In Las Vegas for our annual trip and both my husband and I needed a mani pedi. Went here and left happy. The place is clean and so well decorated. I loved the style of chairs, the lights, and the whole set up. The lady that helped me was also very thorough in the cleaning of my nails. She took her time and spent time on each nail. The massages on my hands/forearm as well as my feet/lower leg felt good. As a bonus they also offer a 10% discount for veterans and teachers! I came to 5T with my two daughters on Superbowl Sunday. This is a reliable place to go. The technicians are kind, friendly and thorough. The place is clean and 3 of us were able to get a pedicure at once. We did call ahead for availability and then received a text to confirm our appointment. It was a relaxing and soothing experience. Was in Vegas for my Valentine Birthday weekend with my Sister and we decided to come here because she needed a pedicure. I needed an eyebrow wax badly!! Kim did my eyebrows and asked if I wanted lip also. I said No at first, but when I saw my lip better in the light, I changed my mind immediately! Girl..who knew I had this lil mustache?! I didn't! The quality is a hit or miss depending on who you get. I've had my gel manicure done before where it was not a consistent setting of the nail polish or I had a small nick right away. This visit I received a manicure without gel, and the nail polish they used is probably expired or a top coat was not applied right. So the setting of the polish was sloppy where the second coat did not fully cover the color - this might not be seen in the photo. It has not even been 24 hours and almost every nail has chipped nail polish. Also, the last time I got a pedicure, I wanted black with gold sparkle. Back to the old nail polish theory, they did not have the gold polish so he used a silver instead. Ladies we take our color sparkle serious and the attention to detail was not considered, he just applied a silver sparkle without asking. I used to go to someone else at another salon, but recently, my nails started turning out lumpy and thick. I decided to try 5T Nails and called to see if 6:15 PM was too late for a gel manicure. They said it wasn't and that Katie would be doing my nails. I told her about my concerns with bumpy nails and fast-growing cuticles. This place is so cute! It's clean and all the people who work there are friendly. The lady working the front desk made great conversation and treated me as if she knew me her whole life. I didn't get the name of my nail tech but she did a fantastic job and didn't make me feel like I didn't belong there like some other salons I've been too. While I was there it was only me and one other lady, so it wasn't super packed which was nice. I came here by recommendation of my coworkers and I'm so glad i did. Figured I would give this new place a try. Beautiful open space. The salon was clean and relaxing, the music was the perfect volume. All new chairs with amazing massage options. They offer water, coffee or a soda (not sure if this is the norm) but it was appreciated. They seem to have many chairs and techs available, I walked right in. Hours 9:30-7pm. Prices are a little high but I think most shops have increased prices so it may be on barwith the average. $35 for classic, add $20 for gel (I feel like this is the standard) Best of all ..... I actually got some calf massage :) oh so good. No issues at all, toes look good and ready for sandal weather. Glad I gave them a try. read more

They have the worst service I've ever went to out of all my years in Vegas. Specifically this one lady she refused to give me a name I guess she just started at this location. They don't know how to do deep French mani or pedis. This lady started to yell at me after I calmly told her I wasn't happy with certain things I wanted square walked out with oval and the rest of the girls had nothing to say but everything to say In Vietnamese which was extremely upsetting they over charged Me even when I told them I hated it they cut off my nails when I told them not to and to just file and they refused to let me speak to a manager. Idk how they got four stars this place looked really nice on the inside but they for sure need new workers this place is a joke ! read more

This was my first time patronizing this establishment. Although the aesthetics were beautiful the service was poor. I was greeted immediately and services started right away. The male tech serviced me. The shaping of my nails are horrible, lopsided and just a poor job. I had not visited a nail salon in four months and this man barely even cleaned my cuticles. He pushed them back and then immediately started to file away the cuticle growth with this cheap nail file you get in a dollar store pedicures kit. This was not a good experience. He was very rough to the point he twisted my leg causing me to actually verbally screech out in pain. I was looking for a new salon since I'm new to this area and didn't feel like journeying back to my old faithful shop but I guess it will be worth it to get the services I know will be up to par. read more

Came to get my nails and toes done. They did a great job on my nails. But the reason I'm giving one star is because the WHOLE time I was getting serviced the choice of topic was my weight.. This was super uncomfortable for me. Katie who was doing my nails kept talking about how "skinny" I was. And no, it was not a compliment. She said things like "where's your stomach" "why are you so skinny?" And "it looks like you eat air" She also went to the other ladies telling them to look at me and look at how skinny I was. This was very unprofessional and upsetting. I ignored it. When it was time to do my nails I moved chairs.. another worker then asked me again "why are you so skinny?" This was the worst service I have ever gotten at a nail salon and will not be back. I'm not sure why they think it's okay to comment on someone's weight. It is NEVER ok. Because I am 1000% sure if I was fat no one would ask questions. But because I am on the thinner side they think it's okay. This is a very unprofessional place. Will not be back. read more
