Hands down (no pun) the best nail salon in Las Vegas. I used to see Katie for years to do my nails for I lived just a couple blocks away. I moved to the other side of town blue diamond area. There are many salons there and I could literally walk to the one next to my home. I went there for a full set and was disappointed. This chain of nail salons are the biggest in Vegas and the service was just ridiculous..Back to Nail tech. Service at the salon is amazing they do cuticles they make sure your nails are clean underneath. They listen to your needs and shape the nails how you want them .They truly care and Katie really puts her heart into what she does. She makes sure that she gives you exactly what you want. I adore her and herself, and Husband are such good people and deserve the business from our community. What I also love is how many colors they have. They have a huge selection and sometimes it's hard to choose because they have so many cat eyes, glitter all of it. I'm so happy that I came back to nail tech. I truly can't imagine going anywhere else I highly recommend this salon, with so many places to choose from in Vegas. They are the best. Truly a gem!

I love this place! Had the best service from Angelina. She was very gentle but got the job done. I had the paraffin, stone pedi and it was sublime. Made an appointment to come back.

I've been coming here for months and absolutely love this place. Everyone's really nice and the place is super clean. I go to Jen for my gel acrylics and every time I give her a design, she nails it I highly recommend this place.

I decided to come to this salon because it's less than 5 mins away from where I live. As soon as I walked in I was greeted. I wanted a gel manicure with glitter on the ends , gold. Jen took great care of me. She made me feel so comfortable as soon as I sat down with her. I haven't been to the nail salon for over 3 to 4 years I wanted to give my nails a break. So I wanted gel manicure on my natural nails since they were grown out. Usually I get really bad anxiety at nail salons but this was definitely a first that I didn't. Jen did such a great job on what I wanted , she even left my nails soft not like when you go and you have to file your nails when you get home lol overall I will definitely be back ! Thank you again Jen ! And the whole staff is amazing and super welcoming.

First time customer turned into frequent customer! Love this salon. It's clean, friendly, and in a quiet location. When you first walk in they greet you and kindly ask you to wash your hands before touching anything. My nail tech was knowledgeable and did exactly what I asked for. In the past, other salons I've been to never got the ombré right and ended up looking like a mess! But SKY is very friendly and knows his work well. Thank you Sky!

Jennifer does an excellent job love her work. We've been going there for years & she never disappoints us

Love coming here! Most of their clients are regulars! Highly recommend Jen for acrylics, she's the best. Doesn't rush you and make sure everything looks perfect before you walk out the door. Her acrylics have never broken or lift on me and they go 4-5 weeks easily! I've been coming back for over a year now.

Gorgeous neo-chrome nails by Jen. She got the shape perfect and the color is amaaaazing.

Nail tech is a hole-in-the-wall shop in a strip mall, next to a jiujitsu studio. I've been coming here for a few months, and I love the quality of work that they do. Sky and his staff take their time and produce awesome results. I've done full acrylic sets with gel, regular gel over my natural nails, and gel pedicures here. Polish does not budge, and none of my nails have ever cracked. They usually stay so well that I only have to go back because of grow-out. It's down the street from my house, and I'm so grateful to have found a convenient nail salon that I like.

The reply I received several weeks after our disappointment. Little to late.

Suzie P.

I've been a customer for 7 almost 8 years. I love Sky and his wife and a few others however, the last couple of times my family and I came in for pedicures, we have received the worst customer service we've ever received. The new male manicurist asked me to next time "take your glitter nail polish off because it takes a long time to take it off". Later during my pedicure I asked him not trim the edges of my toe nails, because it causes ingrown toenails and it hurts when it grows back. Seconds later he trimmed the sides of my toenail. When he pulled it it hurt and I jumped. I said I asked for you not to do that but his response was "well I'm sorry you know I dig and I messed it up so you're going to hurt a little bit when you leave." My response was "I should not hurt when I leave from a pedicure, I asked you not to do that so, i'm going to be pissed if I leave hurt" We've also noticed we haven't been receiving the great customer service and quality they used to provide. My husband's and daughters feet have been cut do to staff being rough, in a hurry or not paying attention. As a former salon owner and licensed manicurist/ hair stylist, I'm very disappointed with these business practices. I find it's very awkward also when the staff speak Vietnamese to one another rather than English. My family of 5 will not be returning.

Glo V.

I'm so glad I found Nail Tech. I usually go to Erin, but everyone is great. I've been to Katie, Susie and Dennis as well. Nail tech is very clean, everyone is friendly, very reasonably priced and my gel polish usually lasts up to 4 weeks for me.

Katia R.

Lee was flawless to work with! She took her time and did such an amazing job! One of her regulars recommended her and I am so glad I found her! She ll be my go to nail specialist!!!

I love this nail spa. The staff are really nice. Even though I don't understand what they're talking about. I seem to laugh with them. My favorite part is the pedicure, because of the after massage. Haha I know I know I came for my nails not a massage but hey! That's my favorite part of getting my nails done. read more

I absolutely LOVE this place! After seeing a friend with cute Patriots artwork on her nails I decided to check this place out, despite living clear across town (Summerlin). After experiencing MANY nail spots all over Las Vegas I have to say that this one beats them all, hands down! I made a same day appt w/ Lee, a sweet young woman. She took her time w/ me, even though they were EXTREMELY busy. She didn't even skimp on the hand massage, which most nail shops do whether they're busy or not. She also carefully cleaned up around my nails, which about 97% of other nail spots don't do either. It might seem insignificant but I notice the small details (so does Lee) and I'm just thankful I gave this place a chance, especially after being so disappointed with others. Lastly, they are very reasonably priced. I've spent twice the amount at other places w/ less than half the service & results. She didn't try to up charge for every little thing. They just picked up another repeat customer. Give them a shot. You won't be disappointed! read more

Yo!!! Son (that's his name) knows what's up with pedicures y'all!!! The massage, the treatment, he got all of my toes to pop, like really went the extra mile! I know you know what I'm talking about too. I feel like so many nail techs get you in and out and fast without the extra goodies that we look forward to when we get a pedi, like the length and depth of the massage (on my feet lol) and also the care that goes into it cuz these are not cheap to get. Anyways thanks for reading this far, he is AMAZEBALLS!!! read more

I have always been on and off with acrylic nails, depending on my job position, throughout the years. At times I do decide to get my nails done, I have only ever been serviced by Nail Tech. Everyone is so kind, clean, & considerate. I've had different nail techs do my nails here and they have all done wonderful work, but lately I have been requesting Katie because I have known her the longest and she is familiar with how I like my nails to look. Thank you all for such a pleasant experience every time. Have a blessed day. read more

I was very pleased with my experience here. I dropped in and waited maybe 5 minutes before my pedicure got underway. They had plenty of polish, the pedicure chairs and bowls were great, the tech was friendly and not rushed, everything was sterilized, etc. And all for just $20! Now, sure, it is far from a Strip spa pedicure experience, but it was definitely better than any other strip mall pedicure experience. The space is un-cluttered and nice and clean. And while the scrubbing and massaging left a bit to be desired, my toes look fantastic. I even opted for a design for an extra $5. And hands-down it is the best design my toes have ever been painted with. I will absolutely be coming here again. read more

I love it here! The business is very clean, which is rare for a lot of nail spots. Although I prefer Tina or Lee to do my pedicures, the whole staff here is EXCEPTIONALLY good and professional. The prices are good and not overpriced, like most nail salons in this area. The staff pays close attention to detail. They are very meticulous with pedi's and mani's. They don't just touch your feet for a few seconds...they give you a good massage. After coming here for over a year, I feel like I'm family/Vietnamese. Lol! Stop by, you won't be disappointed!!! Ok so I'm very much pregnant! Due tomorrow actually. All I wanted was a nice relaxing manicure and pedicure. I should have listened to all the bad reviews for this one guy, but I thought ok, I've had my nail license for over 15 years now and I know how hard it is if one person is unhappy with the service you provide. So I thought I would just walk in and see what happens. Hoping not to get 'that guy' Ok first off, all the polish is so dry. But I get it. Everyone gets gel now days. Fine, I'll let that slide. This guy is OCD forsure, the way he needed my feet in the bath from where and how I sat them to be worked on. It had to be comfortable for him! Anyways. He took about 30min on both mani and pedi. No massage at all. I'm so thankful I didn't end up getting the deluxe $65 combo. I walked out a unhappy customer. Wish I loved this place because I live so close and would have been the to go place! On to the next... read more

My friend Michelle recommended me here and to ask for Henry or Angelina. I called and they were both busy but they got me in an hour after I called with Henry. My appointment was at 6pm & they close at 7. I was worried that they were going to rush and get crappy service but not the case! He took his time and did not rush. I loved Henry! He did a great job on my toes and gel nails! I showed him a picture of what I wanted and he mastered it. I'm very simple with my nails and I'm in love!! His massage was bomb! I want to go back just to get massaged again The gel seems good, I hope it holds up & lasts! He even picked my cuticles just how I like it. Not every nail place will & makes the nails look trashy, imo. I will definitely be returning & the price was very reasonable! They even have a loyalty program! Thank you Henry!! read more

The attention to detail is incredible, and I always leave feeling polished, pampered, and glamorous. If you are looking for a nail salon with beautiful work, amazing service, and a more upscale atmosphere, I highly recommend Lotus Nail Lounge. Andy and his team are amazing!

I've gone here twice when my normal nail lady is out of town since this salon is so close to my…read morehouse. Unfortunately both times haven't been the best. With my most recent visit I made an appointment online a couple days before. Despite this, I waited for about 20 minutes after I arrived at the shop and the last time I had made an appointment I also had to wait. While someone said hello when I came in, no one asked me if I had an appointment. There were also no books with regular polish options at the front (only gel designs) so it wasn't until I was eventually seated at the pedicure chair that I was given a book to look at when the nail tech asked what color I wanted. My pedicure felt rushed and ended up sloppy on one toe going into the cuticle and chipped in the corner of another before I even left the salon. Because I was switched to a different person for my manicure, the person who did my pedicure was already gone when I noticed as I took out the toe spacer before I left. As for my manicure, I was getting GelX and needed to soak off my previous set. When I was sitting down for the pedicure I asked the woman if I needed to start soaking them off. She went and talked to someone else but ultimately did not begin soaking them while I was getting the pedicure done. Unfortunately this meant once the manicure started the technician spent a lot of time utilizing her drill to try to speed up the removal of the previous set. This resulted in it getting hot and hurting my nail bed and I suspect she also drilled them where they are now thin due to how sensitive my natural nails were. She also nicked my cuticles with her drill so when she asked me to continue soaking my fingers it burned and I had to tell her I couldn't. She didn't apologize, just told me to only soak the other nails that weren't burning. As she was drilling off my set she did get a lot of nail powder on herself and then was using the brush on herself to brush off nail powder before brushing it off my hands. I was really hoping to like this shop, but unfortunately just really did not have the best experience.

BUT my updated review is for the call I just got from them. I have a trip coming up for my birthday next week so I made a Gel X appointment for 09/12/2026 at 11AM on August 23, 2026. I realized I wanted a pedicure as well. So I went on to book a second appointment for the same time as the Gel X, as I always have. I hate sitting at the salon for 2 hours. I have religiously booked my nails and pedicure at the same time so both are simultaneously done for the past two years (PER BONDS RECOMMENDATION). I get a call after booking the appointment online (with the appointment requests for both services together) that they are charging $5.00 now for both services to be booked together. Absolutely insane. $5.00 for two services to be booked together. $75.00 for Gel X (plus $5.00 for designs). $60.00 for a BASIC gel pedicure ($5.00 extra for French tip). $5/$10 extra for callous remover. That totals $155.00 BEFORE TIP. I cancelled both appointments and booked elsewhere. Nail salon culture is absolutely insane.

If he's unavailable, I'm always happy to book with Theresa or Anna. Everyone here is incredibly talented, friendly, and welcoming. I usually get the Royal Pedicure ($95 with gel) or the Detox Pedicure ($115 with gel) whenever I'm in the mood for a longer, more relaxing massage. A regular gel manicure is $50, and nail art typically starts around $5 per nail, depending on the design. Chrome and cat-eye effects are an additional $25. A little tip for anyone with a similar situation: I had the ingrown nails on both of my big toes removed by a podiatrist, so my natural nails are much narrower now. My nail technicians simply use Gel-X or acrylic to widen and reshape my big toenails, and the results look so natural that you'd never know it isn't my real nail shape. I also want to give a shout-out to the front desk staff. The receptionists are always warm and welcoming when you arrive, and they'll check in throughout your appointment to see if you'd like any refreshments. They offer complimentary mocktails, coffee, water, soda, juice, and even some alcoholic beverages. Whenever I need a last-minute appointment, I just give them a quick call, and they're usually able to fit me in. The owners are also incredibly kind and generous. They frequently host giveaways and special events to show appreciation for their customers, which makes the experience feel even more special. I always leave feeling relaxed and well taken care of. One thing that has always stood out to me is how genuinely caring the staff is. If I have an appointment that runs late into the evening, they make sure I get to my car safely before locking up for the night. The shopping center has never made me feel unsafe, but you can never be too careful. That extra level of thoughtfulness and care is just one more reason why I've continued coming here for years.

I am completely dissapointed with this place. I can't believe it takes 3 people to finish my nail service. I absolutely hate it because i wouldn't know who to actually tip is the first thing, not only that, why should I have to explain how I want my service to 3 people instead of just 1. I just found out that the girl that has been doing my waxing is not even licensed for waxing. she is only licensed for nails! I recently met a guy at this another nail salon nearby that used to work there and he told me that the girl that owns the salon is actually being investigated on for illegally purchasing licenses for this profession from her uncle in florida. I decided to call the nevada state board of cosmetology and they in fact told me that they are currently investigating fraud on a few people in the valley and nail tech does have an active investigation opened. however, they can not share the names of the individuals until their investigation is complete. Oh, this is bad........not only is it bad but it is so unfair to the other techs that are out there struggling. I was told that that owner have allowed her friends to run the place now because of this problem, but I heard the friends are cheaters themselves! This is horrible, I actually gave business to this place! read more

After reading some of the other reviews, I realized I wasn't the only one who has had a similar experience. I recently called to make an appointment, and as soon as Danny, the owner, heard my name, he immediately said, "No, nothing available for today." A few minutes later, my husband called the salon, and suddenly there was an appointment available within the hour. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened. I've been going here on and off for about five years--not regularly, but every few months. One time, I called and a woman answered the phone instead of Danny. She was incredibly kind and was able to get me an appointment with Luanne that same day. When I arrived, Danny wasn't there, and that experience really stood out to me. It made me feel like Danny may be more selective about who he chooses to accommodate, and unfortunately, I've felt that way more than once. What makes this situation especially disappointing is that I truly love the way Luanne does my nails. She is talented, professional, and I would much rather continue seeing her than have to find another salon. However, it's difficult to continue supporting a business when you repeatedly feel dismissed or unwelcome. I don't expect this review to change anything, but I hope it's taken as honest feedback. Every customer deserves to feel valued and respected, regardless of how often they come in. Good customer service and consistency go a long way.
