We had a reservation and got taken straight away. My mother and I both opted for the $38 pedicure. It was a bit of a let down. They don't file or scrub your feet at all. Mine didn't even get a drop of lotion on them. They did lotion up my legs. Cleaned the cuticles and of course painted the toes. But overall, I do feel the service was rushed. I don't feel $40 for a pedicure and your feet barely get any service is worth it, in my opinion. They were friendly. The location was nice and new and also very clean. read more

The front desk is incredibly friendly and parking is easy. Cindy did great on my nails and was very patient with me as I figured out the design I wanted. I went during their grand opening week and even though they were super busy they did not slack on the quality and time they took to do my nails. Anna helped me and she was down to change the color 3 times for me to get it right! The place also felt very new and clean with modern vibes. I made an appointment after seeing their grand opening special of 50% off all services and opted for a builder gel cat eye set. The first lady who prepped my nails did not soak or do any cuticle work on my nails. It is more apparent a day after my manicure. However, I was then handed off to Nhi who did my shaping and nail color and she was wonderful! She took the time to make sure they were all even and to my liking and was gentle throughout the whole process. This salon also had a wide range of nail colors to choose from. The store has nice pleasing esthetic, very clean and modern, the complimentary virgin mojito is a nice touch. Too many nail color options, not enough time to decide. You feel very rushed when choosing a color. Multiple technicians approached us to ask us if we had picked our color, this was in a 5 minute window. Be weary of Irene and Tina, they are both young, one is 27 and the other is 35. My mom use to own a nail salon, most of the women in my family are nail technicians, so I am very aware of the environment and work place. Irene and Tina didn't know I speak Vietnamese, they smile to your face and spoke poorly about you behind your back. It wasn't just me they spoke about, but as customers came through the door. Very high school gossiping comments. When I made the comment that I didn't know how to turn on the massage chair, instead of offering to help and provide good customer service, they stayed where they were, and proceeded to talk to each other about how I am "old, indecisive, must be my first time ever getting my nails done, is dumb for not knowing how to turn it on, ect." I figured it out, no thanks to them. I sat there with my girlfriend and proceeded to listen to their banter and gossip, I bit my tongue a few times. I did confront them before leaving. Not sure if it was Irene or Tina, she looked shocked then tried to change the subject, I didn't let it slide. I didn't make a big scene, I understand that this is their livelihood and I debated whether or not to leave a review. But after speaking with my mom, and multiple girl friends, they encouraged me to leave a review. At least to warn future customers what they can expect. If you have a Vietnamese friend, make sure you bring them with you, you never know what they will hear. Oh and we definitely will not be coming back, in case you were wondering. There are PLENTY of nail salon shops here in Vegas. read more

The lady working as a receptionist in the front immediately asked me did I have an appointment and I said no. She had really poor customer service skills and told me thot I would need an appointment for the service requested. She also told me that's the way things are done in this area. Her response was really offensive to me and the vibe was very uncomfortable. I let her know that she did not need to tell me how they do things over here because I have lived in this community for 5 years. She made me feel as if I could not afford the services that I was asking for. I had both services done at another nail salon in the community I live in on the same day without an appointment and they were much more busier than Viva Nails. read more
