I found this little gem hidden in this shopping center. These ladies are amazing and sweet and they did take me in without any question. The Technician did a beautiful job! When I needed to get my nails done before NYE they did an amazing job. They held up all the way up to a few days ago. Since they did such a great job last time I came back in for a fill. That was a mistake. I've been back on and off to get my nails/toes done & I'm really bummed out at the employees' work. I have LOVED getting my nails done by the owners, Jackie and Travis, but the last couple of times that I didn't have them, I was severely disappointed. A while back, I had acrylics done & went to go take them off at the salon & get them replaced with gels. The employee that worked there took over an hour to get my acrylics off (and Travis even had to step in and help because he was taking so long). While prepping for my gels, the employee used the nail drill so much on my right hand's ring finger that it became incredibly thin and brittle. I could bend my nail with the lightest pressure. After getting those gels off, I had to wait over a month for my nail to grow back in stronger. I was disappointed. Not to mention that before leaving, Jackie stepped in and fixed one of my fingers because it was a lighter shade than my other ones. I appreciated that she did that. However, that was not what prompted me to write this second review. The last time I came in, I had scheduled a pedicure. One of the female employees did my pedicure while my sister had Travis. My nail tech was very harsh on my feet and toes while cleaning them, and at one point, I remembered yelling out "Ouch!" as she worked on my left foot. The employee just sheepishly looked up at me and smiled, and I can't recall if she even apologized. No matter. She kept going. After finishing, I examined my toes and tbh, they looked pretty bad because she, with a lack of a better phrase, colored outside of the lines with almost every toe. I asked her to fix it, and she barely made a difference. Jackie saw me examining my toes again & asked the lady to just redo them all with the second color I had picked because the color I had picked first didn't look good with my skin tone (which I agreed with). Finally, my toes looked good & I went home. A few days later, I noticed a nail on my left foot was torn almost halfway through. I remembered during my salon visit how I had felt extreme discomfort in that same area. I thought it was coincidence and went on with my life. I just took off my polish, and yep... the nail tech had ripped my toe nail during my visit when I had said "Ouch!" during my pedicure. How do I know this? Well, after taking off my polish, I noticed that there is polish UNDER my toe nail where the rip was, which means that the nail tech painted over my ripped toe nail without telling me or fixing it. If I had ripped my toe nail after the appointment, the polish wouldn't have settled underneath my rip since it would have dried. Soooo basically what I'm saying through my second review is if you choose to come here, make an appointment with Travis or Jackie. If I do come back, I will only ask for them because I know they do an amazing job. Seriously. I love Travis and Jackie. They are so friendly, professional, and wonderful people. read more

I made an appointment at 5pm (which they allegedly require) and they allowed a walk in to come right before my appointment time. I was stuck in a pedicure bowl to soak without them addressing the gel polish on my toes while I waited. They had other customers they were running back and forth between and at 5:10 the gentleman finally sat down. I informed him I had gel polish on my toes and he got visibly upset. I said I'm sorry but everyone was too busy to actually figure out what was going on with me and maybe I should go. Again, the man was visibly upset and said to leave. Worst service ever. I should have paid more attention to the reviews because clearly this is a pattern. There are many more kind and professional places to patronize. AVOID LIKE PLAGUE. read more

I tried out Le Nails today after seeing a positive post on the Nextdoor app. Just wanted to have my finger nail color fixed.....I had a little chipping. So I made an appointment and I could tell when I called it was going to be a good experience. I had an appointment with Jennie and she did a wonderful job with my nails and my nails look fantastic. I just use polish and no gel or dipping. There was another person working there and she was delightful too. I just had a mani/pedi about 2 weeks ago so not due for another one for a couple of more weeks. I'll be scheduling that with Le Nails & Spa. Very clean and followed COVID protocol. Thank you Jennie. Excellent spot to get a gel manicure!! I called 15 minutes before to make an appointment, and they were able to get me in fast. My gel mani lasted a solid 3 weeks without chipping, and I am HARD on my hands. I cannot remember my nail tech but she was so sweet and did such an amazing job! Ever since my original review on my wedding nails(the first set I got here) I have been a dedicated regular. Jaclyn is always so sweet and attentive and never rushes. She actually enjoys doing fun designs and colors. I'll never go anywhere else in the Henderson or Vegas Area. I stopped in before an appointment I had in that same area. Granted, I was expecting less of a time for getting a full set with gel, but I felt that 75+ minutes was a little long. I started to get anxious as the time got nearer to my appointment time. However, that was on me. It may have translated as I kept checking my watch and bouncing my leg (which I tend to do a lot anyway). Afterwards, I noticed the paint itself was splotchy throughout. I also am starting to notice some mistakes near the cuticle area of my nails as well. Overall, not a horrible experience but I would recommend coming in with extra time in mind, and to ask for a third (or even fourth) coat of paint. (I also ended up cutting and grinding the nails down but that's on me. The acrylic itself stayed in place afterwards!) read more

My old gel mani was growing out so I stopped by for a last minute appointment at this location. It was an easy process getting a same day appointment, and there was no wait upon my arrival. Overall I'm very happy with the results! I'm pretty picky with how my nails look, and I'm really happy with how they turned out. My nail technician did a great job with my cuticles and was very thorough with the polish application. I would have preferred one more coat because it is a very transparent nude shade, but it still looks great. One little negative, I used the Yelp check in offer for a $28 gel manicure for 1st time clients and they asked me, "You've been here before, right?" I literally moved to Vegas ~1 month prior, and I got my last manicure done in California. I felt like they were saying I was trying to use the check in offer when I shouldn't have been... Maybe I looked like someone that had used the offer before, or maybe they've been taken advantage of. It seems like a small family run business and I understand they have their share of troubles. It just made me feel bad, but overall I still think they did a great job, and I would be happy to return to this location. read more

Always on the hunt for an inexpensive nail place and a thorough and quality mani/pedi, I decided to try Le Nails, which is somewhat newer to the area. Although walk ins are welcome, I recommend making an appointment to avoid being turned away if they are booked up, which did happen to me 2 days ago. Luckily, I was able to get an appointment for 10 am the next day. My pedi started right on time, even a little early with Jina. She was so pleasant and sweet! I love the pedicure massage chairs. They don't use liners in the tubs, which is usually a deal breaker for me. The supplies were opened from what looked like a sterile package and Jina wore gloves, so there are good hygienic practices here. The leg and foot massage was HEAVENLY. At some places, you're lucky to get a 2 minute massage with a "regular" pedicure but Jina took her time and completely made me feel pampered and relaxed. For both mani and pedi Jina was super thorough and careful with my nails and cuticles, and always followed through with my special requests. They have a separate nail dryer with a UV light. The one issue I had is that the nail polish on my fingernails wound up bubbling up. I didn't notice how bad it had gotten until I left the shop. They let me come in later that day and Jina was waiting with a smile to fix me up. She worked tirelessly to make it perfect and flawless and apologized profusely. The shop is not as modern and spa like as some in the area but it is clean and has two flat screen tvs. They let kids play video games while they wait for their parents, which is nice. I would prefer some background music during my treatment to make it even more relaxing (but the incredible hand and foot massages make up for it) The regular mani/pedi are $38, which is right in the middle of what I've found in the area. I've had the two for as low as $35 and as high as 45. Being close to home, easy to communicate with, and very customer service oriented, I will definitely be back to Le Nails. I already pre-booked my next appointment and I rarely do that! read more

Starting out a girls trip and neglecting my nails before I hopped on a plane to Vegas, my friends and I made early morning appointments to get pampered to kick off the weekend. While we had reservations when they opened, it was a bit strange that they didn't have the staff ready or available by the time we arrived for the appointment. Employees strolled in 15-20 minutes after we were scheduled. I know it is our vacation and all, but I appreciate punctuality, especially if they have me reserved for service at a particular time. Another minor peeve was upon entering, we weren't acknowledged not helped right away. Instead, we wandered around the front while the couple employees finished their conversation. The manicure and pedicure were standard. Nothing that made me feel wanting for more. Rather, I had to ask for water, the person helping me didn't make sure my remote to the chair was available so I went without a mechanical massage...I realize these are all first world problems, but could use slight improvement on attention to detail. UPDATE: It has been five days since my "fill-in" here and now FOUR out of TEN nails are separating from the acrylic, so much so that my hair gets caught in them when blow drying it. Now I have to spend another $40 to get a real fill-in so I don't get a nasty fungus on my nails from bacteria getting caught in between them. Great place and great people!!! My friend and I were eating at the shabu shabu place and decided we should get our nails done. We didn't know where to go but when I drove to the plaza I noticed Le Nails. I suggested we try it out. I usually do my own nails at home so this would be my 5th time ever in a nail salon. We didn't have an appointment either. Right when we got in we were warmly greeted by Jackie. Jackie is so sweet and friendly. She asked for our names and throughout the session would say our names when she asked a question. This made the experience very warm and personal. I really liked talking to her. I only got a pedi and my friend got gel mani and regular pedi. The water smelled so good and the chairs were so comfy. Even their hot towels smelled amazing. Jackie gave me glitter and a cute flower on my big toes. She took her time and did an amazing job. The massage felt so nice and my feet are so smooth and pretty now. lol. My friend's nails came out great too! Her gel came out so clean and smooth too. I think I'm going to get gel nails next time. I usually don't go back to the same nail salon because I don't like them, but at Le Nails I didn't feel that way. I even got to meet Jaclyn and Jackie's husband. Everyone was so nice and funny too. Great price for first time mani/pedi. They did a perfectly fine a job. I wouldn't expecting salon quality at all but some things were lacking: No scrub or massage on my legs. It would have been nice to remove the dead skin on my heels. For my hands, I'm pretty sure she didn't even ask me to wash them at any point bc there was so scrub or hot towels. Also, the lady who did my nails would not stop talking politics and that really ruined it. They all kept wanting to talk about whatever was on TV and I just wanted to be quiet. I wouldn't go back.
