I made had an appointment at 12 because I know how busy they can get on the weekends. This is my second time coming here to do my nails and so far I love it! Erin was the technician who did my nails. I showed her a picture of what kind of nails I wanted and she was able to do it. She did a very great job cleaning my nails and making it the way I wanted. She was very friendly and helpful! It took about an hour to do my gel manicure and I felt like it went by really quick! The next time I go to get my nails done, I have to make sure not to have it so short so it can look more full! Hands down (no pun) the best nail salon in Las Vegas. I used to see Katie for years to do my nails for I lived just a couple blocks away. I moved to the other side of town blue diamond area. There are many salons there and I could literally walk to the one next to my home. I went there for a full set and was disappointed. This chain of nail salons are the biggest in Vegas and the service was just ridiculous..Back to Nail tech. Service at the salon is amazing they do cuticles they make sure your nails are clean underneath. They listen to your needs and shape the nails how you want them .They truly care and Katie really puts her heart into what she does. She makes sure that she gives you exactly what you want. I adore her and herself, and Husband are such good people and deserve the business from our community. What I also love is how many colors they have. They have a huge selection and sometimes it's hard to choose because they have so many cat eyes, glitter all of it. I'm so happy that I came back to nail tech. I decided to come to this salon because it's less than 5 mins away from where I live. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I wanted a gel manicure with glitter on the ends , gold. Jen took great care of me. She made me feel so comfortable as soon as I sat down with her. I haven't been to the nail salon for over 3 to 4 years I wanted to give my nails a break. So I wanted gel manicure on my natural nails since they were grown out. Usually I get really bad anxiety at nail salons but this was definitely a first that I didn't. Jen did such a great job on what I wanted , she even left my nails soft not like when you go and you have to file your nails when you get home lol overall I will definitely be back ! Nail tech is a hole-in-the-wall shop in a strip mall, next to a jiujitsu studio. I've been coming here for a few months, and I love the quality of work that they do. Sky and his staff take their time and produce awesome results. I've done full acrylic sets with gel, regular gel over my natural nails, and gel pedicures here. Polish does not budge, and none of my nails have ever cracked. They usually stay so well that I only have to go back because of grow-out. It's down the street from my house, and I'm so grateful to have found a convenient nail salon that I like. read more

I've been a customer for 7 almost 8 years. I love Sky and his wife and a few others however, the last couple of times my family and I came in for pedicures, we have received the worst customer service we've ever received. The new male manicurist asked me to next time "take your glitter nail polish off because it takes a long time to take it off". Later during my pedicure I asked him not trim the edges of my toe nails, because it causes ingrown toenails and it hurts when it grows back. Seconds later he trimmed the sides of my toenail. When he pulled it it hurt and I jumped. I said I asked for you not to do that but his response was "well I'm sorry you know I dig and I messed it up so you're going to hurt a little bit when you leave." My response was "I should not hurt when I leave from a pedicure, I asked you not to do that so, i'm going to be pissed if I leave hurt" We've also noticed we haven't been receiving the great customer service and quality they used to provide. My husband's and daughters feet have been cut do to staff being rough, in a hurry or not paying attention. As a former salon owner and licensed manicurist/ hair stylist, I'm very disappointed with these business practices. I find it's very awkward also when the staff speak Vietnamese to one another rather than English. My family of 5 will not be returning. read more

I have finally found a place close to home who can do my nails RIGHT! I've had some bad experiences, which you can see in my reviews, but Nail Tech redeemed my faith in nail technicians close to the Anthem and Silverado area. I love seeing Angie and Suzie - they both do an amazing job and have great attention to detail with each set of nails or pedicure I've had done. I do like the whole staff, though! Everyone works hard to be sure their clients are happy and that we are all having a nice time while relaxing to get pretty for the world! My recent go-to is an acrylic overlay with gel and the price is reasonable for the work I have done. I do suggest that you make an appointment versus walk-in, but it's as easy as a phone call! They are on time with their appointments, unlike some other shops I've tried who are 30+ min late on appointments made. read more

The worker scheduling us for our appointments really helped us all out by making sure we were all assisted at the same time. I have gotten both a mani and pedi from this place and I really enjoy my time while I'm here! Everyone is always friendly and the business is fm silly owned so all of the nail techs are related which is cool! You can tell they laugh and have a good time with each other. I made an appointment both times and the second was on a Friday so I had to wait past my appointment time, but the techs thanked me for my patience and said they will get with me as soon as they can. Although I didn't get helped right away it was nice to know they still knew I was there and cared :) Each time I have come they have done my nails really well and the prices are super reasonable! It is also walking distance from my place which is a plus! My mom has gotten a full set both times and they have both turned out great. Fills aren't expensive either. I am reviewing them solely on their customer service. According to the reviews people were able to walk in with no problem. I requested a gel manicure and regular pedicure. To which he said they do not have time for me today. Ok, that's fine. I understand they can be busy but they didn't offer another day or time to return. However the phone rang at the same time and they offered that person to come in at 3p and there was a woman who asked for the same thing and they said they would take her. Clean, friendly, sanitary, timely, fun and overall great place! I really enjoyed Lee, she is a sweet heart, funny and a perfectionist. I've always been a returning customer & this place was my go-to for waxing services, full sets & pedicures. But my last visit hasn't been pleasant. I usually don't mind who I get as my nail technician because I feel like everyone does a good job & I always leave happy. But my recent nail technician that did my full set was an unfamiliar face and he said he just started. I'm confident in all the nail techs there so I was fine with that. At first, he was very nice. He made an effort to make conversation with me and even introduced himself. But while I was getting my full set done, he would grip onto my finger tightly so I'd be easier to work with. Mind you, it was painful after awhile! He was constantly "scold" me to relax and move my fingers in very uncomfortable positions just to make it easier for him. During the whole process I just wanted to leave. He kept pushing me to get a gel polish even after I told him I'm allergic to gel. Overall, it did come out pretty good. But the process of it wasn't so great. I usually get my nails done & this by far was one of my least favorites. I still do recommend this place! Katie is one of my favorite nail techs there. I go to this nail salon because it is so close & convenient to my home. I am usually happy with the work I get done. However, the past 2 times I have gone in, I have been disappointed. About 3 weeks ago, when I went in, I asked for a fairly simple service (french tips but w/ navy blue instead of white) I was very unhappy with what I got. Today, I went in for a full acrylic set. It took the gentleman (Son Do) over 2 hours to complete my set. Not only did it take way too long, he did not listen to me when I told him how long I wanted my nails. Now my nails are way too long & im going to have to go home & file them down myself. They are supposed to be white and they look yellow. i am so upset about this. i will not be coming back read more
