Instead of the typical salon waxing chair, they used soft reclining chairs that felt more like individual upholstered couch seats, which made the service feel relaxed and private. One thing to note is that no beverages appeared to be available, and we were not offered water or any other drink during the visit. That was not a major issue for us. I was going here with scarlett and I was treated poorly by telling me that the nail polish I put in my nails hurt her eye when she was buffing off the nail polish! I wanted to check this place out since in their website showed regular pedicure was $30 once I got in the chair and repeated "regular pedicure" x3 the nail tech still brought over the price sheet and a classic pedicure was $35. Not sure she was happy with my decision because the whole time felt rushed and a little rough. Overall the new setup is very cute, clean and lots of nail colors to choose from. I maybe sat in the chair not including drying 15-20. Literally the fastest pedicure I've ever received. Massage was maybe 2 minutes. My daughter paid $160 for a pedicure and acrylic nails. She was there for 3 hours and left upset because the colors didn't match and the design was inexperiencly done. Maybe he's new? Every person she showed her nails to didn't have a single nice thing to say which confirmed her thoughts on them. My daughter is too sweet to advocate for herself so I called the next day. The guy said he didn't have time to fit her in to fix her nails. She only makes $13 an hour, $160 nail appointment is the equivalent to her working 13 hours.
