Went here recently and I asked for the same color for my nails and feet and ended up getting two different colors. I think they should ask first if it's okay to use a different color then you asked for and not just give me a different color that looks the same. I can tell they are different because one is sparkly on my hands and my feet is just a solid color. Disappointed because I didn't want sparkle. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Not Sanitary (never saw them clean the pedi bowl) they just change the bags in the bowl the water stands in the pipes!!! How else would it be pushing the water through the jet? I heard them tell someone it was air Reused Emory boards aka nail files Not only were my nails cut at an angle on one side and dug into the other. They were uneven and long on the edges. I Wanted Polish with shimmer or glitter for my pedicure. I chose a color and the nail tech told me after the first coat SHE didn't like it. It was too light and to pick another color. So I picked a purple which I really didn't want. She polished a stripe on HER nail and asked me if it was okay. To which I responded well I don't know. It's not on my nail. ‍ She proceeded to polish my nails as I continued to say I didn't like it. She polished the new color over the first cured coat of the original color. Was too lazy to even remove the original color!! When I told them I didn't like it and, asked for different color they got irritated ... well... I expressed my feeling several times and you ignored me! The lady removed the polish with a file and the drill being so aggressive she cut my toes in 3 separate places and then lifted the pedi chair arm and said BYE! Didn't even offer to put a clear coat on my toenails or try anything to make me happy! Then the man proceeded to charge me $40 for an incomplete pedicure! Seriously this is how you loose customers and exactly why you weren't busy today and it's FRIDAY! You should be slammed with business ‍ By the way you treat people horribly and yell at them then when they yell back you threaten there are cameras...SO WHAT, it's no wonder you have no business. You raised your voice first extremely RUDE, incompetent and should not be in the beauty service industry! You left my nails filed in some places and with polish on others . Not even cleaned up. Then charged me full price. Unbelievable at least offer to rectify the issue or at the very least clean up the mess neatly! Lazy & Rude! Your salon will be closed soon! Oh and I'm a licensed nail tech. I No longer do nails due to my medical conditions. So although I may be picky I also know state sanitary regulations and, not sanitizing, reusing files and emery bits on your drills (hands or feet, acrylic or natural nails is NOT OK.) You should disinfect after each client not just simply change our a towel. You're filthy and spreading infection and fungus and you obviously don't care! If I contract anything after this service be advised I will seek legal counsel! read more

Everything BUT Scarlett is horrible here. I mean EVERYTHING!!! Scarlett was off, and the host insisted that I try Cindy for my regular pedicure. She did everything I asked her not to do then yelled at me and said I was being too difficult. Cindy then continued to talk about me, in English, for about 10 minutes while I was asked to wait for another technician. I decided to leave w half of my gel polished soaked off... I was not disappointed what so ever with my nails going here. I found this place by chance just searching near by nail salons. I have never had a nail artist spend so much time perfecting my nails! I gave it 2 stars since we came in an hour before closing so thats out of consideration since service could've been based on that. Got a pedicure and the water was cold and they did not bother to fix it. Kept clipping my skin and cut my toe nails below what I wanted so I started bleeding and she KEPT CLIPPING. Proceeded to overcharge me and when I said I got like a $45 package, they said no I didn't. Like why ask me what package if you're not going to do the package I wanted :/ Plus a man who worked there like kept yelling and I dont know why but it made me uncomfortable. read more

I don't even want to give one star but I have to in order to post my review. I'm extremely disappointed with my acrylic fill and gel pedicure. The first color I chose was decided to be too light for me, whatever that means, so I chose another color. Fine. My pedicure was going fine until the owner or manager(it was an older gentleman) came over and clipped my big toe nails and ruined the shape the girl who was working on me had done. One of my nails was broken and a little glue or clip of the one corner would've been fine. He clipped both toes and ruined them. Then this older guy did my fill on my fingers. He was on the phone half of the time which I don't mind if it were a hands free call. He had his shoulder holding his phone up to his ear instead. My nails were being filed crooked and uneven. After the fill and shaping were done he went in straight with polish, didn't wash my hands first and he didn't even put a clear coat on before the color. Now my nails are uneven and had globs of nail polish on them that feels gritty. $95 was such a waste at this place and I will never go back. I will also be telling my friends not to go either. Also if there are colors too "light" for clients then maybe remove them from your display. Another tip if you must smoke during your shift multiple times maybe go to an area out of view of your customers. Smoking right outside then coming in and reeking of smoke is disgusting read more

The owner lady is very rude and they talk about you in their own language and you know they're talking about you because it's when you ask a question and the owner lady talks to the person that is doing your nails. I do not recommend this place I have given them a couple tries nails do not look good at all. Stay away go right down the street to 5T nails and ask for Tiffany. read more

I went in for a pedicure and they literally put my feet in the water and then walked off for twenty minutes, the water was cold and it wasnt even relaxing. I had the worse experience ever!!! I had the same person do both nails and feet. I don't know her name as this was my first time here and she didn't introduce herself. My regular mani/pedi person at a different salon had a family emergency so this salon was close and had availability so I tried it. My nails were lumpy, cuticles were cut up and for some reason she decided to speak Vietnamese and all of them gathered around to look at my nails chatter, look at me, laugh and walk away. I said "ok this is unprofessional and making me feel awkward what is the matter?" No one said anything. I won't be back and I assume they don't want me back because they didn't ask or try to schedule me again...and I left a generous tip! read more

I miss the old owners, some of the old staff are here but the new staff is rude and coughs on your hands while doing your nails! An older gentleman was doing my full set and kept telling me to be quite while doing my nails the way I didn't want them. They turned out so thick and not straight. It was a hot mess!
