They were so accommodating and managed to fit all of us in, which we really appreciated. The salon is absolutely beautiful; clean, calm, and relaxing from the moment you walk in. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made us feel so welcome. One of the sweetest touches was that they even gave my daughters adorable plushies, which completely made their day. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the experience feel extra special. My mom is a loyal client of Kate's and has always said this is the only nail salon she trusts. After our visit, I completely understand why. The service was excellent, the attention to detail was amazing, and we all left with beautiful nails. If you're looking for a clean, peaceful salon with exceptional service and genuinely kind people, I highly recommend this place. We'll definitely be back whenever we're in town!

To my surprise, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience. The nail salon was large, beautiful, and well kept with lots of seating for customers. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Mostly, I'd like to mention how Julie did an amazing job with the pedicure I wanted. I needed a fix with one of my toenails, and she shaped it perfectly with some acrylic gel. My toes have never looked better. I really appreciated Julie's attention to detail during my pedicure. I was very satisfied with the end result. I think I found my go-to nail salon in Las Vegas/Henderson. I will be coming back. Thank you Expression Nails!

My guy was nice. My friends guy Dong was nice. I'm pleased with my toes. I've had better paint jobs, but my guy (didn't get his name) was gentle and kind. The number one important thing to ME is cleanliness. The salon was clean, and most importantly they open the tool packaging right in front of you. This was the MOST important thing to me. It was only $40. I tipped over 20%. I WILL be back!

I'm disappointed to have to leave this review because I had actually been referring a lot of…read morebusiness to this salon and genuinely wanted to support the owner. Unfortunately, my experience changed after I simply asked for clarification on pricing. I was charged $70 for a full set, then $82 when I returned for a fill. I wasn't arguing about the cost or saying anyone's work wasn't worth the price. I simply asked what the base price was for my services so I would know what to expect going forward. Instead of receiving a straightforward answer, the owner became extremely defensive and hostile, repeatedly talking about what her work was worth. That was never the issue. The issue was consistency and transparency. What made the situation even more disappointing was that I had recently referred her business to a group of approximately 150 people because I believe in supporting and promoting local businesses. I would never expect special treatment because of that, but I do expect to be spoken to respectfully when asking a reasonable question about what I'm being charged. During my visits, I also witnessed the owner speaking very rudely to employees in front of customers, which made me uncomfortable. Afterward, I saw a reel posted joking about clients questioning inconsistent totals at checkout, including a scenario where a customer says they were charged a different amount the previous time. Considering what had just happened, I found that incredibly unprofessional. I have no problem paying for quality work. I do have a problem when pricing seems to change without clear explanation and a simple question about the price results in hostility. Customers should be able to ask what a service costs without being made to feel uncomfortable for asking. Unfortunately, after this experience, I can no longer comfortably refer people here.
