. My pedicurist gave me a massage with oil and hot stones and a paraffin wax. I didn't even know this package included it, although after reading the menu I realized that it does. That was such a nice surprise and it was so relaxing. Since my girlfriend and I were catching up I didn't really take care to look at how he did my nails. I chose a regular off white shade. It was pretty but upon closer inspection at home I can see it wasn't done as detailed as other salons I've gone to. I'm not sure what the more professional terms are to describe it, but it's as if he didn't make sure to cover the polish on the whole nail during each coat. I've included a photo of my big toe. It's now outgrown 3 weeks so you'll see the growth of my nail, but you'll also see the separation in layers that I'm talking about. The nail color also chipped off in big flakes the very next day. That was highly unusually and I haven't had that happen to me at all at other salons. Which also occurred on my big toe so you can see it in the photo. Overall, I thought the environment was nice and the nail technicians were friendly, but the actual service of getting a quality nail color on with staying power didn't quite meet my standards. But I'm sure they do a good job, as a technician talked with the woman across of us and asked about how her sister is doing. She seemed to be a loyal customer with the way they were chatting. This place SUCKS! I started coming here in January because they offered Hard Gel. The last couple of times I have had hard gel, the work had been mediocre at best. I decided to switch to normal gel today because all of my hard gel had basically came off anyways. (I had my nails done three weeks ago) I sit down and the lady very rudely points to my nails and says "broken" to all three nails that were broken. I let it go. I messed up the french very slightly when I put my hand in the light, and she made a big deal about and never fixed it. I tipped anyways, but now that I am looking at my hands, I wish I didn't!
