I am not from Vegas but me and two other ladies wanted to get pedicures while in town. I reserved three pedicures at 1pm. We waited about 5 minutes and they had us in the chairs. They started pedicures on the two of us but one was left out. So as we were finishing they started on the third person. I was really annoyed that they didn't get start on our pedicure all at same time because we had plans to do stuff afterwards. We were about to cancel the third person but they apologized to us and didn't charge the third girl for Gel application. But they should have discounted all of us because we all had to wait. If you can't take us at the time of appointment they shouldn't make it. Because it's such an inconvenience. The quality of the pedi's were not that great and it was pricey. I was shocked to hear when he said it was an additional $20 for Gel nail polish. Wow! And a manicure with no nail polish costs $25. Note: the shop is nice and clean. read more

Asked for a simple manicure and the lady forgets to cut my cuticles. I asked her if she can cut them after she said she was done lol and she started to cut them. She only cut out some cuticles and not all of them... I have no idea what she was doing. I asked for clear polish and she doesn't even get the polish on all of the nails. Look at my thumb. You can see that it is missing on the left side of the nail. I never had someone forget to cut cuticles for a simple manicure. I tipped the girl $10 too because I assumed she did the right job but she didn't. I found out the next morning that it was actually a horrible job. She didn't say a word while she was doing my nails. this was my first time here. I've been to nail salons and not once have i ever in my life been charged $80 for a set like this. For one the set took almost 3 hrs, and i called prior to this verifying pricing. I asked for a full set of acrylic, told $45, $10 for removal fee. I say NUMEROUS times i just want a basic acrylic set. NO GEL. we finish and they present me with $80 total. apparently to shape coffin that's an extra $10 and the other remaining amount no idea. If you want a design done, do not ask the owner he gets really upset if you want him to follow a picture. he thinks he knows better and wants to do his own designs but as a customer you have the right to choose what kind of nails you want because you're paying for them. Twice, I was told that my nails were too short to do designs on yet the picture had shorter nails than mine . When he tried to actually do the design, he told me he was going to freehand it instead of following the picture, but that's not what I paid for. When I told him, I didn't want it freehanded I wanted to look as close as I can to the photo he reacted badly by raising his voice at me and he stood up so abruptly that his gel lamp/ light fell. He gaslighted me and told me it was my fault because my nails are short, yet he should've told me before I sat down that he was not able to do the designs. I ended up going to another salon, and I told my nail artist what happened and she started laughing, saying that the girl in the photo had shorter nails in me . Do not go to the salon and ask the owner for designs. He will react aggressively instead of admitting that he can't do it. Wasted my time and money. read more

Bad experience at this place the guy I had today from the beginning just rushed my whole what supposed to be a relaxing experience. He cut me 3 times 1 in my toes and both hands with the machine they usually use to take off gel paint. Welp he used it to also cut my cuticles and it cut my toe and both hands. This place is clean and modern it's pretty walking in. Staff is nice but felt rushed. I think the over pricing for gel polish is questionable. I came in for my first full set acrylic pedicure appointment (I have had acrylic on my big toes but never a full set) 45$ is not bad at all. they didn't have a lot of options for normal polish tho I wanted French( 10$ more)but when i realized there was no base color me asking her about it (she said because they didn't have enough normal polish colors) I switched to one color no issue easy fix... All tho I didn't get one of the bundles for pedicures and I came out of the restroom they didn't fill the tub with water to soak or have a sanitizing bag in it ... just rinsed my feet before starting the work with the drill. When other customers had came in barely sitting they were filling water tubs and soaking before they let the nail techs know what they wanted so it made me feel iffy. bacrylic is thin but good but was filed alittle off... all tho I have a thinner nail bed, I expressed that one of my big toes is more filed narrow (left foot) almost like a soft coffin then a square towards the tip. she told me it was because of my nail being small and she can't do anything about it .. after we had put a tip & acrylic on it... making sure it's dry because she told me to sit 10 mins in the chair, 5 mins pass and she says I can leave and to let the normal polish dry longer and just be careful. I felt my skin pull and the more I can see that the nail polish top coat is laying over my skin which feels like my polish/set is lifting when I pulled my skin away. probably might make It easier for my set to pop off. read more
