Service was fine staff were nice. Salon was older but that doesn't bug me. However I am extremely dissatisfied by the way my fill turned out. I read multiple reviews praising Diana and was upset to find this was the result of my acrylic fill. The nails are thick. The polish was very poorly applied. I am missing polish on the sides the French tip itself is sheer in some areas. There is smudged polish on the nail as well as on my skin left behind. When new acrylic was applied bubbles and my prior sets polish was left behind and was visible through the pink color applied to the nails. Needless to say I'm pretty disappointed with my nails and will be getting them fixed asap. read more

It's not on my side of town, but I'll definitely be back because: -the owners, John and Christine, are the nicest couple, welcoming and attentive -the massage chairs are fabulous! They even massage your backside--my usual place doesn't have chairs like that. -for $25 (plus tip), I got an hour-long pedi that included a citrus sugar scrub, hot towels, a foot/leg massage, and funny, interesting convo with John. I tried this shop today on a whim. I read some reviews that the owners were very nice so I decided to give it a try. I walked in and sat down immediately with John. He talked to me the entire time and was very sweet and funny! He did a great job on my nails too! It sounds like they book up pretty fast and I got lucky with my walk in appointment. I recommend calling in advance, but definitely try this shop. Much different then most of the nail shops I've been to where you feel like you're rushed and out of place. So, I have this buddy. Let's just say his name is Del C. His girlfriend booked pedicure appointments for both of them. Her hook...they have massaging chairs here. Her other hook...dinner will be right after. Del was open to a good massage, good dinner, and why not get his toenails taken care of at the same time. Del C was game and ended up getting his first pedi. The process is simple for a pedicure; 1. Walk in or book an appointment, which is recommended. 2. Sit in one of their massaging chairs where you have complete control (i.e. back, head, neck, fast, slow, etc). 3. Let John or Christine do their thing, which is clean your feet, toes, massage your calves, and pamper your toenails. This goes on for about an hour, but time does go quick because they manage to keep a conversation going with you. 4. Enjoy the loving banter between John and Christine. They are the best. 5. Leave with the freshest/cleanest toenails in town. Pretty simple process and the cost is only about $25 for the hour. Not sure if this is a great price since Del has never gotten a pedi before. I went here once to get a pedicure and they weren't busy so they helped me right away. John started the water in the pedicure chair and told me not to put my feet in yet. I appreciate that because you are usually told to put your feet in right away and it's always too hot! I did a basic pedicure, didn't upgrade to their other options and it took about a half hour. Keep in mind I didn't get polish, so that was just the pedicure part. John spent his time massaging and scrubbing my feet and legs and told me he wanted me to relax. It was nice to not feel rushed. I didn't get polish so I don't have too much to comment on but I would go back. The salon looked clean, they were nice, and the prices were average for the area. Stopped by with my mom for us to both get manicures and pedicures. Both my manicure and pedicure came out very well. Diana did a good job and took her time and didn't rush through as I've had in the passed with other salons. She communicated very well as we went to make sure I was comfortable and agreed with how my nails came out. She was gentle and did not hurt me while removing all cuticle. They had nice color options but I normally bring my own polish which she was perfectly fine using. Overall a nice experience. My mom was with Kristine and had a very similar experience where Kristine also ensured she was satisfied with her manicure and pedicure down to the color. This place is horrible. I was a walk in for a pedicure. All the tools they used weren't sanitized (they were just floating around on the dirty cart) and when the nail technician went to cut my cuticles, she didn't even cut them, she was just rubbing the nippers tool against my skin. And then she proceeded to wash it off in the water that my feet were in each time she went to a different toe. I'm never coming here again!!! Beware. You'll be disappointed. read more
