I drive 1 hour 15 minutes 1-2 times a month over the past few years just to see these ladies. Although appointments are respectful & best for myself and the business- they have accommodated me as walk-in on my last minute drive-ins to town. I often see Kim & Lori for my pedicure & nails, who are perfect every single time! I've also been serviced by other ladies in the shop & just amazing. The atmosphere is spacious, light/airy, pleasant, relaxing, chic, always clean & you can tell they all genuinely enjoy working together. It's exactly what I need & look forward to after a long work week/month. Prices are unbeatable for the area and Las Vegas. I bring family here when they are visiting from the east coast as well. You will not be disappointed with this lovely shop!

Very nice and clean. I went on a Wednesday 4:45pm and only 1 other lady was there getting her mani/pedi. I received a very warm welcome and great conversation with my nail Lady Jacqueline. I got white gel on natural nails and I came out pretty for being a "tomboy". I will be back!

Karen alert.. so we were in Color Nails and Spa getting pedicures by the same two ladies who did them for us last time. All of a sudden this very loud lady wanted to get a walk in and they told her they would have an opening in roughly 25 minutes. Five minutes later, she demanded to take a chair to get her feet soaking while she was waiting instead of waiting in the waiting area where she was asked to be. Now I'm not gonna go on about any political views here, but she got on her soapbox, and she started ranting Very very loudly about all the worst conditions in certain cities that were in certain states, and started cycling on about certain governors that allow rape victims not to get their day in court and donors that support vile groups. She was extremely loud for roughly 20 minutes, where everybody in the place was feeling very cringy and then she brought it down a notch, but still was plenty loud enough to make sure everybody in the building heard. Now I don't mind peoples political views, or any views but when you're sitting there, saying things that just are not true and disrupting full businesses and the staff does nothing to quite this person down in a place that's supposed to be about relaxation along with getting nails done i.e. feet and Calf massages during pedicures. It leaves us questioning whether to come back again. Both employees did a wonderful job but I don't know if it's really worth having to sit there and listen to that again. Funny part is when we were getting ready to leave. The one person that really was engaged in her conversation with this lady introduced herself and this loud, overbearing non-telling truth person introduced herself as Karen.. Can't say if that was her real name or she was just playing the part. Either way it made for a very unpleasant experience. I know another lady who went to use the facilities when her pedicure was done while we were still in our chairs, looked at us as she walked by and was shaking her head. No, just as we were doing back to her. I'm only gonna mark them down only star for making no attempt to ask this customer to bring it down a few notches because the service was very good but there are so many nail places and I guess you're rolling the dice on having somebody like this. Sit next to you but the next place may just stand upand ask this person to quiet down where this place did not. Kind of a shame.

I've been coming to this salon for years and will forever be loyal to my fabulous nail tech Casey and have seen a few different owners takeover. I must say that the new ownership has truly brought the salon back to life! Not only have the done a gorgeous remodel, but they've also revamped their services and have created the ultimate spa vibe! We love coming here. Our favorites are Lilly and Kim. The other girls are super sweet too. I usually bring a photo of nails I want and they can always do them exactly like the photo. I've been going here for almost 2 years for my mani/pedi. About one a month. I see Rachael and she is wonderful and my nails always look great and my feet don't feel like I'm old!!! She rocks. And everyone else at the Salon are wonderful. I really enjoy my visits because everyone is so kind, funny and nice!!! A very relaxing time!! I can tell everyone likes each other and Kim is a great owner!! read more

Update. Kim I believe is her name, first time she was doing my pedicure and it's a last time for sure. Zero client skills , no effort, I felt like she is doing my pedicure for free. Would be nice if she file my toe nails . Honestly , it was a waste of time and money ! read more

Regular customer here! Kim always does my manicures/fills. She is currently helping me transition from acrylics to natural nails and my nails have never looked better. When I did do acrylics, I never experienced broken or lifting nails. I highly recommend this salon and the quality of the service is always great. read more

I love this nail salon, it checks all the boxes. I go to Kim or Lily, they really are caring and kind and do a fantastic job with my fills and pedicure. Share ideas on color and match colors that I would like to use. Very reasonably priced and in a great location. Came in yesterday for a last minute pedicure. They assisted me very quickly and were very nice! First time here and I will be back. I loved how pretty and Clean the place was. The pedicure chairs are beautiful! Paid $55 for a classic pedicure with Gel. I was done in about 35 minutes. Work was fast and beautifully done. My second time coming in and Kim does an amazing job every time. I let her do this set custom and it's too cute. The atmosphere and ambience is very relaxing and they offer water. I haven't had a pedicure but a lot of ppl come in and get them bc they have relaxing chairs and glow lights. read more

Stopped in on New Year's Eve for an eyebrow wax waited 5 min. She quickly waxed did not ask if I needed any corrections didn't show me a mirror to check if I was happy or missed anything. Very rude staff and unprofessional! I walked in to get a pedicure. was told to pick a color then sat down next to 2 ladies, one worked there. a lady yelled at me and said we are ready for you. I sat down and picked what I wanted and she started taking my color off. when she started the other foot. she yelled at the lady in waiting area to come and finish. they switched and the other lady went and sat in between the 2 ladies doing mani uses to talk. my new lady cut my toes way too short and cut me twice. after I was done, I was paying cash . my total was $55. I was digging in my purse grabbed 60 and set on counter and went back into my purse, first lady who helped me grabbed the money and said, " Tip?" I felt insulted since I literally had the rest of my tip money on my hand to give her. Very unprofessional! I will not come back here! read more

I cannot recommend this salon enough! It's newly renovated, prices are reasonable and everyone is so friendly. Kim (the owner) and her sister Lilly are the sweetest! I've returned several times already and have never had any issues. My nails easily last 4 weeks if I need them to. read more

I came here on a whim while running errands, and ended up really enjoying this experience! The salon is small but clean and neat, quiet with a calm environment. The employees were very welcoming and accommodated me right away even though I was a walk in. They were very attentive to what I wanted and really listened to me, took their time, and did a great job! Would definitely recommend and will return :) read more

I was a walk in and wow this place is one of the worst pedicures I have ever had ....ever - in 20+ years of getting them. first of all, she sped through it record time of 20 mins ... she didn't take off all of my previous gel on the sides of my nails .... and little parts on my toes... she slapped and I mean slapped the new polish on... and well... the polish only covers most of my toes and it's bumpy. Annnbd they charged me $50 for that. Best part is when I got home, I discovered that she did not indeed dry my nails sufficiently with the UV light at each stage so when I took my boots off, I have now smeared toe nails. Lol I'll go spend $50 elsewhere and get them done again tomorrow - but it's not that funny bc $50 is a lot of money. read more

The spa is clean and the front desk staff was friendly. The esthetician was okay, and my skin did feel soft afterward, but overall I left feeling a little underwhelmed. It would help if guests were informed ahead of time when machines are down, especially for services that depend on them. This place has potential, but clearer communication and more thoughtful customer care would go a long way.

Living up to their namesake, that's exactly what your nether region will feel like after a wax at Smooth as Silk. Groupon brought me here. I've had the opportunity to try many waxing places because of it. Most estheticians I've gone to are usually independent and rent a space inside a salon building, but Smooth as Silk is actually a standalone waxing studio. And a beautifully decorated one at that -- reclaimed wood paneling and decor that made for a warm welcome. They even offer bottled water while waiting. A cleansing wipe is provided beforehand and a sheet drape for modesty after undressing. Tori did my wax. She was casual and friendly and turns out she's also the owner. So it goes without saying that I experienced a thorough wax. I'm bad at maintaining my brazilian schedule so it was as if it was my first time waxing, but it wasn't as painful as I anticipated. Thanks! I have a few favorite waxing places in town and this will definitely be added to the list. Their regular price for brazilian wax is $50 which is usually the average to comparable studios.

This was causing ingrown hairs to form on my face, hence the bumps that would not go away no matter the products I used. She educated me thoroughly about my skin, which I appreciated so much. With just one visit, I understood the cause of my breakouts and what I could do to prevent them. Other estheticians I've went to recommended I come back every 2-3 weeks. But Bertha did such an amazing job with the extractions the first visit, she recommended I wait and see how my skin heals before scheduling again. This made me feel she really cared about my skin and was not just trying to keep me coming back. It was the most thorough extraction process I've had, as she went through each pore. After my visit, my skin was visibly smoother and supple. Today, my skin feels 100x less congested. I will definitely continue to visit Bertha. She is very sweet, knowledgeable and thorough. The spa room is very cozy and easy to relax in. The booking process was very seamless, I just sent the business a text and she got back to me within the hour to schedule for the following day. I have been a loyal customer of this salon for quite some time and have always enjoyed my visits. However, my recent experience was deeply disappointing. My regular nail technician, Laurie, was on vacation, and unfortunately, the service I received in her absence was unacceptable. Upon arriving, I was asked to wait 10 minutes, which I didn't mind. However, when the technician finally approached me, she did so with an attitude that immediately made me uncomfortable. When I explained the service I wanted, she rolled her eyes and dismissively stated, "I don't have time for that!" Instead of offering alternatives or a professional explanation, she simply told me to sit down, implying she would only do a basic service. This interaction was not only unprofessional but also humiliating, especially as it took place in front of other customers. I invest a significant amount of money in my manicures and pedicures, always tipping generously because I appreciate and respect hard work. However, I refuse to continue supporting a business where I am treated as an inconvenience rather than a valued customer. I have previously recommended this salon to friends and family, but after this experience, I can no longer do so in good conscience. I was looking for a new nail salon since I had grown very unhappy with the service I received at my last location. I noticed the salon was running a special and thought 'why not?'. I am very happy I gave this business a try. I only had to wait a short while to be taken without an appointment. The facility was clean, the atmosphere very relaxing. Tina provided services of Pedicure, Manicure, eyebrow and upper lip wax. All done very well. I was particularly impressed with Tina consistently having me check the quality of her work to make sure all services were performed to satisfaction. horrible customer service....i will never go back. i tried my daughter and myself every 12 days., faithfully. yreated like crap, the owner ken is a jerk. he does not care about customer service, i always say its easy to get buisness, its keeping it thats hard. this owner thinks his poop dont stink,and is better than everyone. also, he goes thru employees like we change our panties. he can not keep an employee, except kari, shes so sweet. i feel bad for her, ken and kari have a baby together, hes so abusive and has a leash on her, financially, so she cant go anywhere..... read more

My mom and I have been happy and loyal customers of this fabulous nail salon for several months. Not only is the salon aesthetically pleasing, but the technicians are lovely and talented people. Ken is the absolute best nail technician. He consistently does my nails with precision and I appreciate such attention to detail. The first time I went to this salon I do love it for quiet place n so clean. they r very friendly The lights on the ceiling look so cool Ive never ever seen it before lol I got a $60 pedicure with the hot stone..feel so so good with the pedicure chair it's has a massage on my butt n Chardonnay white wine so relax with the soft music here ^^ Kari did a good job I like the way she take care my real nail and when she polish the gel on u will see ur cuticule is round withowt brush anyway I'm sure I will come Back before my birthday$$$$$$ read more

I'm not surprised hearing how the owner Ken treated Laika. She was detailed and took her time and was great!! I witnessed how cruel he was to her and others.
